Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Die sehr sympathische, freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame des Hauses ! Eine Adresse zum Wohlfühlen....sehr ruhige Wohnlage ! Das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll zubereitet....auch das Ambiente wurde von meinen weiblichen Mitreisenden als sehr urig bewertet. Wunderbar leise Klimaanlage.... war bei Tagestemperaturen von 36+ °C sehr willkommen ! Schöne flauschige Hand- u. Badetücher !
Da fällt mir beim besten Willen nichts ein.....

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Danke an Micheline und ihren Mann John! Sie waren hervorragende und äußerst aufmerksame Gastgeber! Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Genuss, abwechslungsreich, frisch und vor allem sehr lecker. Und das beide so gut Deutsch sprechen, hat so manches erleichtert 😅 Super ist auch die fußläufige Anbindung an die Bahn, die wir überwiegend für unsere Tagesausflüge genutzt haben.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Alles!!! Sehr sauber, gemütlich, super Dusche, toller Ausblick. Sehr schnell mit dem Zug in Gent. Unglaublich liebe Hausbesitzer, die zuvorkommend, ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich sind. Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet!!!

Wer Privatquartiere mag...nette Betreuung, nichts Besonderes , Garten nur aus der Ferne zu betrachten. Wir mussten aus dringendem Grund nach 5 Tagen abreisen. Trotzdem wurde der komplette Preis für 10 Tage (1600 Euro) komplett berechnet. Angeblich so von Booking.com bestimmt. Preis ist nicht angemessen. Frühstück war "abgezählt". Sehr sparsam. Zimmer sehr dunkel

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025De verwelkoming door de gastvouw was zeer hartelijk. het ontbijt werd door haar verzorgd, mat een vers gekookt eitje of spiegelei. Het verblijf was smaakvol ingericht. De ligging was zeer goed als uitvalsbasis voor fietstochtjes of stadsbezoek aan Gent.

Reviewed May 8, 2024The Willows is simply sublime. I cannot think of a single time in all my travels where I so often seemed to be tripping over myself to say thank you. Thank you for the charming room, the tasty and expansive breakfast, the helpful travel tips, the comfortable bed, and the quiet charm of De Pinte. Yes, the town is a 10-minute train ride from Ghent, but that slight inconvenience is more than made up for by the wonderful hotel and its charming hosts. Plus, the hotel is just a few steps away from the train station and great bicycling.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2024A very welcoming host made us feel at home right from the start. If anything was needed, we just had to ask. The large room with private bathroom, is on the 2nd floor and a guest lift available, making this B&B a good fit for us as maturing couple. Breakfast is delicious with the host serving delicious coffee, breads and various accompaniments, fresh eggs, homemade yoghurt and fresh fruit. We could take our time and relax. Ample car parking space in front of the house and near the entrance makes loading and unloading easy. Nice and quiet neighbourhood and property is in walking distance from shops, easy access routes to different routes.
