Arabesque House

An exceptional place - the restoration of the building was done superbly. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the decor, the cleanliness at a high standard, the facilities. The building is glorious - I can't recommend this property enough. But ask to stay in the original building (they have apartments too).

Breakfast is really nice and freshly made with lots of veggies. The building where breakfast is served is really nice and well restored. The apartment is really clean and in a very good position in the heart of old Akko. The shower products were surprisingly good quality.

My only issue is that I would have liked to have the fridge in the room. Other than that it's a really cute place, maybe a bit pricey.

This place is absolutely incredible! The Vine Room (Heder Ha-Gefen) is one of the most stunning rooms I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The experience of being in the room itself is nothing short of magical. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always eager to go the extra mile. You can feel their genuine passion for hospitality. The atmosphere in the place is wonderful and inspiring. The location is perfect - right in the beating heart of the Old City. Everything you could want to see or do is just a stone's throw away. Without a shadow of a doubt, we're already planning our next visit. This place isn't just a hotel, it's a destination in itself.

The staff was wonderful and the room was amazing. It was a beautiful combination of ancient architecture and modern convenience. The location, in the middle of an old Akko neighborhood, steps from the souk added to the charm.

The place is beautiful, spread throughout the old city. Comfortable and unique. The staff was splendid, helpful and extremely accommodating, made us feel at home. The roof of the public space was a great place to hang out. Would definitely come again.

We absolutely loved Arabesque House! every single element is thought out to perfection; the eye for detail on every aspect is impeccable! the facilities are comfortable, good quality bed / bedding, perfectly clean bathroom and lovely facilities all around; and then after a good night sleep you’ll be surprised by a beautiful and delicious breakfast table that will set you up to explore the beautiful Ako! please don’t forget to go upstairs and check out the terrace that offers magnificent city views!

It was not evident from the booking.com page, that the hotel actually consists of rooms dispersed over a given area in the Old City. The staff offered great help in the movements between checkin, breakfast and rooming. Still I was not ready to walk around between houses for different functions.

The breakfast was amazing, the location is perfect, right near the market.
