Ontbijt miste zuivel. Graag van tevoren geweten huurprijs van de fietsen die beschikbaar waren.

Das Studio liegt wunderschön am See. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Der Gastgeber war sehr hiflsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Tolles Studio direkt am See, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr netter, herzlicher und engagierter Gastgeber: Zum Beispiel war das Shampoo leer und nach einer WhatsApp Nachricht wurde sich sehr zügig darum gekümmert. Produkte wie im Hotel (Shampoo, Lotion). Sicherer Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Kostenloser Kaffee. Klimaanlage. Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Große Flügeltüren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es fehlten Einzelteile in der Ausstattung der Küche, zum Beispiel gute Messer (vor allem ein großes), eine große Salatschüssel, ein Sieb. Die Pfannen waren leider sehr zerkratzt, was bei Teflon nicht so angenehm ist - daher haben wir sie nicht benutzt. Bei Ankunft hat das Bad sehr nach Chemikalien (?) gerochen. Mit Lüften und einem Raumspray wurde es besser. Hier gerne prüfen, woran dies liegt.

Persoonlijk ontvangst door de vriendelijke gastheer die bij aankomst iets te drinken aanbood, afgesloten parking aan het verblijf, sleutelvrije toegang tot het verblijf en fijne douche.

Our studio had an exclusive view of the lake with direct access to the water. It doesn’t get any better than that. The studio’s facilities and the service provided by the owner were perfect for us. Boating, swimming and cycling all day long. Great stay!

Soggiorno di puro relax con una vista meravigliosa. Struttura super organizzata con tutti i confort necessari, dallo spazio esterno col parcheggio comodo agli spazi interni ben divisi e arredati. Consiglio vivamente!

Prachtig uitzicht over de plassen Smaakvol ingericht. Heel goed groot bed en goede kussens. Fijne ruime douche. Mooi compact en schoon appartement alles is aanwezig.

De rust en het heerlijke uitzicht over het water. De beheerder van het appartement was zeer gastvrij. Als er iets was dat je mistte, dan werd het geregeld.

De bedden vonden wij wat aan de zachte kant. Persoonlijk vinden wij het meer ontspannen om 's avonds op een bank te zitten.

Prachtige locatie, sfeervolle inrichting, heerlijk warm, kortom alles prima!

L’espace, grand logement avec une très belle décoration. Cuisine très bien équipé. Logement au calme dans la campagne dans un quartier magnifique.

Le logement n’était pas très propre, cheveux dans le tiroir de rangement du lit, quelques éléments de la vaisselle sale et pommeau de douche avec bouton cassé. Ce qui devait être un point fort, le balcon est devenu un point négatif pour nous car certes il y a une belle vu mais sur la droite se trouve directement le logement des propriétaires donc vis à vis +++. De plus le logement est fermé par un portail que nous ne pouvons pas contrôler il faut toujours passer par le propriétaire pour entrer ou sortir ce qui pour notre part nous a forcer à nous limiter car nous ne voulions pas déranger.

Tout était géniale mais vraiment le cadre incroyable la tranquillité des lieux

The apartment was stunning, right on the lake, the view and peace was exceptional. Steven couldn’t do enough to help us with anything we needed including helpful advice. We borrowed his boat for half a day to go out and explore the lake for a very reasonable hourly rate. Steven was around to greet us when we arrived and to say goodbye when we left, excellent host and excellent property. It is ideally situated for a trip into Amsterdam as well as some peaceful walks or cycles locally. We would definitely stay there again.

Prachtig gelegen vakantiewoning met een schitterend uitzicht over de Loosdrechtse Plassen vanaf Bbalkon en woonkamer Smaakvol en compleet ingericht. Goed bed en lekkere douche. Auto en fietsen kun je prima parkeren op eigen terrein. Aardige eigenaar!

De communicatie met host verliep stroef op whatsapp. Voorgesteld om even te bellen waarop host redelijk onbeleefd reageerde.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Wasser mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche, bequemen Bett und gemütlichen Sitzbereich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Radwege und Wassersportmöglichkeiten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf See und sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der Fragen schnell beantwortet. Es ist alles vorhanden um sich auch selbst zu verpflegen. Das Gelände ist kameraüberwacht und es gibt ein elektrisches Tor was mit dem Handy bedient wird. Man kann ein Boot mieten mit dem man mit 8 km/h den Plassen erkunden kann. Der Vermieter gibt hier auch Tips wo man lang fahren kann. Es waren Kaffee-Kapseln für alle Tage bereits gerichtet und bei Bedarf gibt es mehr. Das Ausflugsschiff hat einen neuen Liegeplatz, so dass man ungehindert auf den See schauen kann. Alles in allem klein aber fein. Auch nach Utrecht oder Amsterdam ist man gleich gefahren. Interessant ist auch die Vesting Naarden. Hier gibt es jeden dritten Sonntag im Monat eine Vorführung der Kanonen.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte man die obere Wohnung nehmen, da man unten leider deutlich hört wenn oben herumgelaufen wird. Aber hier gab es Außnahmen, die nicht so laut waren. Es ist halt alles in Leichtbauweise gebaut.

We hebben deze overnachting van onze kids gekregen als kado. Wat een perfect kado! Precies waar wij van houden. Toplocatie rechtstreeks aan de Loosdrechtse plassen met een fantastisch uitzicht hierover zowel vanaf het fijne balkon als vanuit de woonkamer! Woonkamer, keukenblok, slaapkamer, badkamer en wc - alles erg schoon en verzorgd. Gezellige inrichting / sfeer met oog voor detail. Aan alles is gedacht. Mogelijkheid tot sloep huur en gebruik van electrische fietsen. Bed lag heerlijk. Veel fietsmogelijkheden in de omgeving met afwisselend landschap (bos, water en heide en dorpjes en stadjes). Ook grote steden zoals Amsterdam en Utrecht zijn dichtbij. Wij komen graag terug want 1 overnachting was te kort (2 dagen fietsen). Steven bedankt voor t fijne gesprek en je gastvrijheid. Ruhige entspannte Lage mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Schöne Umgebung, mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten.

Andere Urlauber die 1 Etage drüber wohnten, waren sehr laut, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. 👍😊

Prachtige locatie, heel mooi uitzicht vanuit de studio op de plassen, mooie uitvalsbasis voor fietsroutes, heel vriendelijke en behulpzame host, vriendelijke ontvangst, gemakkelijke en veilige stalling voor de fietsen, veilige parkeerplaats op het domein voor de wagen.

Steven, de gastheer, verwelkomde ons zeer hartelijk en bood ons een drankje aan op zijn boot voor de verjaardag van mijn partner. De accommodatie heeft een geweldige ligging. Aperitief en diner op het terras met ondergaande zon was top! Modern en proper ingericht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage direkt am See, die großen Fenster und Terrasse zum See sowie die tolle Einrichtung machen das Apartment zu einer ganz besonderen, sehr zu empfehlenden Unterkunft. Parkplatz und freundliche Betreuung sind ein weiters Plus.

We had a perfect stay at this place a few days ago. Everything was just amazing – the comfort, the stunning view, and the exceptional attention to detail from the host and their family to ensure we had everything we needed. We are already certain that we’ll return in the summer to experience the beauty of the landscape in a different season with my wife. Highly recommended!

The daughter of the owner of this property was extremely invasive and inconvenient in 2 situations. The first was after I had paid for 2 days and requested an extension for another 2 days, this woman was very rude and inconvenient, interrupting my sleep with my boyfriend at 10 pm so that I would pay for the 2 days in advance. The second moment was when, on the last day of the daily rate, she wanted me and my boyfriend to leave the property, claiming that I was prostituting myself there. The police were called and the police did not agree with her, because she had no proof of the accusation. We stayed the night in that property, but it was an embarrassing and disturbing situation for me and my partner. We will sue this company.

Every single thing about the property was perfect. It was absolutely stunning inside and out. The view from the large windows and the private balcony spectacular with so much to see. Steven, our host, was lovely, friendly and very helpful.

The apartment looks really nice and has a nice lake view.

The owner of the property. First asking for your email two months prior o arrival via WhatsApp through provided phone number to Booking.com. Other properties can send emails through Booking so his messages demanding your email look like scam/spam. In description says there are cameras on the property filming surrounding of the property, but it doesn't mention that one of the cameras is pointed directly at the apartment living room. Where with the size and layout of the apartment you will mostly unpack and maybe undress. So keep in mind that you always have to pull curtains on. Photo of the camrea Apartment looks clean, but i do not know how much of the effort owner actually put in to clean and how clean is left after previous visitors. Two things have happened, first when we arrived there was a charging cable on one of the bedside tables. We didn't cared about that much. When we left we got a message for the owner that we left the cable. He was informed that the cable was already there when we arrived. That means he missed the cable when he cleaned before we arrived. Second during the day after we left he messaged us about missing blanket, that he couldn't find it and where it is. Blanket was folded on the corner sitting place that somehow he again didn't saw. Now is a question how much actually he sees what is where and what is clean or not. And finally after all unnecessary communication you go and leave a review with you seem fitting based on your annoying experience with the owner, as i sad the property is really nice. He once again messaged me on WhatsApp and demanded an explanation.

The location is amazing, easy in to Utrecht by train and bike. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Steven is very helpful and got us hire bikes. The place is comfy, limited space for cooking but sufficient for holidays! Would definitely go back.

Nothing really! I'd put a towel hook by the shower and make more of the view somehow. Some people made comment about the boat blocking the view - not a problem now as it seems the boat has moved.

There is water access, you are able to leave your boat there( sloep of reasonable size and you have to inform the host ahead of time). It is convenient to have a whole studio to yourself. Key-less entry - all is controlled via an app.

- The studio downstairs actually has very limited view of the Loosdrechtse plassen (it should be noted in the room selection), there is a massive party/tour boat parked in front that also makes a lot of noise. - The bed is placed in between 2 walls (length wise) so tall people have issues to be comfortable. - Only 1 towel per person was available. - The noise of people above is loud if they are walking around. - Very mushy pillows. - There security cameras pointed directly into the room from outside, felt uncomfortable

It was clean and comfortable.

There was a camera that had a view and at the studio. We were in fact given a notice that we did something ( climb over the fence to sit in the sun) of which we were reprimanded instantly via whatsapp! We felt like we were being checked constantly. I think this is really inappropriate to have a camera on your guests. ! Also there was a big boat blocking out view. After sending a message it was taking away after a not so nice conversation. We received a bottle of bubbles en apologies. But it was a first not so nice experience.

Excellent location, host and facilities.

The lower apartment has its view blocked by the hosts beautiful, camera equipped, boat. Door and gate opening app, a bit hit and miss in operation.

Beautiful surroundings and perfectly peaceful. The owner lives nearby and is super friendly and helpful. Brand new studio apartment, modern facilities, complete kitchen. I can only imagine sitting on the covered terrace, looking at the lake and the lights on the opposite side, on a warm summer evening...the weather was cold and very windy during my visit in April but the view was still beautiful. I wish I could have stayed for more than one night.

I stayed here with my wife three days. This accommodation is in quiet part of village with nice view to water. It is perfect place for trips around (Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Rotterdam…). We wanted place little bit away from big cities. Studio was in perfect condition and cleaned. Parking is in front of house. There were just two studios plus owners flat and you have really privacy. Steven was very helpful and caring. When we arrived he was outside. We called together and he opened doors remotely.

Quiet (winter season), Excellent Bed, Clean, on the waterfront. private parking on the property. EV charge station. Property owner is very helpful and kind.
