The bedding was old, and the pillows were old and uncomfortable. There was sand on the floor. There were no blankets. There was no soundproofing, and other guests were making noise and playing music all night long—right up until dawn—without anyone keeping them in check. We even contacted the host to ask about the quiet-hour rules, but to this day, we haven't received a response.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026L'emplacement. La climatisation dans la chambre. Le fait que la chambre était très grande. Il y avait assez de place pour stocker la bouée, le parasol et les valises dans la chambre.
Le manque d'un frigo dans la chambre. Il y en avait un dans la pièce commune mais il était à partager avec les autres personnes qui logeaient là bas.

Avrei gradito sicuramente qualche illuminazione in più , la stanza era molto buia e la doccia seppur grande e spaziosa il soffione a bassissima pressione e di conseguenza usciva poca acqua, consiglio di aggiustarlo in quanto specialmente d'estate che si rientra dal mare eccc la doccia è super fondamentale

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Very centrally located B&B in San Teodoro. Supermarkets, laundry and cafes are all near by and it's only a short walk to la cinta beach. Really liked the shared terrace and space to hang beach towels etc Deborah and also the staff were very warm and lovely and made you feel welcome. Kitchen is shared but everything was very clean. Big shared fridge to store groceries and smaller fridge in the room.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Struttura in centro a San Teodoro. Avevano la camera numero 3: piuttosto ampia! Due adulti ed 1 bambino, siamo stati comodi! A piano terra in area comune c’è l’aria condizionata, nota utile per chi deve attendere li, come ad esempio noi il taxi.

Дуже тонкі стіни , чула з боку сусід хропіння ) та над нами проживали дівчата їх в ночі було чути В душову кабіну поставити гель для душу для зручного користування!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The apartment complex is in a great location very close to the town center (2 minutes walk) but far enough to stay calm and quiet. The rooms were clean and tidy, The common facilities (fridge, kitchen) are decent, only thing is there was no microwave oven nor any coffee machine or dishwasher. The ACs are great and silent, the beds are very comfortable, bathroom is clean and nice. Daily cleaning is great too. There is a great parking spot nearby that has a roof (it is under the corner building).
The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from every side which can be annoying at 1pm or 6 am. There was an huge ugly burning mark in the middle of the kitchen countertop which we though is mold at first. They always hide the dishwashing liquid so if you want to wash the dishes before using them you need to find it first.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Nach einem kurzen Anruf war das Personal sofort da – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer ist zwar mit etwas älteren Möbeln ausgestattet, aber alles war perfekt sauber und gemütlich, genau richtig zum Übernachten. Im Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten, Eier zu kochen und einen großen Kühlschrank zu nutzen – sehr praktisch! Die Lage ist zentral, ideal zum abendlichen Spazierengehen oder um in einem der vielen Restaurants in der Nähe essen zu gehen. Ein angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Very nice rooms. They were cleaned every day with fresh towels and just right for what we needed. It’s super helpful to have the shared fridge and use of the kitchen when needed! The shared outdoor area was perfect with a drying rack for each guest to dry swimsuits and beach towels. Deborah was especially helpful and lovely. She organised a late check in for us and was very responsive on whatsapp with any queries. The property is located right in the centre of town with restaurants, shops and bars all within 5 minutes. The beach was only a 15 min walk away too.

Es kam ein starker unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Lavabo & wir konnten nicht richtig lüften, da kein Mückennetz vorhanden war. Durch die Mücken war die Terrasse auch kaum benutzbar. Das W-Lan reichte nicht bis zum Zimmer. Kaum angekommen fiel uns das grosse Bild beinahe auf den Kopf - es hielt an einem kleinen krummen Nagel. Das Bett war knappe 140cm breit, hart und hatte zwei sehr dicke Kissen - für uns zu unkonfortabel. Unser Auto stand erst offenbar falsch, dann in einer schlammigen Garage. Zimmer war, trotz Parterre-Wunsch, im Zweiten Geschoss und ringhörig.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025Die Lage ist extrem unscheinbar und unspektakulär von Vorne, da das B&B in einer nicht unbedingt einladenden Seitenstraße liegt. Doch die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sauber, das Bett äußerst bequem und man hat eine tolle Sicht auf das Meer und die Berge.
Leider bietet die Unterkunft mittlerweile kein Frühstück mehr an, was ich 2022 auf der schönen Terrasse in guter Erinnerung hatte.

- Kein Frühstück - Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht - Safe funktionierte nicht - Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad - Garage matschig und Wasser stand ca 2 cm hoch - Haus sehr hellhörig - Hatten Wohnung im EG: Gemeinschaftterrasse direkt vor der Balkontür; um sich vor Blicken zu schützen, konnte lediglich ein schwerer Vorhang zugezogen werden, sodass das Zimmer dann komplett dunkel war

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Overall we had a nice stay. It was a great location. The room was clean and well presented. The common area and courtyard were great! The staff were really friendly.
The check-in process could be improved. We had to meet the staff outside as they were not on site. It was okay in our case as we'll able to communicate our arrival time. But it could be an issue if you don't have mobile service. A self-check process might be better. The check-in process seemed a bit rushed. It would have been nice to discuss the B&B facilities and recommendations of the area. An instruction sheet/guide in the room would have also been sufficient for this. Though I should flag that the host was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. WiFi wasn't available in our room.

this worse than an airbnb experience actually. we thought we booked a bed and breakfast - a cute local spot but that couldn’t be further from the case. the host was not there to greet us. there is no free wifi (which is unheard of), no iron or hand soap or shower gel or water in the room (basic amenities that a b&b should provide) and no parking spot. the room is mediocre and has all stark white lights though it is a decent size. the checkout is very early @10; normally hotels and airbnbs alike will let you check out a little later and/or give some grace but the cleaning person knocked on the door @10:15. this is quite extreme given this is a holiday town and check in is at 3pm so not sure why they need 5 hours to fix up the room. we were only there for a 1 night stop over so we managed but i definitely wouldn’t stay here longer.

Mi sarei aspettato dei piccoli shampoo doccia, per il prezzo pagato. C’erano solo un paio per l’igiene intima, che non bastavano per 3 persone.

Non c'è la colazione compresa anche se è un b&b ma ci sono molte opzioni vicine. Tutto bene per il resto.

Żel pod prysznic były tylko 2 saszetki gdy zapytałam czy jest możliwość zostawienia odpowiedź brzmiała: NIE ( przyznam że to dziwne dla mnie za taką cenę żeby nie było podstawowych kosmetyków) - cena co do jakości trochę wygórowana - mało poduszek

Purtroppo la cassetta di sicurezza non era funzionante e la dotazione dei prodotti del bagno un po' scarsa.
