Engelsholm Bed & Breakfast

Vi var virkelig glade for alt ved vores ophold – lige fra den gode kommunikation til selve stedet. Der var rent og pænt, værelserne var gode, og beliggenheden var perfekt med kort afstand til det hele. Værterne var utrolig søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme og kom med gode anbefalinger til steder, vi kunne besøge. Der var en dejlig rolig og afslappet stemning, og selvom vi rejste med et barn, følte vi aldrig, at vi skulle være musestille eller passe på hele tiden. Der var plads til bare at være, og vi følte os faktisk helt hjemme.

Der var ikke noget, jeg ikke kunne lide.

Umístění v krásné lokalitě, v bývalém statku, klidné místo, dostatečné vybavení, dobrá dojezdová vzdálenost do Billund i k moři, milí a vstřísní hostitelé.

The property was clean, quiet, and in a beautiful location. The room was comfortable, and it was a great place to stay while visiting Billund and the nearby attractions. The host was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful location in nature.

Virkelig virkelig smuk beliggenhed og utrolig venlige værter. Fint og rent. Gode køkken faciliteter. Tæt på købmand.

Nydelig område, spesielt om våren med flotte turmuligheter rett utenfor døren. Bra lokalisert i en virkelig vakker del av Danmark. Mange attraksjoner i nærheten. Vertskapet var svært imøtekommende og varme. Familievennlig.

Madrassene var litt på den myke siden, som nok er en smakssak, ellers var alt strålende.

The house is located in a beautiful area, next to a pond, a lake, a forest and a beautiful castle. We were greeted by a very nice landlady who lived in the house next door. She welcomed us with cookies and tea, which we could use also later during our stay. Room was perfect for family of 4. We really enjoyed underfloor hearing in bathroom. Despite cold outside (5-10 degrees), it was warm inside.

The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom only by a curtain, and the water beneath it flowed into the rest of the bathroom. After each shower, the floor under the toilet had to be wiped. The mattresses in the beds were very soft, not everyone liked it.

Very friendly and helpful people/owners. Beautiful location. Great for families with young kids as lots of space to run around. Good cooking facilities and easy parking on the site. Nice private bathroom. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen.

Tricky if you are looking for privacy as your door opens straight into the kitchen area. Nowhere comfortable to sit in the room other than on the bed, though there is a desk and a chair for the desk.

Wspaniała lokalizacja. Obiekt na zewnątrz bardzo zadbany, pokój bardzo czysty, kuchnia czysta dobrze wyposażona, bezpłatny i bezpieczny parking, przemiły gospodarz, który osobiście nas powitał i przegnał.

Wszystko było w porządku i zgodnie z opisem.

Bardzo zadbane miejsce, spokojna okolica, na zewnątrz duże boisko i miejsce do siedzenia, do dyspozycji piłka i inne gry zewnętrzne. część kuchenna wspólna czysta, zadbana i wyposażona we wszystko tak jak w domu (nawet sitko, tarka opiekacz i mikrofalówka). Do dyspozycji także kawa i herbaty. Gospodarz bardzo sympatyczny i rozmowny. Bardzo łatwy kontakt zarówno osobiście jak i mailowo. dodatkową niespodzianką było to, że gospodarz przywitał nas domowej roboty ciastem! w pokoju wspólnym zabawki dla dzieci i klocki, pokoje czyste. Engelsholm B&B is a quiet place near Billund. There is plenty of space for kids to run and fly a small parkflyer. It has a beautiful view on a pond and a grassland with cows. There is no problem with parking a car. Rooms and common kitchen are clean and tidy. Every room has its own shelf in the refrigerator. The host is welcoming, approachable, and pleasant to interact with.

I had a wonderful stay at this Bed & Breakfast. The place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and very peaceful. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to return. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Legoland as it is fairly close to Billund (15 minutes by car) and you can relax in a quiet environment after a lomg day. Friendly hosts, lots of parking spaces, activities for kids (football, softball tennis, corner with toys and Legos).

Great location, in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and yet not far from Legoland. The kids enjoyed playing outside. Lovely hosts.

The owner is relentless, he really is now harassing me because he cannot deal with criticism. Which is only done to improve things and give honest view to people lime me

Noisy, room was right outside kitchen basic, there is also black mould in brick work on ceiling, i found water dripping from the bathroom seal, made my own bed when i arrived, and bring your own shower gel etc

Extremely clean hotel like 5* start hotel. The host is very kind and polite. 1,5 km to the bus stop and 1,5 km to the shop. Close to the airport and Legoland.

Location - it was like in haven just sun, wind and cows. Everything was clean and arrandged. Outside were two tables with posibility to have meal outside. The view to the lake with swans, ducks und other water birds. Last evening the owner bought ice cream for all the guest - that was super sweet.

Need some shampoo and shower gel in bathroom. For us bed where too soft, and would like better pillows. Would be nice some more posibilties for more outside activities like badminton or jumpropes for kids.

Really nice experience, the room was cleany, the kitchen too. Henrik and his mother were really close to our needs. i felt as at my home! It's only 15 minutes by car to Billund, good position to visit Legoland and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for LEGOland and for west Denmark. Nice, cozy, clean rooms and beautiful countryside.

The B&B is in a rural area, very quiet and peacefull location. Legoland is closeby located at a 15 minute drive.

Beautiful location, clean rooms with all needed amenities for family and a great host Henrik.

Lovely quiet home close to Billund, Jelling, and Vejle. Hosts were very gracious and made several suggestions of local attractions in walking distance. Lovely forest trails all over.

The occasional spider, but to be expected when so close to nature!

Good, relaxing location close to the important activities in the area, easily accessible by car.

Really great location for those who like nature. Just 10 min walk to bus stop and 20 minutes by bus to Legoland. Everything very clean and comfortable, would greatly recommend

The best host ever - answered my every questions, always very helpful, also during our stay. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was big enough. TV only with chromecast but I downloaded the application and we could watch Dragon Ball with my daughter :D A lot of space to park the car. Lights outside - very helpful when leaving at 4:00 AM for airport. This neck of the woods was awesome! My daughter enjoyed watching the cows :) It was only 15 minutes from Legoland (Parking #1) and to Billund town centre.

There are two things to consider: 1. Put the serial number of the Chromecast on or near the TV screen (During our stay some other family connected to our TV several times while we were watching - they didn't seem to know which was their chromecast - I tried to solve that issue but other guests didn't speak english) 2. A notice posted on the main door/room doors about night hours would have been helpful - some families were using the kitchen and chatting outside after 10pm-11pm and this was quite disturbing.

Of course would i prefer own kitchen, but it's not possible in this kind of accomodation.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful and tranquil location. Henrik was very friendly and helpful, and his mother seems lovely, we managed to have a little chat even though we didn’t speak the same language. Excellent kitchen facilities. there is a very nice walking path just across the road.

not a problem for me but be aware that you really need a car when staying here as there is not much in walking distance.

A very nice accommodation at a nice location. It’s a B&B with 4 rooms in a separate building. Clean, nice equipped kitchen and floor heating. Very friendly hosts. We have met the owner twice, briefly. Henrik, the owners son, especially came to our room to meet us face to face when he saw our car. That gave us the feeling of a warm welcome.

For us everything was perfect.

Quite place, helpful owner, we had all we need.
