Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Perfect stay. Comfortable apartment. Amazing host and lovely breakfast. It was a 3 BR apartment so great for families. Very well set up. Only 5 - 10 mins walk to the viaduct and 5 mins to the railway station. Would definitely recommend this place for couples or families.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The advertised double room was actually an apartment with 3 bedrooms, very spacious! The Osteria is just a few steps from the train station and a short walk to the famous train viaduct (take the path, not the road!). We had a nice dinner on the terrace with a lovely view of the valley where we could see the trains passing down deep below. The breakfast is amazing. The staff really friendly.
The road in front of the Osteria gets busy at certain hours, but it was really quiet at night. The only thing we missed in the kitchen was a water kettle.

The food and drinks were reasonably priced. It was less than a five minute walk to the train station; and a five minute walk the other way to the Brusio viaduct.

The location was great because it is very near the from the train station and the viaduct in Brusio. I highly recommend this place if you are doing the Bernina Express.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026- Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück - Das Doppelzimmer ist ein Studio und verfügt über eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche mit allen Utensilien die man braucht. Darunter auch Raclette Grill und Fondue. Ein sehr großer Esstisch mit Eckbank steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. - Schöner Garten und genügend Parkplätze im Hof

Reviewed May 17, 2023It's a huge apartment with three bedrooms and one fully equipped modern kitchen. And a beautiful small garden with vegetables n flowers, located in a peaceful small town 10 mins drive from Italy-swiss border. The host is very kind and they prepare a good selection of breakfast for guest.
The footpath from garage to the room is a little bit steep, especially with big luggage. But it's really nothing to worry.

Reviewed May 15, 2023Breakfast was amazing! Very diverse (croissant, bread, cold meat, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, coffee...) and big amounts. The beds were comfy and the place very clean. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, coffee machine, coffee, kitchen utensils...all available in the room. The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful. She speaks Italian, German and English at least. Really good location as well to go to Tirano by train or car.
