Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The host was really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. You can have more if you wish! 12-15 mins walk to the train and bus station for onward travel. I would recommend staying here if you want to explore this part of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Der Empfang war herzlich, das Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück mit verschiedenen Broten, Konfitüren, Käse, Fleischwaren, Joghurt war gut und ausreichend. Man hätte jederzeit noch nachbestellen können. Die Bedienung sehr speditiv und freundlich - besten Dank.
Das Hotel ist relativ "ringhörig", und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem fand ichs für meine Zwecke gemütlich.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The breakfast was great, the location and proximity to things around (mountains/slopes, thermal baths etc) was good and the staff were really helpful with tips about things to do in the area.
It was hot this summer (not the hotel's fault!) but the room didn't have a fan or AC unit, which would have really helped. Also, the room we were in had a balcony but the door to the balcony didn't have shutters like the windows so in the morning it was quite bright which woke us up.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Wir haben das Hotel als Zwischenubernachtung genutzt, um am nächsten Tag nach Weisstannen zu kommen. Dafür war es sehr praktisch. Alles war sauber und das Zimmer geräumig. Personal sehr nett und das Frühstück war richtig gut.
Es war nachts ziemlich warm. Wenn man aber die Fenster geöffnet hat, war es leider ziemlich laut von der Straße.

Das Frühstück ist eher dürftig und für Wanderer nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man energisch nachfragt, bekommt man zu zweit auch mehr als drei kleine Brotscheiben und einen Kaffee.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Extrawünsche des Frühstücks (z.b.Eier oder Orangensaft anstelle Heissgetränk ) wurden grosszügig erfüllt. Ebenso ein bisschen früherer Zeitpunkt des Frühstücks wegen Wanderpläne wurden auch erfüllt. Sehr freundliches Personal!!!
In der Nacht war es zu laut, wir mussten wegen der Hitze das Fenster öffnen.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026I arrived early (10am), just planning to leave my bags, but the lady doing the check-in and the cleaning, switched to cleaning my room, so within half an hour I could have my room, not just leave my bags. View from the bedroom of the mountain was gorgeous and came with a very nice continental breakfast.

Der nächste Bahnhof ist etwas weit weg.

Quite expensive for accommodation in a small town, but I guess Switzerland is not a cheap country. No air-conditioning in the room.

I do understand that much of Europe doesn't have A/C but this place didn't offer fans. It was 89 degrees outside and the room was stiffeling. One of the woman, older, was grumpy and unwelcoming.

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem, sodass ich gut geschlafen habe. Das Frühstück war gut und bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht.

Well, it was very hot in the rooms. An air conditioning would be nice. Even the shower is a bit small. But everything is functional and worth the money.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Questo hotel è diventato il mio preferito nella zona. La colazione è davvero ottima e la pulizia è semplicemente impeccabile. L'attenzione e la disponibilità del personale sono eccellenti e contribuiscono a rendere ogni soggiorno particolarmente piacevole.
L'unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda gli orari del check-in. Pur comprendendo le ragioni organizzative della struttura, trovo un po' scomodo che il check-in sia disponibile solo nel tardo pomeriggio, poiché i miei voli arrivano solitamente al mattino e questo comporta un'attesa piuttosto lunga. Detto ciò, si tratta di un inconveniente minore rispetto all'eccellente qualità complessiva del soggiorno.
