On this holiday everything was perfect: the perfect room, the perfect location, the perfect sea, perfect kindness, perfect services. The only thing I can do is recommend anyone to return to this property because they will definitely come back happy, satisfied and relaxed from a perfect holiday.

Très décevant, ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles Nous avons payé 2 376 € pour 4 nuits et 2 chambres, soit près de 600 € par nuit. À ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions à des prestations correspondant réellement à un établissement 4 étoiles. Ce n’était malheureusement pas le cas. L’hôtel était en travaux pendant notre séjour. L’arrière de notre chambre donnait sur un bâtiment très défraîchi, avec une vue particulièrement peu agréable. Nous avons également constaté une odeur persistante de cigarette dans la chambre. L’intérieur était néanmoins propre et le propriétaire est gentil, disponible et réactif, ce que nous tenons à souligner Mais malgré ces points positifs, nous avons été très déçus. À près de 600 € la nuit pour deux chambres, le rapport qualité/prix nous paraît très mauvais et les excellentes notes affichées sur Booking nous semblent difficilement compréhensibles. Pour nous, l’établissement est clairement surnoté et ne correspond pas au standing 4 étoiles annoncé.

The staff members were beyond amazing. Great communication and quick to help. They offered delicious restaurant recommendations and fun activities to do. The breakfast menu was my favourite out of my 2 month Europe expedition. The restaurant that's attached to the hotel was a highlight. The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and doting. You get a discount with the restaurant and sunbeds which is nice. The location itself is perfect. 7 minutes away from the main street and a short walk to the wharf for any island experiences. There are also plenty of car hire places a short walk. It was great to explore the island then come back to the quiet hotel with an amazing view. The room exceeded the photos and the beach right across the road was great. What you see in the photos is what you get and more. There is also a hammock at reception that I relaxed in when waiting for the complimentary airport shuffle. The vehicle is new and fancy.

1. Non c'era veramente alcun parcheggio privato disponibile in loco, si trattava di una piccola area di risulta molto polverosa di una casa in costruzione, praticamente un cantiere aperto. 2. Ho trovato il bagno della camera sporco, sia la tavoletta del wc, sia gli oggetti, questi ultimi presentavano molta polvere, nel caso dell' asciugacapelli incrostata, segno che la camera non era stata pulita prima del mio arrivo, come di norma in una struttura ricettiva. 3. La cosa più fastidiosa è stata la richiesta da parte del proprietario, nel momento stesso del mio ingresso nella stanza, appena arrivato stanco dal viaggio, di poter accedere il giorno successivo per fare dei lavori all' interno della stanza, tipo installare una mensola o una roba simile. Non mi sembra appropriato fare lavori con all'interno la roba di un ospite o costringerlo ad uscire. Non credo che se fossi stato in coppia o un gruppo, avrebbe mai fatto questa richiesta, in quanto c'è la tendenza ad approfittarsene quando si ha a che fare con una persona sola.

Excelente Angel, el dueño, una maravilla de persona, me fueron a buscar al ferry y me llevaron gratis, en na hermosa camioneta, manejada por un maravilloso y amable chofer, todo el personal de hotel es maravilloso, es desayuno genial, la habitación divina, la ubicacion perfecta, en fin uno de los lugares mas lindos de nuestro viaje, felicitaciones a Angel y todo su equipo, sin duda que volveremos!!!!!

Die Lage, die Strasse vor dem Hotel ist meist bis um Mitternacht und bereits ab morgen sechs Uhr recht stark befahren. Man muss alles dicht machen, nichts von Meer-Rauschen ! Sehr schade !

The location and the staff were fantastic, no complaints, the free transfer to the port was fantastic.

This is a lovely property with an excellent location in Agia Anna, with sea views. The room was lovely and bright with air conditioning and a small balcony. Bathroom was perfect with toiletries supplied. Breakfast was downstairs in the bar that looks out on to the beach. A range of options for breakfast were available and always served with a friendly smile.

Complimentary port transfer, beachfront room with balcony. Angel is so welcoming and happy to assist with any enquiries. Toiletries replenished regularly, super soft fluffy towels & bathrobes, beach towels & complimentary beach bag, drink on arrival, water, slippers, great choice on breakfast menu …oh my I could go on & on because they have thought just about everything to make your stay memorable comfortable and easy. Simply perfect.

Lovely hotel. Right opposite the beach. Sun loungers on the beach available for use if you buy something from the cafe while using them. Lovely room with small little kitchen area. Balcony with fab sea view. A great stay

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Angel had organised transport for us to and from the ferry port. Rooms were very clean and towels and beach bags were provided. They gave awesome recommendations for places to eat.

There was too much sea weed on the beach.

The place and location was exactly as how it was presented online. The bonus was the pick up from the port and drop-off to the hotel. All the staff were very lovely and helpful. Particularly Angel for his kindness and going out of his way to make our stay truly relaxing. Also, the breakfast on offer was delicious and the restaurant accommodated to our requests. We will definitely be back.

The location was fantastic and we enjoyed having access to a balcony to watch the sunset in the evening. We had two conjoined rooms which was great for 4 adults.

The breakfast was superb and the service fast and friendly. Easy walk to many great restaurants and to the bus stop to the main town. The view from the room was great and the noise level was low so it was easy to sleep. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

One day the cleaning staff became ill and did not service our room. While these things can happen, it would have been good to have had the trash emptied and fresh towels provided even if the room was not fully serviced.

Location was amazing. Right across the street from Agia Anna. Two minute walk to bus stop. Breakfast was excellent and included. Beach towels provided as well as complimentary canvas bag. Free parking. Great AC

Better than I expected! Everything is perfect and the value is incredible! The beach in front has the best sunsets and they pick you up and drop you off at the ferry.

Closet space could be bigger but it's still big enough for a weekly stay

We truly loved our stay at Angel Suites. From the beginning Angel seemed to be a very nice guy. We arrived sooner than scheduled and after calling them, they agreed to pick us early from the port. After the short ride Angel greeted us at the reception, where he provided useful information wrt restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Then he took us to our room which was incredibly clean, overlooking the sea. We spent a lot of quality time on the balcony cause of the view. They provide everything one needs: from room slippers to bathrobes, towels, toiletries, beach towels, lots of nespresso coffee pods plus a tote bag as a gift and some citron - just perfect. The Agia Anna beach is right across the street. The breakfast was included and we loved to serve it late mornings at the beach bar downstairs where the staff was nice throughout the stay. The foods there is really really good with plenty of options to choose from. Each day they cleaned our room, providing clean towels, restocking coffee and toiletries - maked up the room. Trust Angel’s restaurant recommendations cause they really are one of the best in the area. The location is convenient because apart from the beach across the street there’s also the famous Prokopios beach within 10mins walking distance. Moreover, Naxos town is reachable by bus or car within 10-15 mins. The island had a lot to offer do rent a car and get around it. The food is amazing. We also rented a car with the DrivingSpot rental company which Angel recommended and everything went smooth - you can even opt for the car to be dropped off and picked up from the hotel - sooo convenient. When we departed (Angel helped us with a late check out due to our ferry schedule), Angel arranged a ride for us to the port, gifted us a bottle of wine and we had a lovely chat. We love and appreciate their family owned business - even the parents were serving the coffee each morning at the bar downstairs and they are such nice people 💯.

Great location. The staff and the owner were a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful, from arranging a car to pick us up at the ferry terminal to answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again if we came back to Naxos.

The Suite was lovely and clean with a sea view and balcony. The location at Agia Anna Beach was a perfect place where you could enjoy the sea, sunbeds, and local restaurants but also use it as a base from which to explore Naxos town, Plaka beach and inland villages. Angel Suites has parking and is close to the bus stops. The breakfasts are excellent. The Manager Angel was fantastic.

Everything ! Location was perfect, right on the beach and breakfast was in the Cafe downstairs. Our own balcony looking at the beach was a bonus. Restaurants in walking distance. Our stay exceeded our expectations to say the least.

What a fantastic relaxing few days this was. My room was so lovely, very nicely decorated and my balcony was private and overlooked the beach across the road. All the staff were wonderful, and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The breakfast downstairs in the cafe was great with plenty of options to choose from. Being able to rent the sun loungers on the beach/order food and drinks from the cafe at a 10% discounted rate was a nice bonus. I'm pleased I picked Angel Suites - a nice family-run place a little bit along the beach from the main restaurants/bars, but only a short stroll from them. Easy bus ride into Naxos town from here, and really simple/easy to get your tickets at the local supermarket a few doors away.

The host, Angel, was so nice and accommodating with everything. Excellent location, and could walk to everything. View of the beach (right across the street), cute little balcony to hear the music and watch the fun. Very clean, modern, comfortable room. Wonderful complementary breakfast. Very happy we chose Angel Suites!

Location was amazing, just like the pictures, right in front of the beautiful beach! Small compact room, but with sufficient space to live comfortably for 2 weeks! The bed was super comfortable and I literally slept like a log each night!! The staff was so helpful and friendly, no requests was too much, including adapting the set breakfast menu slightly to our wishes. What we also really appreciated, were fresh beach towels every 2 days!! So nice taking clean fresh towels to the beach!! Thank you Angel Suits, we had a great stay and we will be back!!’ Many thanks for the complementary bottle of Prosecco and fruits to help celery my husband’s birthday!! It was much appreciated!!

Minor point, maybe keep an eye on small repairs in the room ( towel hook/ light bulbs). A full length mirror in the room would be a good addition

The location was amazing and staff was very kind and gave us many complimentary things. Breakfast was wonderful!

The room was a bit small and didn’t include many hangers for towels / drying clothes.

The breakfast was fantastic! Every morning we had fresh squeezed orange juice, 6 different fruits in fruit bowl with yogurt, eggs, bread,coffee.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like excet that we had to go home! We could have stayed another week easily!!

We really enjoyed our stay from how clean the room was, the view, balcony, convenience of breakfast downstairs, and the beach chair access across the street. It made for a very relaxing family stay.

I love the Breakfast choices from a menu instead of the regular buffet that many other Hotels offer during your stay. I love the many choices and no only the regular continental breakfast that you can find in other places.

The room is stunning and the staff of the rooms even more so. There is a delicious breakfast in the restaurant under the rooms and also an amazing private beach. Great location, exceptional service (they helped us with so many things) and a comfortable bed.

If there is a very loud noise from outside like a truck passing by, then you hear it because the room is in front of the street and you also can't sleep with the windows open because otherwise there is a lot of noise.

The location right across from the beach was lovely. Angel was helpful in helping us find hiking tours and enjoying our time while in Naxos. They hotel picked us up from the ferry at no charge was wonderful when you're arriving to a new place late in the day.

They have a restaurant down stairs which was convenient and where you had breakfast but it was also a little noisy. All was quiet by 11pm.

Perfect location, lovely comfortable suite, nice extras, coffee machine, tea making facilities, local citrus liquor, dressing gowns and slippers, iPad provided to look up information on Naxos, balcony overlooking the sea, beautiful breakfasts located downstairs at a beach bar in front of the suites and opposite the beach, where sunbeds are available at a discounted price. Angel suites also provide a free taxis service to pick up and take back to the port and there is always someone available on reception for help and advice.

The location is exceptional! Right on the beach at Agia Anna. Angel was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. He was incredibly responsive when we had any issues, greeted us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon, and shared plenty of information about Naxos. The apartment was well appointed and even had a little kitchenette and coffee machine. We highly recommend staying here.

We had some issues with the hot water which Angel responded to straight away, but if you like a very hot shower at night you may find there is not much hot water in the morning as it relies on solar.

It was a perfect place for us to stay as a couple. We did not feel that we were in the hotel. We had feeling, that we are at home. We had a room with sea view and balcony to enjoy our mornings and evenings. Room decorated with style with everything we needed. Very clean and it was cleaned every day. The place is right near the sea and road. But with balcony door closed we were in complete silence. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs added to the feeling of comfort without too many people. Angello, the owner of the place was every morning for us there. He was very much helpful and friendly. It was great to have transfer from the port to the hotel in a cool comfortable car. Location is excellent: right in front of the sea, near food shops and restaurants, bus stop to go to downtown. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Angel of hospitality!

Not great attention to detail with cleaners, replacing empty shower gel with half full ones and room door was left open on one occasion.

It was the perfect location to recharge after traveling for 10 days. The rooms are well-appointed, and each has a beautiful ocean view. Once you cross the street from Byammo snack bar, located below the rooms, you're on the beautiful agia anna beach. This part of the beach is much quieter and laid-back. Restaurants / snacks bars are dotted along the shore. We ate at a different one every night. The bus stop and mini mart were all in walking distance 1-2 minutes away. A complimentary shuttle to and from the port is also included. The owner Angel was very friendly and helpful as well as his staff. Everything was A+ about this vacation.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Our room was much better than last year with a magnificent view of the sea. Angelo was the perfect host and made our stay so special and memorable.

We had a beyond amazing experience at Angel Suites and we wished we had more time to enjoy it. Love the location, love the accomodations, love the staff, love the owner! They had a car pick us up and drop us off at the port. Our rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Even with the road next to our room, we couldn't hear the traffic go by unless the doors/windows were open. We enjoyed the little touches that other places don't have like a Nespresso coffee machine, a container of their local drink, and robes and slippers.The breakfast that was included was delicious and the staff at the restaurant and beach front were always accommodating and helpful. We needed a rental car during our stay which they were able to help us arrange. When we come back to Naxos, we will make sure to stay here again.

Excellent location both for beach and restaurant hopping. Walkable to many good food places as well as easy bus access to Naxos town. The owner accommodates and is very responsive to any questions. The view is amazing ! The rooms are very nice, AC works well and beds are comfortable. Would love to come.back to this place sometime iin the future.

The breakfast starts at 9am so a bit late for early birds like myself

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally cheerful and helpful. The room was done nicely and faced the ocean. We were so close that with the door open to the balcony we could hear the waves! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. Everything was spotless.

My only negative comment would be that some more storage space for clothing would be helpful. The hanging space was sufficient, but for folded items we mostly lived out of our suitcase, which wasn't great.

The location was perfect. The beach was across the street and the restaurant was under the room. They had a good breakfast with several delicious choices. If you ordered drinks or food, you could use their beach loungers for free. They had great lunch, snack, and dessert options. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided free transport to and from the ferry.
