Terrible experience. The owners were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable, and in my opinion, they are simply not suited to running a hospitality business. Definitely would not recommend.

What truly sets this place apart are the wonderful owners, who made breakfast in their living room a memorable experience. Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Per chi vuole fare un soggiorno nella vera Lapponia, nel mezzo della foresta ma comodo da raggiungere, posizione ideale per vedere l’aurora fuori casa, colazione familiare insieme alla coppia di gestori che da 10 anni portano avanti questa attività, raccontandoci storie e tenendoci compagnia, disponibili e gentili, abitazione grande con tutto a disposizione. Super consigliato!

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Wir sind abends angereist und wollten gerne noch ein Lagerfeuer machen, der Vermieter hat sich sofort auf den Weg gemacht und uns die Feuerstelle angemacht. Allgemein in den Zimmern alles da, was man braucht und sauber. Das Frühstück nicht mit einem Hotel vergleichbar, aber die Vermieterin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und haben gemeinsam mit den beiden gefrühstückt, dafür muss man gemacht sein, Finnen können sehr wortkarg sein, aber tauen dann mit der Zeit auf. Alles in allem war es sehr schön.

Läheinen tie melko liikennöity, mutta ei kyllä kuulunut sisälle meteli. Olisin kaivannut 1hlö huonetta, mutta nämä on kaikki jo varattu, joten piti ostaa isompi huone kuin tarve.

Profoundly unfriendly behaviour of landlord, only because arriving late in the evening on bicycle "We do not understand people not obeying rules" sheds suitable light on the Finnish style (where some people do not even greet back on the street when greeted - and this is not due to the harsh climate but a souvereign personal decision by individuals. Hence, fundamental misunderstanding of the character of tourism which means to provide service and to try to make people happy by creating a positive atmosphere and impression about the own country. While the physical fundament of lodging was ok (including cleanliness), the communicational experience was not - and this is telling for a state which ranks 1st in global lists of happiness.

Værterne deltog og delte ud af alt fra bær, sprog og seværdigheder - og livet. Der var super hyggeligt 😀 Stedet lå lige ud til E4 som vi kom ad ogfortsatte ad.

The shared shower is a modern and large bathroom and nice to use. We also loved the breakfast and the conversation with the host in the morning. Very nice couple. We really recommand to stay here.
