Clean and spacious room with everything you need. It is located right on the camino and very conveniently just next to many restaurants, shops, cafes and supermarkets. Breakfast was good.

A lovely combination of an old property with modern renovation making a perfect and comfortable stay with everything you need for excellent value. Welcome reception and a good location for the river, churches, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. If your breakfast is included it is served at the cafe next door and has a good variety. The cafe also has a brilliant menu and definitely worth a try.

De tudo. Espaço muito bem decorado e muito agradável. Tínhamos tudo o necessário, o pequeno almoço é pequeno mas no entanto tem o basico de hotel. Gostei de ter sempre o bar ali ao lado aberto pois proporciona momentoa agradáveis! Zona muito bonita.

Quarto com teto muito baixo, impossível andar em pé

Emplacement et petit-déjeuner au top ! L'établissement est idéalement situé en plein centre, proche de tout. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, mention spéciale pour le jus d'orange pressé frais, les croissants et les pains chauds. Je recommande !

La chambre et la salle de bain un peu petits à mon goût. Fenêtre pas très bien isolées car on entendait la musique du café situé en bas dans la petite ruelle

Our stay at Casa da Ana was pleasant! The location is fantastic - easily walkable to food, historic sites, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us book an in-room massage, which was a relief after walking several days on the Camino Santiago. Breakfast was fresh and delish - I loved eating at the counter looking outside into the courtyard w a fountain.

We booked a specific room on Booking.com and were given a different room. Our room was very clean so no complaints about the quality of the stay but the room we reserved was charming, with medieval stone walls and a balcony view of the courtyard. We didn't ask to be moved because I saw others were already in "our" room and I also didn't know if it was an issue with Booking.com or with the place itself. Furthermore, they were so accommodating with our later arrival and massage appointment that I chose to be content. We chose this lodging specifically for that room so I was disappointed even though we still enjoyed our stay. If a specific room is important to you, perhaps confirm it the day before?

Amazing location along the Camino, a block away from the medieval church! Restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. Room was clean and had air-conditioning! It was everything I needed.

Location. With only 6 rooms, this guest house was nicely restored and is located in the historical center of Barcelos.

The bed was almost a king size but it was a bit hard. Breakfast was good but basic.

I had the attic room, unfortunately there was nowhere in the room — except the bathroom— where I could actually stand up straight because of the ceiling incline, I discovered how uncomfortable and painful it is to the back not to be able to stand up straight the entire time you are in a room. There was a beautiful additional little sitting area but I had to crawl there and and could not stand. If this is indicated in the room description I didn’t see it; if it isn’t, it should be, to allow for an informed choice). The second issue for me is that there is only a thin white blind on the very large ceiling window, from early on the light woke me up too early. The very popular cafe/open air restaurant next door also makes for quite lively area till late (perhaps especially because it was a Saturday night), this is a mixed blessing for a too early rise. The ceiling issue surely only affects this room, I can imagine the stay in another room in the property would have been excellent without qualifications).

O quarto Twin room – Attic, não tem condições de habitabilidade, é demasiado baixo, tornando-se desconfortável.

Gostei do conforto da cama, limpeza em geral, bom pequeno almoço e simpatia de todos os funcionários. A localização é mesmo central, apesar do estacionamento ainda ficar a 5 minutos a pé, consegui visitar sem ser de carro bastantes espaços.

A rede de telemóvel para funcionar com a internet era 4g ou nem isso, e para além disso o wifi do espaço era muito fraco, nunca consegui estar ligado com wifi muito tempo, estava sempre a cair a ligação ou então era muito fraca.

Escaleras estrechas, no actas para cualquier persona.

The staff was amazing. Ana is quite an athlete carrying our suitcases up 3 floors! We had a medical emergency at 2am and Beatrice (Beatrix?) called an ambulance for us. For such a young woman, she’s calm, cool and collected. And a life saver. We’ll always remember her kindness and her level-headedness.

This is a very special place!! The location is perfect, right on the Camino and close to restaurants and the grocery store. I was so happy when I received a room upgrade and saw the beautiful room with a nice equipped kitchenette. I didn’t want to leave! I had the best sleep on the comfortable bed. Wish I could have stayed longer

Location directly on Camino right next to their cafe with delicious food and lots of stores. Ines checked us in and helped with everything. Even made us an unbelievable breakfast to go to store in the refrigerator so we could leave early on the morning to hike.Franco was so helpful serving us in the cafe.

Great location on the Camino in Barcelos. FYI room is a walk up. Kind of basic but good. Breakfast is served at a little place next door. We enjoyed out quick stay.

Very stylish and spacious apartment. Everything you need and in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and arranged a wonderful massage for us after a long Camino walk. Breakfast was in the cafe next door and was also excellent.

The bathroom is a bit small with the sink outside the bathroom. It was only the two of us so it was fine but if you would occupy it with the max 5 it could be an issue.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und mit unendlich viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet! Unser Zimmer hatte das Fenster zur Piazza und es war einfach fantastisch! Es gibt hier wirklich nichts, was man besser machen kann!

The location is perfect - right in the historic center, walking distance to everything. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful, sparkling clean and very comfy bed! I loved the coffee bar! I would definitely stray here again.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable after a long day of walking. The location is perfect. The breakfast was great at the Historical Caff next door as was our meal at the Babbett Restaurant both recommendations which we loved. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in the loft and couldn't stand up straight after a 23k walk. 😊

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Wir hatten das Attik-Zimmer und dort war die Decke so schräg, dass mein Mann außer in der Dusche nirgendwo aufrecht stehen konnte. Ich selbst mit 1,62m konnte nur an der Wand zum Bad aufrecht stehen. Das geht für eine Nacht aber nicht länger.
