Reviewed Sep 19, 2026I stay here each time in Brussels. It’s very simple accommodation but very good value. Staff are very nice, simple and comfy room, nice breakfast and good location.
The only thing I don’t like is they put your name on a sign outside your room, which as a woman travelling solo, I don’t feel comfortable with.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Das ist kein Hotel, sondern ein Wohnheim: Duschen und WC sind gemeinsam, einfach und auf dem Flur; es gibt kein TV etc. Aber es ist äußerst sauber, ruhig, großzügige Räumlichkeiten; einen schönen Garten;der Empfang ist sehr sympathisch und das Haus hat sehr viel Stil. Zimmer blitzsauber, Bett sehr bequem. Zur Innenstadt kokmmt man zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Sehr viel community, Ruhe, ein großer Garten, die perfekte Lage und der sehr günstige Preis. Mein Name stand bei Ankunft an der Tür meines Zimmers, dadurch habe ich mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Die Wachgelegenheiten sind auf dem Flur und geteilt mit anderen Menschen, das sollte man wissen. Check-in nur bis 20 Uhr.

godziny wymeldowania i zameldowania: obiekt jest czynny tylko do 20, więc w przypadku późniejszego przyjazdu trzeba uprzednio informować obiekt o tym; zameldowanie-zgodnie z informacją na stronie obiektu - jest od godz.8.00, co nie jest zgodne z prawdą; będąc w obiekcie o 10 rano musiałem czekać prawie do godz. 11.00 na możliwość wejścia do pokoju

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Sehr gute Lage, solides Frühstück (allerdings nicht für Morgenmuffel), sauberes Gemeinschaftsbad/Klo. Die Zimmer haben eine schönen Ausblick auf den Garten und sind sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist auch sehr familiär und freundlich.
Das Frühstück endet sehr früh, die Zimmer sind manchmal etwas kalt

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Budget-priced stay in a great location 15 minutes walk from EU area. It's like a cross between a hall of residence and a youth hostel. If you don't mind not having an en suite toilet / bathroom, then it makes a perfectly comfortable base. The internal gardens are nice, if under-used. Breakfast has a DIY ethos, but is very good. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and there is a 22.00 silence requirement, which is more than can be said for many hotels!
Wifi was OK but not great.

A estrutura do local é agradável e a equipe é disponível e simpática. O ponto alto da acomodação é o jardim, agradável e que possibilita a troca com outros hóspedes. Um diferencial em relação a outros B&B com banheiro compartilhado é ter pia, espelho e cabides no quarto. O café da manhã é frugal, mas tem tudo de que se precisa; achei ok.
A cama é pequena e o colchão é muito macio; achei bem desconfortável. Se você vai passar um tempo maior, vale a pena verificar o tamanho do quarto. Apesar de ter uma boa estrutura (escrivaninha, armário, gavetas), é pequeno.

Quartier populaire animé au pieds de l'hotel, un peu de marche à prévoir pour atteindre le métro. Les chambres sont trés confortables. Sanitaires individuels partagés et propres au début du couloir.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026I travel to Brussels frequently for work and usually stay in hotels, but as they were fully booked I came across this accommodation instead. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a quiet, calm space in the heart of the city and feels much more peaceful and tranquil than a typical hotel, while also offering great value. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend more:)

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Es ist alles einfach eingerichtet, man teilt sich ein Bad je Etage, aber es ist wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und gut organisiert. Man erlebt ein friedliches Nebeneinander von Studierenden/jungen Menschen, die länger im Haus leben und Menschen, die beruflich für wenige Tage in der Stadt weilen. Wer da keine Berührungsängste hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Trevligt mottagande av personalen, enkelt och tyst. Trevligt och ljust rum. Rent och städat, fin och lagom frukost. Även de gemnsamma toaletterna och duscharna var mycket fräsha. Bra placering och mycket prisvärt. En fin och grön trädgård. Trygg plats med varm atmosfär som påminner lite om ett kloster. Det ligger en ostaffär runt hörnet som säljer prisvärda smörgåsar. Kommer komma tillbaka, här vill jag gärna bo igen.
Möjligen var det lite lyhört men å andra sidan var det mycket tyst och stillsamt.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Потрясающе красивые старинные интерьеры. Сохранилось много деталей. Везде очень тихо и чисто. Несмотря на то, что душ общий на этаже, ждать не приходилось. Включён завтрак, где каждый может выбрать что-то на свой вкус. Круглосуточный доступ к кофемашине. Сотрудники оперативно отвечали на все вопросы.
Немного неудобно, что такое строгое расписание заезда-выезда и завтрака. Но в соотношении цены и качества, это незначительно.

Para mi, el desayuno es muy temprano. Pero no es un hotel como tal, también hay que entenderlo. Al lado hay muchos sitios para desayunar.

Check-in hours are not the best but probably you can check if something else can be arranged. Soundproof can be better but it is very quiet after 22. It was mostly me who was afraid to make any noise😅

Noisy in the corridors and hearing everyone when they got in their rooms. Even with ear plugs, I was woken up regularly and into the early hours. I went here as reviews said it was quiet after 10pm. It is rather a case of pot luck on whether you get people who respect the rules / care about disturbing others. Some lights not working on the corridor and bathroom - this is a problem if you have to get up in the night to go and use the bathroom.
