Uitzicht en de badkamer waren fantastisch. Is een bnb zoals deze bedoeld is. Een huis met een kamer over en ontbijt in de huiskamer.

Vind ik heerlijk maar ligt afgelegen. Hosts waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar iets wat meer afstand bij het ontbijt zou wenselijk zijn.

Beautiful position and views from outside & the breakfast room. Excellent hosts with tips on places to visit, tasty breakfast and great to have toiletries, even conditioner. Skylight had a motorised blind which was handy.

Lots of lamps but not much natural light as it was an eaves room with a skylight.

Situated in beautiful, rolling countryside above Fortrose, the B&B felt like someone's home (which it was). Easy parking, and a small but comfortable room (large shared bathroom opposite). Great, home-cooked breakfast (kippers for me), and my daughter made friends with the dog. Well worth popping down to Chanonry Point to see the dolphins the next morning - more spectacular than we could have hoped!

La struttura ottima, accogliente e pulita. Stephen davvero eccezionale e disponibile, nonostante fossimo arrivati dopo le 22:00 ci ha aspettato per accoglierci. La colazione fantastica, preparata davvero con cura, deliziosa ed abbondante. Stephen ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare.

Struttura familiare molto carina , campagna stupenda con mucche e pecore, ma a due minuti da Fortrose, dove c'è tutto. Carinissimi i guest, ottima la colazione.

Fiona und Stephen sind sehr freundliche und unterhaltsame Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut . Abgeschiedene, ruhige Lage mit tollem Panorama. Unterkünfte sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen.

The stunning views were a real highlight. The room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, and the breakfast was fantastic—fresh, delicious and a perfect start to the day.

The couple who own the home are so so kind and it is very homey. The breakfast is more than wonderful (best breakfast ever!??). The view from our room was just incredible and the location is beautiful. I loved hearing the cows and sheep from our open window on a little hill across the way on the neighbors croft. The dog was so sweet and everything was very clean (don't worry about dog smell if you don't like animals because there isn't any). Its easier if you have a car to get around rather than relying on buses like we did but the beauty more than makes up for it. The neighboring town to Fortrose we visited, Rosemarchie, was so beautiful and I'm so glad we spent a day there (miraculously we managed to get a sunscreen sitting by the beach! Who would've thought with Scotland's weather). We could not have asked for more.

Nothing we didn’t like

Well we got a very warm welcome when we arrived and Stephen and Fiona were very knowledgeable of the area and advising of places to visit, there was a few places we didn't see mainly because we ran out of time. The full Scottish breakfast was really good and the room was very comfortable. On the morning we left Fiona made us ham sandwiches well a packed breakfast because we had a early start. Thank you for a great stay.

Uno dei migliori B&B in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Scozia. Camera spaziosa, tantissimi servizi disponibili, e soprattutto Stephen e Fiona che ti accolgono calorosamente e ti fanno sentire come a casa!!!

Das Haus liegt etwas entlegen wunderschön mitten in der hügeligen Landschaft. Daher braucht man ein Auto. Sehr schöne Lage und alles sehr schön gepflegt.

Die Gastgeber Fiona & Stephen sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ, Broxy, der kleine Hund, kaum wahrnehmbar. Das Frühstück wird nach individuellen Wünschen zubereitet und kann mit schönem Ausblick in die Landschaft genossen werden. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer im Obergeschoss ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Das Haus ist ziemlich abgelegen, der Weg allerdings gut ausgeschildert. Für Autoreisende als Basislager gut geeignet.

Haus in idyllischer, etwas abgeschieder Lage mit hervorragenden Gastgebern. Fasane kamen direkt an den Zaun. Sehr gutes Frühstück, engagiert bei der Empfehlung von Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen. Sehr gute Tips für den Besuch von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer und Bad in Ordnung, Essplatz am Fenster mit faszinierendem Weitblick.

Värdarna var supertrevliga och läget på landet var så mysigt med får och kor i närheten. Mycket att välja på till frukost.

Dåligt tryck i duschen och lite kallt inomhus. :)

Das Haus liegt mitten im Nirgendwo umgeben von ganz vielen Kühen und Schafen. Die Gastgeberin Fiona ist sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und ihr Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und sie gibt einem auch super Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Stephen and Fiona are fabulous hosts. Our room was so nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. The property is in a wonderful location. They gave us tips for our NC500 trip and it was lovely to hear their stories. The breakfast options were unbelievable for a small property and by far the best we had on our whole trip. I truly recommend you stay here. We would definitely stay here if passing by again.

Excellent hearty breakfasts with very good selection to choose from. Lovely welcoming hosts including the cat and dog! Such a lovely setting with bonny views. If we were in the area we would stay again.

Fiona et Stephen sont extrêmement chaleureux. Pleins de bonnes idées pour planifier les visites avec de bons conseils locaux mais aussi jusqu’à Skye où nous allions. La chambre était tout à fait conforme aux photos et à la description. Petit déjeuner sympathique avec vue sur la campagne environnante. C’est calme, le matin on avait le chant des oiseaux. Pour manger, Croftons à Rosemarkie est très bien, à 10 minutes de route du B&B.

We waren wat laat en het liep nog uit, maar de gastheer was erg begripvol en bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Je voelt je echt thuis! Een prima kamer met comfortabele bedden. Op de gang een nette, erg ruime, moderne badkamer. Een fantastisch uitgebreid Schots ontbijt, echt een aanrader, je kunt er bijna de hele dag op vooruit. De B&B is gelegen in een heel mooie, rustige omgeving.

It's cute little well decorated b&b bit away from the Fortrose, in the middle of the farms. If you have your own vehicle, it is a good choice, comfy home with friendly host, offering good hot breakfast. They have small pet dog, my son loved playing with him. We stayed for 3 nights, don't forget to visit fairy glen waterfall, Rosemarkie Beach and Chennory point. Unforgettable memories.

For three of us, the room alloted was on first floor, without lift, we had three heavy suitcases. Though the brekfast area has very good view of the area, won't able to enjoy any view from the room as it has only one vented roof window.
