لم اجد احد في الاستقبال الغرفة بالية و حمام ليس به وسائل النظافة باستثناء ورق الحمام و السائر متسخة و غير نظيفة رصدت تحرك الجرذان بالحمام مما دفعني إلى اغلاق فتحته و وضع شيء ثقيل عليها الإضاءة منخفضة و الابواب لا توصد بشكل جيد

Localização muito ruim, taxi não quis entrar no local deixou longe, entrei no quarto todo sujo, com papel de bolacha em baixo da cama, nao tinha água pra tomar banho, nem da torneira só pingava, e o funcionário já chegou pedindo pagamento da taxa de serviço de 22,50 que nao foi usada nem o café da manhã, fui embora um dia mais cedo pois nao aguentava mais, o mal cheiro do local. Não recomendo

El alojamiento estaba en una mala zona, el cuarto estaba lleno de cucarachas y el agua del baño caía por todas partes, y la puerta del cuarto no tenía ni llave ni seguro. Tuvimos que irnos.

Horrible

The room felt eerie and very uncomfortable. The property was noisy all night with constant shouting and loud disturbances. At one point, I heard a woman screaming and begging a man to let her leave. I have no idea what was happening, but it was extremely disturbing and made me feel unsafe. I spent the entire night frightened and couldn’t sleep. Someone even tried to open my room door, which was terrifying. I was too scared to say anything and waited until morning so I could leave. This was the most unsafe accommodation I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it, especially for solo female travellers.

Très déçus par cette réservation. La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées lors de la réservation. Elle était extrêmement petite, avec une hauteur sous plafond très basse, quasiment sans fenêtre (seulement un petit carreau), ce qui donnait une véritable sensation d’étouffement. De plus, des draps d’hiver étaient installés malgré la saison. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre compte tenu des conditions, mais cela nous a été refusé. La chambre attribuée ne correspondait clairement pas à celle réservée ni aux prestations annoncées sur les photos. Face à cette situation, nous avons finalement été contraints de changer de riad directement. Malgré cela, aucun geste commercial ni remboursement des sommes versées ne nous a été proposé, alors même que nous n’avons jamais bénéficié de la chambre pour laquelle nous avions réservé. Très mauvaise expérience et gros manque de considération envers les clients.

La verdad que el alojamiento deja mucho que desear

Repito el alojamiento deja mucho que desear.. huele mal está sucio, las habitaciones son unos zulos… Huele a pis de gato dentro del Riad. Las habitaciones fatal… sin ventilación… Y encima, me puse en contacto con el Riad porque tuvimos q irnos, y no han sido capaces de ponerse en contacto conmigo. Nefasto todo.

Estaba cerca de la estación de autobuses, cerca del zoco. El hotel cuando entras es bonito con un patio centraly decorado al estilo arabe. Tiene una terraza muy grande arriba. La habitación no es pequeña

El barrio no es muy seguro, las habitaciones no están muy bien conservadas, no ves el jardín por la ventana que dicen, el aire acondicionado se lo tienes que pedir al chico que te lo venga a poner, el baño es pequeñito y huele un poco.

- The building itself is very nice in terms of decoration and design. - There is a very nice relaxation area on the roof which is a huge advantage when the weather is nice. - Location is not bad, around 20 min walk to main square. - If you are a muslim then nearest mosque is 3 minutes away by walk. - Some of the employees were very nice and cheerful. Especially the ladies. May God bless them. - we got free early check in which was very nice - we were able to keep our luggage at the property for free some hours after check out time, which was very nice as well

- Some of the employees were quite grumpy and mean like this middle age dude who is like a front desk agent. When I politely asked him for a mug of hot water to make myself coffee (which is absolutely basic request!) he was super grumpy and told me "this is not a restaurant" and then proceeded to provide them anyway. - Our room was quite dirty, a lot of surfaces were full of dust and mite - because this year (2026) is particularly humid and full of rain so the bathroom is full of mold. Because of pouring rain the sewage also gets quite full in Marrakesh and it causes the bathroom and the whole room to smell terribly like sewage in addition to the smell of mold. - the property is full of cats, while we do love cats and we pet them all the time, the problem is that a lot of them are males and they walk all over the place and mark their territory so it smells like cat piss on corridors and even inside the rooms as well - the arrangment of furniture in the rooms is awful, there was no wardrobe to keep the belongings, and there was barely any floor-space available. It's full of uselles cupboards which are just taking space and you can't keep much stuff in it anyway. - the sink in the bathroom was leaking water on the floor so you could only use very weak water pressure - there was no feet-wipe in front of bathroom door and since the carpet in the room was filthy so you would end up with bunch of dirt on your feet every time you exit the bathroom. - the lamps in the room are extremely weak so after sunset you get barely any light in the room, you cannot read books or do anything which requires decent amount of light

The room was really good value, I was alone with my own private bathroom.

Was quite loud (from other guests, stray cats, vehicles on the street), room was dirty and not very cosy.

Achei o quarto frio pois as portas e janelas são de madeiras com fristas,onde passa-se o ar… casa de banho( duche) muito pequeno !

Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit großartigem Blick auf Marrakesch, kleines aber gepflegtes Zimmer, Top Preis/Leistung. Auch sehr schöner Innenhof, haben dort leider nicht zu Abend gegessen.

El chico que trabaja allí es súper súper atento y amable de verdad , es estupendo contar con gente así en alojamientos , tras ver reseñas súper negativas de ellos , al fin comprobé por mi misma que son mentiras e injustas , todo está limpio y bien, mi experiencia ha sido súper positiva y por el precio que vale es más que aceptable, muchas gracias por todo familia .

El riad està bé, l’habitació no és de luxe però pel preu és assequible.

El noi que ens va atendre no era molt simpàtic i semblava que no s’havia mirat ni la reserva. El soroll també, s’escolten molt els gats i costa una mica dormir.

Wonderful in every way! Fantastic location in an over 100 year old Riad. So many nooks and crannies offering creative photo opportunities, so great to relax and read. Our room looked out onto a courtyard with orange trees, felt like we were back in time! Beds were comfy with extra blankets if needed, ensuite toilet and shower all clean. Room also had air-conditioner/heater. Host was very welcoming and attentive, he arranged SUV taxi to pick us up from airport so no trouble finding property. Roof top was beautiful comfy seats both in shade and to sunbathe, many hours spent here. Very quiet despite being in the middle of old town full of vendors, little streets to get lost in and re-find yourself, excellent food in cafes all around, would recommend ones with roof tops. When you walk in to the Riad the noise and bustle of the city immediately fades away. Superb find and we will definitely be back!

La stanza e il bagno era sporchissimi. Le lenzuola, le coperte e gli asciugamani laceri e sporchi. Il pavimento era sporco e c'erano fili dell'elettricità in giro. L'accoglienza è stata pessima e il wifi a una certo punto non funzionava più perchè avevano tolto il modem. Nonostante abbiamo pagato in anticipo entrambe le notti siamo scappate la mattina presto e abbiamo trovato un altro riad per la seconda notte. Chiedo il rimborso di almeno una notte e consiglio vivamente di rivedere la presenza di questa struttura tra le nostre proposte di booking. Ho fatto diverse foto che posso inviare.

Nettes Personal, gute und ruhige Lage

Sehr dreckige Decken, muffiger Geruch im Zimmer und muffig riechende Bettwäsche.

Goede locatie maar daar blijft het bij.

Had niet veel verwacht voor dit budget maar dit was meer dan slecht. Kamer stond blank door lekkende airco. Douche valt uit elkaar/ geen water. Hygiëne is niet te bekennen.

Bed was descent, AC was stuck on high level but worked fine., they didn’t tell me that it leaks to the floor.

Fair location! The liquor store which are few and far between is only about 12 min walk away. The bud station and major taxi hub is about 6 min walk. Very easy.

Jag fick ett rum högst upp, detta var relativt nyrenoverat. Även långt från katt doft som fanns i korridoren inunder. Helt fantastiskt läge, takterrassen var underbar och rummet väldigt prisvärt, litet men bra

The people were warm and always offered help.

They need to work on their bath tub, it leaks out water through the walls to the room on the carpet making the place smell. When I complained they asked me not to step too hard on the bath tub and I should keep the shower facing down and not touching the wall whilst bathing. The bath tub was also very small. Basically, they need to change the carpet or watch and air them. They can also make their bedsheets white and not coloured. The white duvet was dirty, the carpet was dirty and cats were always around. I hate that I rate them this low but I wish they can actually make their place neater or cleaner because they already have good staff.

J’avais froid malheureusement il n’y avait pas de chauffage, mais pas grave très bonne expérience.

The room was extremely dirty, as were the headboards. There were no bath towels, and when I asked for them, they were dirty too. The room was very cold, and the door was old and didn't close easily. This place is not suitable for people to stay in.

C était pas propre: les matelas, oreillers, couvertures poussiereux et sales, chambres très proches les unes des autres, portes en bois deja cassées et juste collee avec des morceaux de bois

Il fait terriblement froid dans le riad, sans chauffage. On a du demander uneautre couverture mais le froid persistait. Il ny avait pas d’eau chaude. On nous explique wuil faut attendre de couler l’eau longtemps et que le coté bleu correspond au chaud et non pas le rouge. La salle de bain est etroite avec un plafont en pente donc on est obligé de se courber et le miroir est ultra bas. Il ny a pas de douchette dans les toilette pour se nettoyer comme des musulmans. On est resté une seule nuit dans pouvoir se faire rembourser l’autre

Filthy smelled of cat pee. Had to wipe ligjt switches etc myself they were manky. No toilet roll unless on request.doors dont lock properly even the cat walked in our locked room.Nowhere to put clothes etc. Staff arrogant and said we are not here to help you when we asked them to give our taxi a location in their language. Put passports in office then on last day disappeared so no access to our passports had to threaten to kick door in to get them to come and help. It was freezing and wouldnt put heater on for us. Took money for our last coffee before leaving which never arrived due to no milk or gas but wouldnt give me my money back. Always looked passed the dirt and smell before but i wont put up with the way we were treated on our last day. Been there 5 times but will not be going back again as most guests we have spoken to said they wouldnt either.

Que haya heces de gato en los pasillos, falta de wifi (decía que tenía wifi pero era mentira) y que el anfitrión tenga mala disposición para ayudar o dar soluciones a los problemas.

Kicsi volt a mosdó, és abban a víznyomás. Hiányzott egy asztal. Pár alátét szőnyeg cserére szorul.

Donde está ubicado.

El sitio huele a gato. Le falta limpieza y mantenimiento. Hay humedades, al menos en nuestra habitación. El baño… sin comentarios, no tragaba la cisterna, salía un hilo de agua de la ducha. Nos dijeron de no usar el baño y utilizar un baño comunitario. Un horror. Por cierto toallas sucias y falta siempre papel higiénico. PD llevar ambientador por si acaso.

Je vous déconseille cette endroit. Chambre plei d humidité et pas confortable. Le personnel incompétent. J ai demandé à avoir une nouvelle chambre et on me répond que rien n est disponible. Je mets un zéro aussi à booking. Le lieu était insalubre j ai demandé un remboursement et boooking est devait me répondre sous 24h ça fait une semaine et toujours pas de réponse. Je suis un client du site depuis plusieurs années. J ai du louer un appartement au dernier moment ce qui m a coûté plus que prévu. Déception vraiment.

We know it. We dont mind slumming it if its clean and quiet. We know the area so great for me and my friend.

Its ok but we realised its not that clean. Light switches were filthy and you can smell cat pee the moment you walk in. I can look past that though and would stay again.

A Riad folyósói és kertje nagyon szép és autentikus, kis felújítás mellett lehetne belőle jó szállás.

Szoba ajtaját nem lehetett zárni rendesen, a tisztaságot hírből sem ismerik, használhatatlan takaró és párna, a Wc ajtót se lehetett zárni, és a wc csöpögött egész éjszaka. A falak vékonyak és a légkondi csak dísznek volt , mert penészes is volt és távirányító se volt hozzá. Szerencsére csak 1 éjszakát töltöttünk itt , hosszabb időre nem javaslom.

Very authentic & beautiful accommodation. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff was super friendly, communicative and helpful when I needed help with taxi/money exchange/etc.

The room allocation was a bit difficult and the facilities were rather minimalistic, you might have to expect cockroaches. But for a a short stay it’s good!

En principio que las fotos de booking no eran fieles a la realidad del alojamiento, en las fotos parecía de lujo cuando no lo era y, en mi caso, en la habitación solo había dos camas y ni un armario o percha para ropa y ni una silla

Les repas servis. Couscous cramé pas de sauce ni de vinaigrette dans la salade. Et le prix était élevé. Même pour un petit déjeuner il fallait le commander la veille.

Habían cucarachas, mucha suciedad, el personal se cortaba las uñas de los pies en el patio común donde se desayunaba y comía. Muchos gatos pero nada de limpieza. No hay AA.

La chambre est dans un état inacceptable. Très sale à l’arrivée : sol poussiéreux, draps tachés, salle de bain mal nettoyée,Et il y avait des araignées qui m'ont mordue. Un vrai manque d’entretien général. Très décevant pour un établissement hôtelier.

Everything. Dirty, crusty, musty, dusty and a lot of cats. The drainage system was terrible and lack of water. Poor/ destroyed windows and doors. Felt a little bit unsafe but it was safe

Nice pretty Riad. Great roof top overlooking river towards Sale.

Room I had was hot, if window was open there were mosquitoes. If you don't eat eggs there is no protein in the breakfast which I feel is served late.

It was a very pleasant stay. The guy that welcomed me at the place was very responsive and friendly!

Everything else was fine apart from the bathroom. Bad shower and tiny, without a door.

Its a bit shabby but its clean, quiet during the night and in heart of real morrocco which we like but others may not. There is a coat stand that doubles as a wardrobe but we dont mind things like that others may not be happy with that. The main square is a 30 mins walk but a stop at chez hicham for a juice on route is great we did the same on the way back too it was a daily routine. Traffic outside riad is mad but you get used to it and just crack on. We would go back again it was our 3rd time staying there it suits us but if you want luxery its not the place to go.

It was a little noisier at night this time but it did go quiet for a good nights sleep.

Location was fine

Old and dusty room. Bed linen was gross (not a proper duvet, just a dirty blanket/throw used). The smell from the drains was so bad that it woke me up in the middle of the night. They offered a taxi service from airport but when I asked them about it and gave them a time and place, they ignored it. I only heard back today and I have been home from my trip for 3 days so obviously that is too late. Staff were unfriendly

Location was great. Room size OK (I was a single traveller). Shower OK and did have hot water, all en-suit.

Could be difficult to find. I had a taxi from airport so was taken to accommodation otherwise maybe not so easy to find.
