Great hotel near multiple train stations, comfortable beds, free breakfast. Also, liked that they had digital locks so you just used a door code to get into all the doors including your room. Made check in extremely easy!

Having to go up the stairs in the lobby with no AC. It was so hot! But not much you can do during a heat wave. Also, on the same hot topic. I did not like that they would turn the AC off in the room during cleaning so I had to return to the room being hot during a heat wave.

It was very quiet and the location was great

The room was very, very small. There is no where to sit other than the bed. Aside from that it was great.

Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet.Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist zudem sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert. Vom Frühstück rate ich ab, direkt gegenüber gibt es ein Pingo Doce mit Restaurant, wo man frühstücken kann. Da hat man für gleiches Geld mehr Auswahl. Es gibt keinen Aufzug und die Eingangstür im zweiten Stock ist sehr schmal. An einem Tag hat der Room Service vergessen die Tür zu schließen. Da war unser Zimmer den ganzen Tag bis wir abends kamen für jeden zugänglich. Es war bestimmt ein Fehler, aber der blieb in Erinnerung. Auch lässt sich die Klimaanlage nicht einstellen, es war also entweder sehr kalt oder sehr warm im Zimmer. Das fand ich recht schade.

Stadtnahe,alles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen!

We really liked the location , the hotel is literally in the middle of 3 different metro stations . The room was Spotless clean , which is a really big requirement for a hotel room , everything was perfecty clean. The staff were amazing , helpful. Understood us and assisted us in all our questions and provided assistance with our bags , with extra amenities 'like toilet paper' we may needed in the room . To sum up , location is amazing , rooms are ultra clean , staff are really nice and helpful.

The room seemed a bigger than it actually was even though we had the 'superior' room . The toilet was next to the bedroom with a glass door that wasnt completely closing , I came really close with my partner on that regard . While they mention that ' access to higher rooms is by stairs or something , definetaly any room you may have is by stairs , which was a bit not too descriptive from the booking.com's page. Also the breakfast while it was nice to start the day , i was amazed by previous commentes that mentioned ' it is amazing it has everything you may need' while in really it was simply coffee bread some honey some sweets , and if you stay more than 2-3 days it becomes repetitive . of course there were some more options that those mentioned , however i would greatly like a bigger variety , it falls in the category of ' something to start your day breakfast but not really full your belly .

Bien situé . Proche de 3 lignes de métro. On peut aussi tout faire à pied . On s’est toujours sentis en sécurité . Parking souterrain payant à proximité mais surveillé et tarif raisonnable ( 14€ pour 72h ) . La gentillesse de la personne à l’accueil qui a proposé un lunch à emporter pour notre départ avant l’heure du petit déjeuner .

Le passage de la porte d’entrée qui se fait sur une demi porte pas très large .

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Todo el personal ha sido encantador y muy amable. Que incluya desayuno es un puntazo. El alojamiento se sitúa en un edificio histórico de Lisboa, se accede mediante escaleras y no tiene ascensor, pero la estancia merece la pena. Blanco ha sido muy amable, si volviésemos a Lisboa escogeríamos este lugar seguro.

Il personale sempre disponibile e gentile . La colazione buona .

Non mi e' piaciuto che si trova al secondo piano , senza ascensore , tra l'altro delle scale non facili da fare , bisogna evidenziare , ci sono persone che hanno delle patologie , quindi difficolta' , portare una valigia per due piani non e' stato semplice .

Posizione strategica, non centralissima ma a meno di 2km, fattibili a piedi o in metro (dista circa 200m dalla fermata Parque). Staff gentilissimo e accogliente. L'host Blanco si è premurato di darci tutte le info e indicazioni necessarie per muoverci con i mezzi e fare escursioni anche fuori Lisbona. Tornerò con immenso piacere.

Purtroppo la struttura si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo storico senza ascensore. Non la consiglio a chi ha problemi di affaticamento o mobilità ridotta.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla metro. I suggerimenti per visitare la città dati dalla reception, sono stati molto utili e divertenti.

Aria condizionata regolabile al max a 24 gradi, quindi la notte faceva troppo freddo. Colazione migliorabile.

Con i bagagli di un lungo viaggio la mancanza dell'ascensore penalizza la struttura, sebbene sia chiaramente indicato nell'annuncio.

Posizione top per visitare la città, in centro ma non in centro storico con tutte le limitazioni pedonali. Due metro vicino e parco Edoardo VII a due passi. Per chi è stato a lisbona più di una volta consiglio assolutamente per vivermi veramente la città ed il quartiere di Saldanha e dintorni .

Letto molto comodo . Posizione ottima vicino alla metro. In 10 min si è in centro

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt mindenben. A reggeli kényelmes konyhában fogyasztható. Családias légkörű szállás.

A wc-be nem lehetett beledobni a wc papírt. A kukába kellett tenni.

La propreté, le personnel, la tranquillité

Excellent location (well-connected to public transport: three different metro stops in close proximity, near the places we wanted to be), very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Having a code instead of a key to access the building and room was actually quite handy. Spacious shower, efficient and silent A/C.

There is no elevator in the building, so it was several flights of steps up and down - but we were already aware when booking. Nothing else!

A localização é boa.

O banheiro é muito pequeno, não tem espaço. A limpeza estava ok, podia ser melhor.

Lugar muy limpio y acogedor. Nos sentidos muy cómodos no solo por las instalaciones si no por el trato del personal de hotel, sobretodo de Blanco, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento dándonos consejos e indicaciones de Lisboa con mucho esmero.

Sehr nette Zimmer in einer guten Lage - viele viele sehr gute Restaurants direkt in der Nähe, gute Verkehrsanbindung und das Zimmer war eindeutig groß genug und sehr bequem für die zwei Nächte, die wir da waren. Das Bett war groß, es gab genug Steckdosen und die Zimmer waren auch nicht zu hellhörig. Das Frühstück war klein aber ausreichend, nur als vegane Person hat man es etwas schwierig (es gab aber immerhin Sojamilch für den Kaffee), es ist aber kein Problem, sich aus dem nahegelegenen Supermarkt einfach selber etwas mitzunehmen und dort zu essen. Das Personal war auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und ist sehr flexibel auf unsere Anfragen eingegangen.

Im Haus gibt es keinen Lift und die Stiegen bis in den dritten Stock sind unheimlich schief, das ist ziemlich gruselig! Der Geruch im Zimmer war zuerst sehr stark (nach Reinigungsmitteln), ging dann aber nach dem Lüften ausreichend weg. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre noch super gewesen.

The breakfast was phenomenal, great selection of foods for a continental type breakfast! The staff were lovely and really helpful, and the location was excellent, really close to several bus stops and metro stations but far enough away from the downtown to not be noisy. The AC also really helped during early July. The taxi service they also set up to get to the airport was also really convenient for our early morning flight.

The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze at times and the window in our room didn't face outside so we couldn't get natural sunlight into the room. I also wish there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign we could've hung up on our door so our sheets wouldn't get changed daily.

The location is perfect and very friendly service, for the price it had a very decent breakfast.

The bed was terrible, very uncomfortable and quite dirty. Had bunch of hairs and some stains (the stains were most likely food stains, but..... there is always the possibility of them being some intimate stains)

A small but nice room, everything spotless clean. Good location, close to the underground, a Pingo Doce supermarket across the street Decent breakfast, good coffee. Cheese, ham and sweet pastries.

A reggelihez semmi zoldseget nem adtak, ami pici aprosag lenne, nehany paradicsom vagy egy kis uborka. Kulon vettem a boltban zoldseget es vittem a reggelihez. A zuhanykabin elhuzoja nagyon rossz allapotban volt, azt cserelni kéne. A klímat nem lehetett 24 foknal magasabbra allitani. Nekunk az hideg volt.

J'ai pas apprécié les serviettes de la salle de bain qui était trop vieille et même troué, il y avait pas assez de gel douche ou de champoing pour ce laver et le petit déjeuner était très décevant très peu de variété pas assez pour le prix de l'hôtel ,et le coffre de la chambre ne marche pas et malgré que j'ai pris la plus cher des chambres il y avait une énorme foulure au mur donc dessus comme même

Estaba bastante céntrico con fácil acceso a diferentes lugares. Mucho transporte público cerca y supermercados.

No entiendo como tiene la clasificación de cuatro estrellas porque la verdad que estaba bastante viejo la habitación dejaba mucho que desear con la pintura sucia se estaban descorchando las paredes del baño pequeño la taza del váter se movía todo en general era bastante incómodo teniendo en cuenta que tampoco tiene ascensor. El desayuno demasiado pobre y básico por lo que los demás días decidimos mejor no desayunar allí

La atención de Blanco es maravillosa, te recomienda todo aquello que necesites; zonas que visitar, sitios locales fuera de la zona turística para comer, transporte. La habitación era increíble, limpia y una calidad - precio difícil de encontrar. La ubicación es perfecta, estás cerca de varios metros que te llevan directos al centro, campos de fútbol, aeropuerto y es genial porque todo te queda a 10 min en metro. Volveríamos sin duda y lo recomendaría.

Everything was great. Clean and comfortable room, very close to the city center, and the staff was super nice and helpful providing guidance and suggestions to visit Lisbon.

La posizione centrale vicina alla stazione metro, il personale sempre a disposizione, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci ha aiutato tantissimo a capire dove andare e come andare per visitare al meglio Lisbona e dintorni.La stanza sempre impeccabile e pulita.

Le camere un po' piccole ma in un palazzo antico è abbastanza normale.

It’s in a good location and the room was clean.

The AC was broke during our stay and in summer it’s no joke. We asked them to fix it but they didn’t not offer as an alternative room.

Zeer aangenaam klein hotel . Mooie moderne kamers. Ontbijt was dik in orde. Het hotel bevind zich dicht bij het centrum wat echt ideaal is. Heel vriendelijk personeel en uitbater . Het hotel is zeker een aanrader.

Als ik echt een minpuntje moet geven is dat de badkamer misschien iets groter had mogen zijn. En een lift zou ook handig zijn het hotel bevindt zich op de 2 de verdieping en met zware valiezen is het toch een hele uitdaging.

La posizione è ottima, perché la struttura dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro di Sao Sebastao, linea rossa, che dopo 11 fermate arriva direttamente in aeroporto., quindi se si vuole essere certi di essere in aeroporto a un certo orario, è sufficiente partire mezz'ora prima, senza che il traffico possa influire negativamente. Se si arriva in hotel dopo le 19, lo staff ti manda il codice per aprire la porta esterna, la porta di ingresso al secondo piano e la porta della stanza; si può fare il check-in la mattina dopo prima della colazione che parte alle 8. Se si deve uscire prima delle 8, lo staff ti prepara la sera prima una colazione d'asporto molto ricca e abbondante.

l'aria condizionata non funzionava e quindi è stato molto difficile riuscire a dormire. il venerdì precedente avevo acquistato una camera standard, che era abbastanza piccola. Il sabato dopo avevo acquistato una camera superior, spendendo anche una cifra più alta: mi aspettavo pertanto di trovare una camera più ampia e invece la camera era identica all'altra e il bagno addirittura più piccolo. Non capisco proprio come potesse essere considerata una stanza superior!!! nella colazione mancano le uova!!

De kamer was schoon en voldoende voorzieningen in de kamer.

Helaas was het erg gehorige en hoorde je alles wat er gebeurde in het appartementencomplex. Slecht geslapen, mede door de harde bedden. We probeerde het probleem aan te geven bij de receptie maar zij spreken geen/ onvoldoende Engels om iets van ons te begrijpen.

Tive que, depois de um dia de viagem, subir 60 (sessenta) degraus carregando duas malas, pois o hotel não dispôe nem de elevador, nem de ninguém para carregar as malas! Muito estranho!

Funcionários muito simpáticos e cama confortável.

Senti pouca segurança na escada de acesso ao piso, ela está envergando para o vão central. O banheiro estava com lodo preto nos cantos e rejuntes dos azulejos, faltou uma limpeza pesada. Dei azar de pegar as áreas comuns de circulação do prédio sujas, por conta de uma reforma em outro apartamento. Senti falta de frutas no café da manhã.

O hotel, não tinha o check in aberto e por conseguinte não nos abriram a porta.quando chegamos(dentro da janela horário que escolhemos), ninguém nos deu solução, não atenderam telefones nem responderam aos dois mail que enviamos. Não recebemos nenhum mail com códigos para abertura de porta Horrível Tivemos que ficar alojados numa outra unidade hoteleira

The staff were super friendly and helpful, we didn’t have the breakfast but we did have a look in and it seems like you get a solid variety of options to fuel your day. The location was decent, not too far from lots of nice restaurants and about a 20 minute walk into the centre, or a 5 minute walk to the closest station for accessibility.

The room had some signs of damp/mold around the window. The air conditioning would start making a loud dripping noise and night that left the room with a ‘wet’ smell. The bed was rock solid, which made it hard to fall asleep on or get comfortable. The we had was opposite the main door into the hotel lobby and we were awoken multiple times throughout our 2 night stay with people coming in and out.

Really friendly staff, room was comfortable, be was good.

Breakfast was just ok... some eggs could do the difference

The staff was amazing and so nice towards and specially an old man who was so nice and was trying his best to make us feel cozy during breakfast. The room is way smaller than it was in the picture, but it was clean. The bathroom was quite small, but still u have enough place to do all necessary procedures. However it didn’t have much space to put you things next to washbasin.

The room didn’t have little fridge inside, so I needed to put some of my products in the fridge in the kitchen, but only till 19 as after I would be able to reach as the reception is closed after 7. Besides, we had an issue in our room. It worked for 5 minutes, then it turned off and I turned on again, but after 5 minutes I had the same issue. Also, be aware that in Portugal it’s quite rare to find a good hotel with good soundproof and this one wasn’t exceptional. You can hear all sounds from the hall. If you don’t really care that much about comfort, it’s a good option for it’s money and specially for its location.

Καλή τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό του άψογο!Γενικά ένα μέτριο ξενοδοχείο και δωμάτιο που κανείς την δουλειά σου αλλά σίγουρα μπορεί να γίνει πολύ καλύτερο.

Πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο, Πρωινό φτωχό (θα μπορούσε να μην είχε τόσα γλυκά και να είχε κάτι παραπάνω όπως πχ αυγά κτλ.),χαρτί υγείας αλλάχτηκε μια φορά και αναγκαστήκαμε να πάρουμε μόνοι μας.

A ventoinha do banheiro estava ruidosa; escutava-se o pisar das pessoas; a limpeza estava incompleta quando chegamos.

Un accueil excellent de la part de l’équipe, l’emplacement était parfait pile entre deux stations de métro. La literie était confortable. Je recommande fortement le rapport qualité prix est parfait. À bientôt pour une prochaine escapade à Lisbonne

Simpatia do proprietário e a localização do hotel.

Não observamos que o hotel fica no segundo andar do prédio (informação deveria estar mais destacada, especialmente pra pessoas com necessidades especiais ou idosos) pois precisa subir 50 degraus com bagagem porque não tem elevador (prédio antigo com mais de 100 anos). As toalhas bastante surradas, algumas rasgadas.

Klein hotel met een locatie buiten het gebied met de toeristen massa maar wel op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijt.

Gostei de tudo, desde a recepção ao check-out. Funcionários educados, prestativos e ótimo atendimento. O quarto super confortável, limpo, banheiro com água quente perfeita. O café da manhã excelente, um perfeito dejejum. O quarto sempre limpinho e troca de toalhas diariamente. O anfitrião muito educado e simpático. Com certeza retornarei e recomendo do a todos!

La stanza non era quella indicata in foto. Non c'era la scrivania né un piano di appoggio e neanche una sedia. Il bagno non aveva l' aereatore e la finestra non si apriva per cui il soffitto era pieno di muffa
