The building is located on the calmer side of Kodaikanal, away from the hustle bustle and the noise of the city. Parking wouldn't be an issue as there is space to the side. The room is super spacious with two large beds and a balcony with a sofa where you can sit and chill. The room has long transparent windows so that you can enjoy the view from inside. Something that should be mentioned is the availability of hot water in the bathroom. There is a heater and hot water is available any time you need. Not every place has a functioning heater, either there will be a specific timing for hot water or the heater might not even be working. The wifi is decent. There's also an electric kettle if you need hot water to drink. They had also provided toiletries which is another plus. The whole place was clean and tidy. There is a big terrace with seating and it has a wonderful view. The highlight of the place is an extremely helpful caretaker - Mr Nirmal. From the time we reached till we left, he was attentive. Special mention to Mrs Nirmal and her tea 😃 Leaving here with a satisfied heart. Totally loved the stay here. Will come back again, will recommend the place to friends and families as well!

Just a suggestion: would be great if there are teabags and sugar packets kept in the room.

We had an amazing stay at RR Holidays, Kodaikanal. The property was exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained throughout our visit. One of the absolute highlights was the delicious, home-cooked food that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the caretakers, Nirmal and his wife, for their outstanding service. They are genuinely compassionate, attentive, and go above and beyond in everything they do to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Their extra effort and warmth made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kodaikanal.

We have stayed at the property on 2nd and 3rd June 26. It was our best stay. Care taker person Mr. Nirmal was very gentle, polite and good person. He looked after us very well. Even food was vefy tasty and served well. We wish to stay more days next time.

Rooms are clean and silent location . The assistance of Mr.Nirmal is very good and caring.

We stayed here as a group of nine and booked three rooms: two doubles and one single. Overall, the accommodations were very impressive; the rooms were tidy, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with reliable water heaters. ​The service was excellent. While breakfast is complimentary (including a delicious spread of idly, sambar, chutney, pongal, tea, and coffee), they also offer a full menu for lunch and dinner for an extra charge. The food was of decent quality and very convenient

​One minor technical issue was that only one of the three rooms had a working fan regulator. Additionally, guests should be aware that the final stretch of road leading to the property is unpaved and slightly hilly, which might be a bit tricky for some vehicles.

The stay was amazing 🤩. It simply exceeded our expectations. We went as family of 5. It was comfortable for all of them with 2 king size beds. The view from the hill is amazing. You can view the clusters of star in the night sky and see entire kodai city night life from there! Inbaraj was professionally handled the communication and kept following up with me on the arrival. Once arrived, we were greeted by smiling couple Mr and Mrs. Nirmal. They showed us around our stay and the property patiently. When asked for extra pillow, they gave us without any hesitation. In the morning, they came in early and served us tea More than once when ordered for the same. The early morning view was enchanting, we went the trial for a short walk and took some amazing pics! Around 8:30 in the morning, they served us hot/tasty breakfast Idli and Upma!

The location is little off-road but I think it’s worth the effort for just the amazing view. I see the roads are being laid here, and should easy to reach in the future.

Locating the place was a bit tough. Booking.com doesn't say it is a homestay. We were looking for a hotel. However after calling Richard we found our way.

I really liked the property because the location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings are scenic and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind.
