Lovely apartment with plenty of space. Good facilities and charming ambiance. Garden to die for.
Nothing.
The chalet was beautiful with everything we could need. Breakfast was excellent with a good supply of everything we needed.
A really tranquil location. The room is spacious and airy - even in hot weather. Excellent shower. Very good supplies for breakfast. A lovely and very quiet, private garden. Good base for visiting Chichester and other interesting local places. Buses available. Friendly hostess who generously provided us with a box of goodies from her nursery on our departure.
Access from a busy road through a car repair place a bit surprising, and no pavement on the road but not the fault of the host!
Getting exactly what the photo shows. The bed was big & comfy. We had a nice sleep. The room also provided electric fan which was ideal for the summer weather. Brilliant! It included a range of good healthy continental breakfast. We feel one with nature during our stay and we got to enjoy seeing and hearing different birds around. Best part: We got a bonus bag of their own produce from the host and we were so touched and greatly appreciate their generosity. They were superb and taste so good!!!
We loved it and enjoyed our stay and hope there was more or a bigger bottle for body soap for 2 people for two nights. We didn’t ask for this by the way which I’m sure would be provided if we did. Everything else was fab.
Wonderfully calm and tranquil - airy room and lovely private garden. Great breakfast. Lovely people. Good bus service to Chichester nearby.
It was a beautiful house situated in fabulous surroundings, very quiet and lots of wildlife to enjoy seeing
All good
Seclusion and private garden.
No negatives.
Peaceful setting amongst nature. Owners were great. Lovely location equidistant from Chichester and the sea with great walks on your doorstep.
Nothing.
The setting is beautiful, Debbie, the host, was wonderful, and the room was outstanding - very comfortable, well appointed, and secluded. Everything that I needed.
Nothing
Such a quiet, idyllic stay. The room was light, warm and cosy. Debbie had filled the fridge and shelves with breakfast foods. There was information and recommendations for the area. Debbie was so kind - I left with a bag of veg from their organic nursery, given to us. We’d love to return.
Private, not overlooked, lovely garden views, quiet, comfortable and with a lovely scent of herbs
-
Stunning cosy property with delightful private gardens with lots of wild flowers. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great friendly host. the small touches in the property like beautiful wild flowers arranged were a lovely touch.
Very difficult to find anything negative as was so serene and relaxing
Breakfast was all organic. Tasty and a good variety.
Exceptional. Beautiful retreat with own garden, lots of birds, bees and simply being as one with nature. The room was immaculate, bed super comfy and wonderful shower. A rare retreat where you feel far from the beach bustle on a fabulous organic nursery. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little time away with nature but close to the coast and some fantastic places to eat.
Everything was perfect. Faultless
The tranquility and privacy. Being in nature. Nice breakfast. The feeling of being welcome. The chance to sample Debbie's own tomatoes.
Peaceful location, very nice large room, kitchenette was well stocked. Bed comfortable, nice shower. Friendly owner. Plus help carrying our luggage.

Idylle
The room was so cosy, and we loved the garden. We really enjoyed all the breakfast goodies!
The accommodation was fantastic so beautiful was nestled in a magical gardens very beautiful and peaceful. The host Debbie was lovely and welcoming and we had the most beautiful of stays, the tomatoes from the organic garden were delicious and indeed the vegetables that were given at the end of a lovely stay.
Our expectations were already high due to the pevious reviews we had read about this property - and we were not disappointed. We can only echo everything that has previously been said and highly recommend Three Oaks to anyone looking for beautifully furnished and well equipped accommodation surrounded by amazing gardens and with stunning walks on your doorstep. Finally a thank you to Debbie for looking after us so well.
Debbie and Howard were fantastic hosts. Very helpful, thoughtful, and went the extra mile for us on our stay. The property was very well laid out, very comfortable, very clean with everything that you could need. The location was ideal for us, lots of wildlife and wide flowers. It was very peaceful and tranquil. There is a good bus service outside the nursery to Chichester, Bognor Regis, and Selsey. The bus number is 51 and it runs approx every 20 mins. We both had a fantastic stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thank you, Debbie and Howard. Darren and Tracey.
Nothing to dislike.
Property was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and cared for. We had everything we required. Debbie had also left breakfast cereals, fruit, yoghurt, butter, bread, jam, milk and orange juice which was a lovely touch and very thoughtful. It was set in peaceful surroundings, the garden was secluded with seating outside to enjoy the sunshine.
There was nothing we didn’t like
Lovely garden cottage
The room was absolutely lovely, with all facilties (apart from limited cooking) and a splendid view over the garden. It's right out in the sticks, though there's a decent pub (not cheap) a mile away, reachable by a very unreliable bus service (I wouldn't advise walking unless you're confidant about your life insurance; it's a busy main road with no pavements)
Although it's not obvious when booking, be aware the 'breakfast' is diy, and limits you mainly to cereal or toast, neither of which are my scene (though I did manage a cheese toastie and a re-heated pie). The owner did kindly offer to get me some eggs, but the only means of cooking them was a microwave - tricky. The shower could do with a caddy to hold your bits and pieces. Also, if you're relying on the bus for transport, don't - there's a stop just outside the accommodation, but Stagecoach reliability is abysmal; published timetables are speculation.
It was comfortable, had an excellent bathroom, parking and breakfast was provided in the form of cereals, milk, yoghurt, coffee & etc etc. The location is secluded and peaceful with a lovely lawn and sitting area as part of an astonishing wooden house based on ideas from Papua and New Guinea round and long huts. Eclectic! Our hosts run an organic market garden and this is just the most peaceful and secluded place.
The room was rather warm because of the weather and wooden construction.
Beautiful location in natural setting, very well equipped with quality products. Impeccably clean and homely with finishing touches eg bath products, cushions and towels. Enjoyed the visits from the wildlife, birds, rabbits and pheasant.
It was perfect just wish I’d stayed longer.
The property was spacious immaculately clean and comfortable. So much thought and care has gone into preparation and design. The icing on the cake was the beautifully peaceful location with the French windows opening onto the private sunny terraced area overlooking the garden with ample seating to sit and have breakfast listening to the bird song.
Having to leave after only two nights! Genuinely couldn’t think of anything lacking.
Everything. Location, comfort, cleanliness, friendly hosts, food and drink supplies. It had everything that made our stay so enjoyable.
Would like to have stayed longer.
Breakfast was sufficient Location was exceptional Very quite although it was near the road could not hear any traffic only bird songs 😊 Very close to the nature reserve excellent for walking. There were no negatives.
Wasn’t any thing to dislike
Our 2nd stay and we love it. Beautiful garden, secluded, lovely/cosy interior. We will be back next time we visit in a few months. Now our favourite place to stay. David and Justine
We had such a lovely stay in this Peaceful relaxing place surrounded by nature at its best , the night sky was amazing so clear , which gave me two nights of some excellent astrophotography, everything we needed was there , bed was roomy & very comfortable, bathroom was beautiful shower fantastic. Debbie was so welcoming to us both & made our stay feel even more special . Thank you so much for the bag or organic vegetables , they will be greatly enjoyed & apriciated very much. Both myself & my wife are already planning another stay. Highly recommend this wonderful place to stay , you won't be disappointed at all.
Having to leave . Honestly, there is nothing to fault about this place at all.
The room was tucked away in a lovely private area, very quiet and peaceful. Easy parking, a short walk to the room but easy access with no stairs. A comfortable, cosy room with everything provided for a relaxed breakfast. Lovely decor and furniture. Large modern shower and sink. Everything spotlessly clean. A private seating area outside room to enjoy the peace and quiet and watch the birds and night sky. A pleasure to meet Debbie and Howard the owners who were so helpful when my husband was taken ill unexpectedly, so much appreciated. All in all a great place to ‘get away from it all’, highly recommended.
The area it was it was so tranquil
Nothing
The variety of breakfast cereals was good, and included a GF muesli for those who needed it. There was a quality sliced loaf, butter pats (remember to take them out of the fridge in good time), marmalade, jams, honey and peanut butter, as well as a variety of milks, some fruit and some yogurts. The gentle underfloor heating was brilliant. It was a delightfully quiet spot, and the extensive garden was lovely to sit in, to enjoy the sunshine and watch the birds and squirrels. The hosts were helpful both in person and through messaging. A delicious Crab Sandwich for lunch at The Old Piggery, just down the road, is highly recommended.
Washing up was a little challenging, but we developed what we felt was the most practical and efficient way of using the equipment provided. There were instructions for leaving it for the host if we preferred. The entrance was a little off-putting, but the property behind was lovely.
A tranquil oasis. I am a poor sleeper but slept solidly for 10 hours! Beautiful garden. Fresh organic vegetables. Debbie is very thoughtful - nice breakfast . Close to Church Norton beach - my favourite. Pagham RSPB Reserve. Excellent Crab and Lobster pub - exceptional food and service. Our second visit. Heavenly .
Beautifully presented, and set in a lovely natural environment. Very comfortable bed and bedding.
Great selection of cereals, bread, jam, honey, milk and fruit juice. The location was wonderful. Very peaceful. Convenient for Selsey and the surrounding attractions.

Everything had been thought of to help make our stay perfect! The food options and tea options were vast and the space and setting was so beautiful! The box of veg to go home with after was also so appreciated!!
The only thing we would change is the pillows were abit hard but otherwise it was perfect!
Everything was provided for a good breakfast including fruit, yoghurts, choice of cereals and bread
Very peaceful & comfortable accommodation. The proprietor was very helpful
Don't be off put by the entrance from the main road as it looks like your going into Steptoe's yard . The accommodation is behind all of that.
Sprinkled with fairy dust this short vacation was delightful in every regard. The attention to detail was exemplary and we left with renewed energy of body and spirit.
It was all perfect !!
Beautifully designed and crafted space, lovely and quiet, friendly and flexible hosting, all great!
Great facility and beautiful gardens and setting
A lovely tranquil place to relax after the excitement of Goodwood Festival of Speed. Delicious food for breakfast.

Having to come home !
Breakfast good and location fine
So tranquil and relaxing, exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. The property is delightful, spotlessly clean and every possible item required for a B&B is there for you, the attention to detail is what stands out at this property. The breakfast items supplied were of high quality and perfect for our needs, breakfast on the patio watching the birds was wonderful each morning.
Absolutely nothing
Lovely comfy room with great garden, very rural with lovely touches such as bird feeders and wild flowers.
Breakfast was lovely but some pastries or fruit would have been a nice addition
Comfy bed, really good shower, peace and quiet, the cereals and toast for breakfast and a great host. Thanks Debbie
There’s nothing not to like about this property.
Our stay at Three Oaks was excellent. Beautiful setting, lovely room with everything you need and Debbie was very welcoming. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Breakfast was continental style and perfect for our needs. Very peaceful and quiet location only a few hundred metres from a large nature reserve.
Nothing we didn’t like

Relaxing and off the main road

Comfortable, warm, quiet, well equipped with such thoughtful personal touches by the owner
The place is really cozy and peaceful sourrounded nature. We enjoyed watching the birds outside whilst having an extensive breakfast inside. Debbie thought of everything and we didn't miss anything. Debbie is a really friendly and attentive host. We liked our stay very much! If we could and didn't have to work the next day we would like to stay even longer! We would highly recommend this to anybody for a quick getaway or break.

A fantastic retreat! I would highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful location, very comfortable room with an equally comfortable bed and a lovely garden, part of which is screened off to make it private for the accommodation. Every detail has been thought of and catered for.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Beautifully furnished and presented with everything we needed and more. Private garden and lovely space to eat outside as well as spacious inside if bad weather. The studio is like a tardis inside with a luxurious shower room as well as large, comfortable bed. All sorts of goodies provided for breakfast. Flower arrangements give an extra special feel. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.
It is perfect for us! This is the second time we have stayed.
The peaceful and relaxing location .
The property was truly gorgeous, quiet , and everything we needed and more
Attention to detail , comfortable bed , wonderful selection of breakfast foods and fresh flowers and home grown tomatoes, what’s not to Love ❤️
A gem of a place in a lovely secluded setting. Very tastefully appointed with everything you could need. Plenty of choice of cereals and preserves for breakfast with fresh tomatoes from the greenhouse. Shower room was lovely. Garden furniture and cushions provided enabled us to eat outside and sit in comfort to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine.
The thoughtful extra touches and attention to detail. Idyllic setting, totally private but easy access to Chichester and Seles.
Nothing!
What a find, for a very last-minute weekend break 😊 The studio accommodation was very comfortable and the decor and furnishings were of a high quality, showing that a lot of thought has gone into it. Debbie was a lovely host who provided plentiful continental breakfast items in our room. She gave us some salad items from her Nursery to bring home, which were absolutely delicious. The RSPB Pagham Harbour was 350 yards down the road and we spent a glorious half-day walking one of the trails.
Can’t think of anything
Lovely clean, comfortable room in a beautiful and peaceful location. The host, Debbie, was super helpful and friendly and on hand if needed. There was an excellent selection of breakfast items - cereals, jams, marmalade, tea, fresh coffee, etc. Chichester is just a twenty minute bus ride away and the RSPB Pagham Harbour reserve is just down the road. Lots of birds attracted by the bird feeders just outside the property. Really fabulous B&B; will definitely be revisiting.
There was nothing I didn't like. All excellent.
It was much prettier than in the photos, inside and outside the accommodation. Very clean, with all the necessities. Quiet and secluded although the owner was around if needed. Lovely having a glass of wine outside in the evening sun. Should we need to visit that area again we’d definitely stay here again.
The entrance from the main road is a little messy but I guess to be expected since it’s a working farm, and perhaps even a part of its charm.
Three Oaks Nursery was perfect for our two night stay. The room and bathroom was very clean and our bed was very comfortable. We were well equipped with an excellent range of breakfast facilities and foods and there were lots of options for hot drinks etc. We were able to control the temperature of the room to our likeness and the shower had good heat and force. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet location and we particularly enjoyed watching a good range of birds visiting the well stocked feeders just outside the main window (also RSPB Pagham Harbour is only a minute away). The owner was very helpful with directions and was unobtrusive throughout our stay.
location, tranquility, stunning accommodation and the owner Debbie, who could not be more helpful

Immaculately presented, warm and comfortable. Generous selection of continental breakfast options in the room. A perfect place to get away from the hustle & bussle, and so near to Chichester.
Excellent. Would book again
A beautiful, peaceful oasis. Comfortable and well equipped with lovely grounds and constant birdsong during the day and a very kind host. Just what I needed for a couple of days of complete rest and tranquility.
