Magnifique maison, vue splendide, accueil adorable. Petit déjeuner incroyable.

Tout est parfait

Een hele mooie accommodatie! We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen, alles is netjes schoon, Karin doet haar uiterste best om haar gasten tevreden te stellen een hele lieve vrouw! Echt een aanrader!

Un lugar perfecto para una escapada en pareja. El ambiente es muy romántico, tranquilo y cuidado. El personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional durante toda la estancia. Las instalaciones están en excelentes condiciones, muy limpias y bien mantenidas. Además, la cama era muy cómoda, lo que nos permitió descansar de maravilla.

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería interesante ampliar la oferta de desayunos para adaptarla a todo tipo de públicos y no centrarse únicamente en opciones veganas. De este modo, la experiencia sería todavía más completa para todos los huéspedes.

De prachtige plek met uitzicht op de zee. Mooie kamer met lekker bed. Koelkast en thee/ koffie apparaat op de kamer en ook wat snacks en drank voor een kleine vergoeding. De ontzettend gastvrije Karen die werkelijk alles doet om t naar je zin t maken maar daarbij let op je privacy. Ze maakt het ontbijt tot een feest. Je voelt je volledig op je gemak. Je mag gebruik maken van het hele huis. Er is een heerlijk zwembad. Kortom! Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad!!

Het was mij niet helemaal duidelijk dat het ontbijt niet inbegrepen was. Maar het is zeer de moeite waard om er wél gebruik van te maken!! Voor dd kosten hoef je het niet te laten.

Prachtige ligging, heel mooie grote kamer, mooi zwembad en super aardige eigenaresse!

La casa è stupenda, vista incredibile, super piscina e idromassaggio. Colazione eccellente. Ci tornerei domani!

It was quite an experience, to say the least. The view was magnificent, the room was very comfortable, and Karen was extremely helpful to provide any information that would make our trip better.

Accueil gentillesse et le site est magnifique

My wife and I spent 3 nights at Casa de l'Albada and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property and facilities were beautifully presented and our Host Karen could not have been more helpful and kind. We availed of the "plant based" breakfast on one morning of our stay. It was beautifully prepared and presented and great value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, and are already making plans to return to Roses and Casa de l'Albada again next year.

One needs transport to access the property (either car of taxi).

Très bel endroit très accueillant les chambres était spacieuse décoré avec goût on a également apprécié le petit déjeuner et la vue sur Rosas est à couper le souffle je recommande vivement cet endroit et nous y retournerons et aussi non négligeable accessible PMR et un grand merci à Carmen pour son accueil et aussi pour son petit déjeuner végétal un vrai régal on y reviendra

Een luxe B&B met een schitterend uitzicht over de baai van Roses. Een super mooie beleving in een rustige omgeving. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke ontbijt en de gesprekjes met Karen. Wat een super leuke host.

Ik kan niets bedenken.

Tout était parfait

Tout était parfait, nous avons apprécié surtout l’accueil ,la discrétion de notre hôte et sa disponibilité. Un point très positif c’est la propreté des lieux. Un vrai petit coin de paradis avec une vue exceptionnelle. L’emplacement est très calme c’est très appréciable. Merci pour tout . Bertrand, Sabrina et Louka 😍

El baño no tenía puerta y no arreglaban la habitación

Geweldige locatie, klein gezellig hotel met slechts drie kamers. Karen zorgt ervoor dat je niks tekort komt. Goeie bedden, ruime kamer, goeie airco. Echt genoten!

Je komt er alleen met de auto. Een ritje van vijf minuten met haarspeldbochten.

We had a real dream vacation ! The house is spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views over the sea and the mountains. Karen was a wonderful host, and the breakfast she served each morning was exceptional. We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool, and the location is ideal — peaceful, yet close to Girona, Figueres, and the beaches. Truly one of our best stays ever!

The property looks like the pictures

The experience depends entirely on the hosts activities and mood which also lives there in the back. She uses the kitchen for food prep, cooking for herself and cooking for guests, this means the common space is mostly noisy. The room I stayed in, happens to be on the other side of the thin kitchen wall. There was no privacy at all. Constant noise from the host or other guests can be heard at the same noise level in your room. Food smells as well. The sliding door doesn’t help either. The host was in my room every day. Without or with me just coming out of the bedroom. There is also a movement sensor in every room. The only complaint I had in the nicest way (just didn’t use it) was the smelly sheets/blanket. When I mentioned it, her answer was: No it doesn’t smell. The shower has some mold on the tiles and shower handle. The cleaning lady took stuff out of my room, which I luckly saw on her tray leaving the room. There was no real cleaning but just replacing personal belongings. The toilet paper is the ruffest/cheapest you will find. The other guests just left right away without even staying the night. The washing machine where your sheets get washed smells bad. The photos won’t tell you any of these things before unfortunately.

Friendly guest house really well situated on the top of the mountain with sea view. Lots of ride in the mountains with dolmen accessible by feet. Near the Roses seaport and its restaurants. Confortable room well equipped. Great home made breakfast. Breakfast is vegan but it was a great experience as it is cooked very well by Karen.

A car is suitable but the access is easy with one.

Great location, great view, the house is clean and the spaces are well thought out for comfort and relaxation. She is the ultimate host. She has thought of everything to makeYour space comfortable and a home away from home. Attention to detail with additional amenities in the rooms and shared areas. I highly recommend and would return to stay for longer.

Everything. Absolutely everything. Karen was an amazing host. The view is worth the cost alone but a must is her breakfast. If you stay, do yourself the favor and get her breakfast every day.

Karen and her family are lovely hosts. The property was spectacular, with amazing views and a great pool and jacuzzi. We never wanted to leave the property! Rooms have everything you need, everything is spotless clean, and bed/pillows super comfortable. We travelled with our 1yr old, and there were cots and high chairs available. There is a shared kitchen if you would like to cook your own meals which is a plus for the days you don't feel like walking or driving to the town centre. The continental brekkie was one of the best we've ever had! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Everything was wonderful. Amazing location above Roses so the view was incredible. Our room was beautiful with so many little extras such as an atomiser with choice of essential oils and waters, fizz and chocolates in a fridge. Relaxing lounge for us to use with great decor for a relaxing place to chill although we preferred to sit outside to picnic in the evening and kitchen area was available for us to make salads and picnics. Karen the host was charming and there if we needed anything. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Karen and her daughter were wonderful, gracious hosts! The home, location and views are wonderful. I slept in, but my husband loved the continental breakfast and Gabriella kindly packaged delicious baked goods for me to take away in the mornings. Also very convenient to be able to park our car safely behind the gate on the property. Karen also had great recommendations on things to do and great restaurants. Lovely stay all the way around!

The room we were in had a low mattress which was comfortable enough, just hard to get in and out of and the sheets that could have been softer. Other than that, accommodations were honestly wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

The villa was beautiful, amazing views & facilities. The owners were fantastic, they were very accommodating and made every effort to ensure we had everything we needed. Also the breakfast was outstanding.

Quiet location with coastal views overlooking Roses & beyond. Beautifully decorated, cosy vibe for my visit during off-season. Gated parking & an exceptional breakfast made by the host.
