Comunicación con la anfitrionada excelente desde el primer momento, y muy atenta. El apartamento muy limpio, cuidado con mucho mimo y con todo detalle, te deja unas capsulas para tomar un cafe que es de agradecer. Muy buena comunicación con el autobus 48 y 37 que te llevan al centro o sino el metro tambien esta cerca. Muy recomendable, sin lugar a dudas si regreso a bruselas alli volvere. Un placer.

El baño .La ducha y el agua estaban muy bien . Todo lo necesario, las toallas bien.

La iluminación de la habitacion un poco sombría. Debajo de la cama había bastante pelusa ,no cuesta tanto limpiar una habitación pequeña.. Las sábanas oscuras tampoco me gustan pero claro es mí opinión. Nos coincidió con ola de calor y el ventilador que tiene es pequeño y ruidoso , al ser un bajo nos daba cosa dormir con la ventana abierta ,así que pasamos calor.

L'alloggio si trova a 10 minuti dalla fermata della metro, con la quale con cose 4 fermate si raggiunge la stazione di Gare du midi o con 8 fermate la stazione centrale. Ben collegata con il centro di Bruxelles. La zona è tranquilla, ma non ci sono negozi né ristoranti. La stanza accogliente presente caffè e bollitore e the per colazione in camera. Martine molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. A pesar de no estar en el centro, la estación de bus y de metro quedaba a 5 minutos caminando. También me gustó que es muy cómodo, completo. El baño y la cama espectaculares. Tiene un espejo de cuerpo completo. Buena calefacción, agua caliente. Había una nevera pequeña, café, cafetera, secador de pelo. Todo limpio. La anfitriona también fue muy amable.

Por decir algo, me hubiese gustado que el alojamiento tenga un microondas y que esté un poco más iluminado en el área del espejo, pero eso es gusto personal. No tiene nada de mal este alojamiento.

Absolutely amazing, clean, well equiped and comfortable. Would come again.

The bed was so comfortable and cozy, I didn’t want to get up. The provided plates, cutlery and mugs were beautiful and clean and very useful, especially because there is a supermarket nearby and a small fridge in the room. The owner is the sweetest and kindest person - she worked very efficiently to explain everything I needed to know.

The heater was turned off during the day and it got quote cold in the room pretty quickly. If you are a light sleeper the room is not for you. The door of the room leads straight to the entrance of the building, so you people coming in and out (the main entrance door closing) and every single word people are talking right outside your door.

Floor and shower a bit dirty

A városközpont a szállás közeléből induló 48-as busszal könnyen elérhető, de a 4, 10-es villamosmegállója is ott van az utca végében. A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt. A szoba mindent tartalmazott amire a 2 éjszaka alatt szükség volt. Kapszulás kávéfőző kapszulával, vízforraló teafilterrel, csoki, keksz, zabkása a reggelihez, pohár, tányér, hajszárító, esernyő. Minden tökéletes volt. Bátran ajánlom, mert ár-érték arányban nagyon kedvező.

Short walk to transit stop for lines 4 and 10, host met us and made us feel very welcome. Small fridge and tea/coffee making supplies provided.

Room is on ground floor, which is nice and windows have an opaque covering so can't see in, also outside bars, but if open for fresh air, hear all conversations of those walking by.

Ein ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine. Modernes Bad. Ruhige Lage. Normales Doppelbett. Es ist nur ein kurzer Weg zur Straßenbahn, mit der man ins Zentrum kommt.

Es gibt kein Parkhaus in der Nähe, man muss in der Straße parken und täglich ein Parkticket kaufen. WICHTIG! Auf keinen Fall Fahrräder am Auto lassen! Uns wurden sie vom abgesperrten Fahrradträger geklaut, trotz abmontierter Sättel und zusätzlich angebrachten Fahrradschlössern. Die Wirtin hat uns (hinterher) erzählt, sie hätte eine Abstellmöglichkeit im Haus gehabt.

Vaikne asukoht, toidupood ja trammipeatud olid jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Toas oli kõik vajalik olemas.

Everything! Spacious, clean and well equipped studio. Very close to the tramway and super close to the city centre. Host was very nice and accommodating.

Our host was very kind and helpful. We made a couple days visit in the city and this apartment was suitable for this. The location of the apartment was realy great, two metro lines are within a 5-minute walk.

Martine was very caring and helpful. the room was clean and all necessary supplies were available. It was a good stay.

A charming private room with own entrance in a beautiful street. Martine was super hospitable and friendly. Room was clean, warm and cozy, well equiped with minimum required amenities for a short stay like coffee machine, a plate and cutleries. It was possible to watch Netflix in the room's TV. Even though there's a window that opens to the street, during the 4 nights of my sleep it felt very quiet.

The host was very responsible. We had a conference to attend and the host managed to check in before the time . The area was quiet.

Probably it will be better if you had some kitchen equipments to use to make quick meals.

The property was very well situated for travel into the centre. Despite being right on the street it was very quiet. It was roomy and comfortable.

Our French is limited and there was little English information in the room. Tea and coffee were possible but there was no microwave for heating food ( but there was a small refrigerator.)

The apartment was clean and cozy with small attractive details, which I liked very much. The host is nice and very helpful. Really nice place to stay in Brussels.

Soundproofing insulation is not very good, so you can hear almost all the sounds from the corridor.

I visited the city in order to attend a concert in Forrest National and chose this place to stay, because it's 20 minutes far from the concert hall. The place was amazing, very clean and comfy. Even though I came much later than expected, I was able to collect keys.

Everything. Location, transport links, clean and comfortable. Netflix a great bonus for down time during our stay. Would have appreciated a change of towels during our 5 day stay but I don't want to put it as a dislike!

The room has everything you need. However, during summer time it gets too hot and if you open the window everyone can hear you from the street. Toilet was clean. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check in.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived bit later than the estimated time and didn’t have mobile data to inform the owner. The owner complained about that. We believe they should be a bit more understanding since these things happen quite often.

The bed was very comfortable. It was a very private room.

There were no iron.

You have to be aware, that it is on the ground-floor facing the street. It’s a residential street with little traffic, so it’s quite, and there are bars in front of the window, so it is safe, and the windows are frosted glass, so it is private. But with the window open, pedestrians look straight into the room.

The room was very nice and the location very close to where we wanted to be. The whole communication with the hosts went very smooth and clear.

The room was in a good and secure location. The tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch. Beautiful bathroom! Great quality overall.

Martine's place was absolutely perfect. The bedroom was very clean and cozy, and it is equipped with everything you might need for a short stay in Brussels. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, only two blocks away from the tram line which takes you to the train stations and the city center, so that made it extremely easy to move around the city. I would definitely recommend it!

I liked the position, the neighborhood where the house was located. Quiet, very easily accessible, shops around, very nice. The room is clean and modernly equipped.

it’s just a room but still very well planned - with little fridge and water kettle, plates and cutlery so easy to have breakfast or simple meal. it was super clean and comfy, and just a nice space ! also good location if you want to be close to st Gilles the owner was super nice and responsive and very very easy checkin and all worked super well.

the only think is that it’s street level so if you like having the window open at night it feels a bit weird when ppl pass by. it they can’t see in but it’s still a bit weird. but it’s not a noisy or busy street so it was fine anyway

Very cute room, with all amenities that you will need. Nespresso style coffee maker with plenty of coffee. Extremely clean with the sweetest host.
