Horrible location, unsafe dirty

The room was so clean. I think it was recently renovated too. The old town is a 5-minute walk away. The Staff was so friendly and cooperative. Excellent value for money. Definitely I will recommend this place to my friends.

Location is amazing, everything works, comunication very good.

The owner upgraded the rooms without anu charge. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and it was quiet.

The water in the shower were either very hot or very cold and in one of the rooms the shower was actualy a corridor to the toilet without any actual door for the toilet. Picture below. Also the kitchen is shared but without any cups, plates, bowls and silverware. Even disposable. The sink was also very small.

Нам понравилось практически все.Чисто,тихо,рядом Старый город, Шхемские ворота, Яфские ворота,район Мамила... все в шаговой доступности. Находились три дня,две ночи. Среди недели. Хозяин комнат отвечал на все вопросы(если они возникали).Поселение самостоятельное.Подробные инструкции. Одним словом: Все хорошо! Провели время в удовольствие.

Проживали в комнате 1. Нам она была тесновата.Но туалет с душевой вполне нормальные..При заказе,я думала комната Делюкс на двоих будет просторнее.Во всяком случае на фото она выглядела немного по другому.Но так,как мы в основном возвращались только переночевать,это нас не сильно напрягало.

Прекрасное расположение, близко к старому городу, к остановкам. Удобная комната, все продумано замечательно. Рекомендую!

Очень понравилось всё!!! Местоположение: находится рядом со старым городом, из окна потрясающий вид. Тихая, зелёная улица. Рядом с домом огромная парковка. В номере есть всё необходимое. Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Хозяин всё время был доступен, очень приятный, помог во всём что было необходимо. Обязательно вернёмся снова. Рекомендуем!!!

Stairs.

The location was good. It was close to the Old City. Thé bed was good and there were views from the windows.

It was very difficult to locate and access. The bathroom shower was small and didn’t look really clean.

It's just a cheap accommodation for a short stay and provides everything you need. Location near to the old town, good value for money.

Very small bathroom

short pleasant walk to the old city and very close to the tram station and bus stop. Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable room, good facilities

No complaints. A small movable rug on the tiled bedroom floor would be welcome, (as the tiles are very cool underfoot, even when the room is warm). It could be an advantage to some, when the lift is fixed, even though it is only 1 floor up.

Все было отлично! Есть кофемашина хорошая в общем коридоре, вкусный кофе. Достаточно уютно. Очень понравились подушки, ну по крайней мере в нашей комнате они были хорошие, что для меня важно очень.

Звукоизоляция хромает, что-то пипикало ночью в коридоре, я чутко сплю, поэтому слышала…

The room was quite nice , it was quite small , but certainly more than enough for a solo traveller visiting Jerusalem like I . The property was also very clean and the room was consistently cleaned as well. The little shared " living room " was also nice , with a balcony with an amazing view over the old city of Jerusalem. I also loved the location , as it is five minutes away from the old city , and extremely close to the main places to visit . I would overall highly recommend the place to stay in when visiting Jerusalem due to its amazing location and overall great cleanliness . It was also very cozy and quiet despite being in the heart of the city , which made it great .

There was nothing I did not like , the building itself was quite old , but that is not a problem and the whole neighborhood has some very pretty historical houses .

Great location. Friendly staff. Great value.

Simple. But what else do you expect at that price.

Mein Jerusalem - Aufenthalt fiel in die Zeit des Iran-Krieges: die Hoteleigentümer waren überaus besorgt um mein Wohlergehen und haben mich im einzigen Schutzraum übernachten lassen. Das Hotel befindet sich in nächster Nähe zur Altstadt und verfügt über ganz bezaubernd Balkone. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

The mattress was outstanding. There were many little touches which I felt showed very high thoughtfulness and care for guests - such as the spotless cleanliness of everything. I and my wife both enjoyed very much the artwork in the foyer - as a 4-year victim of an art school education I would rank it pretty highly (if you love Israel, which we do). There was a very welcome supply of decent free coffee, tea, and sugar in the foyer. We felt very grateful to the owners/management for a genuinely decent place to stay which we felt had been designed with the guests' experience first. It is truly central so if you need cheap non-bakery groceries the only, only places which are walkable are Zol V'B'Gadol on HaRav Agan St 8 and Khavakuk St 6. If you like bread and pastries, then on Antar Ben-Shaddad 10 minutes' walk away from the Rooms, are Al-Amin Sweets and Bakery - who I believe do ten pitot for 5 shekels (including wholemeal) and there's a bakery a couple of doors down which definitely does it at that price. Al-Amin have date pastries which are ridiculously good - try the aniseed (herb-encrusted); and there's a falafel place on the same street which is pretty good, and stores which on market day set out cheap bits and bobs.

My objections are very minor. The shared fridge could have benefitted from a system such as Abraham Hostel uses -whereby guests write their names and dates of checkout on a label which they put on a bag containing their items. Without this it's hard to know if an item is abandoned - or even deliberately donated by a departing guest. As a guest you may need to consider bringing with you microwave-friendly bowls/implements to really benefit fully from the microwave. I had to give the steel outer window-shutters a minor service (oiling and cleaning the hinges) as they'd become stiff over time. One of the two roller blinds in my room didn't stay down (other than when we unintrusively added a rubber band to the bottom to tie it to the window handle).

הזמנו חדר דלוקס עם שתי מיטות יחיד וקיבלנו חדר עם מיטה זוגית שלא תאם לצרכים שלנו (אמא ובן). נאלצנו לעבור לחדר קטן יותר עם חדר רחצה מיניאטורי ולא הוצע לנו שום פיצוי על כך. היה צפוץ מאד ולא נוח ובטח שלא עונה על ההגדרה של חדר בוטיק. לא נכתב או נאמר מראש שהמקום לא נגיש ושיש צורך לעלות בהרבה מדרגות כדי להגיע לדירה.

I didn't get to stay.

I was given instruction from the owners by WhatsApp on how to enter the building. I was given three different passwords from the owners for the front door! None of the passwords worked. I sent WhatsApp messages to the owners to ask them for clarity but they repeated the same passwords none of which worked. They then send me a video on WhatsApp which was no help either. I couldn't speak to anybody at reception - there seemed to be nobody at reception. I called the number I was given on my mobile phone but couldn't speak to anybody. This all took 30 to 40 minutes and I was getting frustrated. The WhatsApp messages I was getting from the owners assured me that everybody else was able to enter using their passwords - the implication being that I was the problem. After about 40 minutes of this I decided to book another place to stay. I left the building and told them by Whatsapp that I would stay elsewhere. They didn't refund my money.

Ideal location for exploring all of Jerusalem: West and East, Old and New. We come to Jerusalem annually, and know the city well. FABULOUS LOCATION! Also great shared kitchen and living room with balcony.

1. Note many stairs. Not a problem if you have no issues with climbing. There was a non-working lift. 2. Bathroom was tiny and shower made the rest of the floor wet. Good to have more towels or a rag to help dry floor.

Gdyby nie tragiczna łazienka w pokoju numer 4 to wystawiłbym ocenę 8. Pościel OK, ręczniki OK. Super lokalizacja i bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Fajna sprawa to: kawa i herbata za darmo dostępna całą dobę. Sam pokój też wystarczający, nie przyjechaliśmy leżeć w pokoju tylko zwiedzać. Niemniej łazienka w pokoju numer 4 to dramat !!! Łazienka ma szerokość jednego metra i jakiś cudotwórca na pierwszym miejscu zaplanował prysznic otwarty na resztę łazienki. Po użyciu prysznica w całej, pozostałej części łazienki stoi kałuża wody i gdybyś np. chciał skorzystać z WC to idziesz po wodzie jak ... Zaglądałem do innych pokoi i mają normalną łazienkę, więc moja ocena dotyczy tylko pokoju numer 4. To co inni piszą o codziennym sprzątaniu to też nieprawda. Byliśmy dwie noce, nikt nam pokoju nie sprzątał.

ŁAZIENKA - dramat!

Location is amazing, just minutes from the Old City walls. Walking distance to tram stops and bus station. It's on a quiet residential street. The staff speaks English and has great communication. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful

It didn't bother me, but some people with mobility issues might struggle with the stairs

Location is fantastic

Due to a border closure, we could not arrive as planned. I only stayed one night out of three nights paid for. Instead of being able to check in on the 26/12 I ended up checking in on 28/12. I contacted the owner in advance to change my booking dates because Booking.com would not allow modifications. The owner agreed via WhatsApp, so I believed everything was settled. On 29 December at around 11:30 a.m., the owner knocked on my door saying he needed to fix something in the bathroom. When I explained that my husband was showering, he left upset but did not tell me that I was required to check out. Later that day, after I had already left the accommodation to explore the city, I received a message telling me I had to leave immediately because the booking dates “had not been changed”. I was then forced to book again for the same day, even though I maintained constant communication of our whereabouts with the owner, and: • the room was available for the owner to accept new bookings on the 26/12 and 27/12 • there were no other guests in the place, we were the only ones, the place was not “overbooked” • the owner lost nothing. Instead of treating the few tourists willing to come to Jerusalem considering the situation with fairness, the owner chose to charge twice. We have been travelling across the Middle East for over a month and this never happened to us anywhere else, where hosts chose good faith and decency to approach this type situations. On top of that, the facilities were poor: the kitchen is very limited, the fridge was unplugged, there room is to small for a double bed (room 7) and none of the hot water kettles worked. I would not recommend this place. Future guests should be extremely cautious regardless of what the owner says privately.

המקום קרוב לממילא וקרוב לשוק. היינו בקשר עם האחראי על הדירות שסידר לנו חדר אחד הגעה מוקדמת. ועשה הכל כדי שנהיה מרוצים. ראינו שאכפת לו מאוד.

מלונית קטנה מול החומות בשכונת מוסררה. חדרים קטנים ונעימים ומחיר משתלם.

ראשית המיקום נפלא נוף מדהים , מאוד קרוב לרכבת הקלה שנית - החדרים ; לקחנו שלושה כל אחד היה נקי ומדוגם שלישית - במרכז המתחם מטבחון קטן מצויד במתקן מים קרים וחמים , כוסות קפה סוכר ... רביעית - בעל המקום אדיב וכל כל נחמד !!!! היה לנו כיף אדיר תודה רבה רבה על האירוח יישר כוח 💪

הבעלים של המקום תמיד זמינים וקשובים לצרכים של המתארחים במתחם הנופש. הייתה תקופה של כחודשיים שהמחירים באתר של Booking.com לא שיקפו את המדיניות של העסק. זאת הייתה תקלה פנימית של בית העסק, שתוקנה מיד כשהם עלו על הטעות. לאחר מכן ביצעתי הזמנה ושהיתי במתחם מספר לילות באותו שבוע. נהניתי מכל רגע...

הכל נהדר :) מחירים לכל כיס, גם ליחידים, לזוגות ולמשפחות. התיירות חוזרת לאט לאט וכיף לבוא לפה שוב ושוב. מקווה שהמצב רק ילך וישתפר כדי שהמקום ימשיך וישגשג.

The location is excellent, very easy to get around . The Old City is literally around the corner. 25 min by bus to The Knesset, New Jerusalem Library and Israeli museum. 7 min to Mahaney Yehuda market by light train. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Let me leave my bag in after checking out, so I was able to spend a day in Jerusalem. The room was clean, very nice bedding set. Coffee, tea, hot and cold water and a refrigerator, microwave are available. Beautiful and quiet street.The Jerusalem City hall park is 7 min walk and all buses and light train beside it.

Hotel situé au troisième étage, j'avais une canne, c'était très pénible. Il y a eu la nuit plusieurs coupures de courant. Les codes d'accès d'entrée ne correspondaient pas. Le personnel était absent. La pire de mes expériences avec booking, si vous continuez à le représenter, il faut corriger tous ces points, sinon toute fiabilité est perdue.

החדרים נקיים, ממוזגים, יש מכונת קפה איטלקית של Nespresso להכנת כל סוגי הקפה. יש מקרר ענק במתחם המשותף. יש חדר המתנה/לובי/לאונג' עם מרפסות קטנות שאפשר לנשום בהם אוויר. יש תמיכה הקשבה ועזרה מהבעלים. בקיצור, לא לחשוב פעמיים. לבוא ולנפוש באחד מהמקומות השקטים ביותר בירושלים...

את מה שלא אהבתי שיתפתי ישירות עם הבעלים שתמיד שמח להיות קשוב לכל הצרכים, לעזור ולתקן את אשר דרוש תיקון.
