Sehr nette Gastgeber, hervorragendes Morgenessen. Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung mit Gartensitzplatz. Top Lage für ein Parkbesuch und doch ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Todo. El apartamento es super bonito y cómodo. Esta a 5 minutos andando de la entrada de efteling, no puede estar mejor situado. Hay un supermercado a uno 7 minutos andando que abre de 7 a 22h. La parada de autobuses de Efteling está ahi mismo, a un minuto. Los anfitriones son super amables, me ayudaron con todas mis dudas. Creo que es la mejor opcion posible para visitar el parque, repetiria sin dudar.

Me gustó todo. La estancia es de 10. La amabilidad del dueño. Nos dejó dejar las maletas antes de tiempo. Teníamos Efteling al lado. A mí hijo le encantó las galletas. Gracias por todo.

el internet no es bueno si alguien planea alojarse y trabajar estando alli,no es estable. para quienes van por ocio no es problema.

L'accueil vraiment fort sympathique, le B&B est à 5 minutes du parc d'attraction. Le logement est vraiment beau et très bien aménagé. Le lieu est calme et reposant, très bien situé. À recommander

The vibe, the location, the interior design and facilities, the garden, all are fantastic; the delicious homemade breakfast, and very friendly hosts, all are unforgettable. We really enjoyed staying there, and will definitely stay again in the future if we visit Efteling.

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this accommodation. The house is beautiful, cozy, and located in a peaceful, lovely setting. It was the perfect place to relax after spending an exciting day with our children at Efteling, which is within easy walking distance. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would be happy to come back again.

Door de loopafstand tot de ingang van de Efteling en het centrum van Kaatsheuvel was het voor ons de perfecte locatie. We konden de auto voor de deur parkeren en de B&B was keurig ingericht.

Viel niet echt tegen maar een klein kookplaatje was leuk geweest voor als je iets op wil warmen.

Gastvrouw en gastheer zijn zeer vriendelijk. Locatie is fantastisch. Alles was schoon en goed verzorgd.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les hôtes qui habitent dans l'immeuble et qui sont très sympathiques. L'appartement est très beau, moderne et bien équipé, et situé à deux pas d'Efteling. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et on a pu choisir à l'avance ce qu'on souhaitait. Il est apporté dans l'appartement.

Toll eingerichtetes B&B an ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und supertolles Frühstück. Wir haben zwei Tage Efteling besucht, der Weg bis zum Parkeingang ist bloss 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Przepiekny apartament z tarasem, cicha i spokojna okolica mimo że tuż za rogiem znajduje się park rozrywki. Jeśli chcesz odwiedzić Efteling i odpocząć po całodniowej zabawie to miejsce jest idealne ! Dodatkowo miejsce jest bardzo czyste i zadbane. Właściciele bardzo mili, służą dobrą radą i pomocą. Polecamy !!

Er is een regendouche en een losse douchekop die je kan vasthouden. Ik miste een douchekop die je gewoon niet op je haar kon mikken.

Ein liebevoll geführtes B&B. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Waren 2025 schonmal in dieser Wohnung. Da sieht man, dass es immer wieder modernisiert bzw. Restauriert wird. Der Park Efteling, sowie ein Supermarkt, ist in gut 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wonderful place to rest and feel at home while visiting the theme park. Spending time with the friendliest dog in the world was a bonus blessing!

The greatest place to stay! What a fantastica place to stay if you're heading to the Efteling, as it’s a nice 500-metre walk to the main entry and only 200 metres to the bus stop. We will be staying here every time we come to the Efteling. The apartment is 10/10 and really gives you an idea of what it would be like living in the Netherlands. The apartment has a full kitchen and a great outdoor area that would be lovely in summer. It was nice coming home after a full day at the Efteling and enjoying all the comforts of a full apartment that felt like home. The hosts are great, even offering to hold our luggage early so we could get another day in at the theme park. They really value your stay, and it’s great to have hosts who genuinely care about your experience.

Very lovely house within walking distance of the Efteling. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a garden where you can enjoy the better evenings.

De locatie was echt perfect voor de efteling en als je met openbaar vervoer komt.

De wc werd zo goed schoon en fris gehouden dat het erg benauwd was zeker met astma.

Tout était parfait, c'est un des meilleurs logements que nous avons fait ! Logement très confortable, très propre, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Gros avantage car le logement est à côté de Efteling. On a pu profiter du parc et se reposer. L'hôte est vraiment amical, merci encore pour l'attention pour le nouvel an qu'on a très appréciée :) On reviendra lors d'un prochain séjour à Efteling.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Der sehr nette Gastgeber hat uns direkt bei unserer Ankunft persönlich vor Ort begrüßt. Unser Auto konnten wir auch direkt vor dem Haus parken. Die Wohnung beinhaltete auch eine voll eingerichtete Küche (Allerdings ohne Herd/Backofen, aber Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Kaffemaschine waren vorhanden). Es fehlte generell an Nichts. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Geschirrhandtücher, Gewürze und noch vieles mehr war alles vorhanden. Neben WLAN und dem Smart TV waren auch Brettspiele im Wohnbereich bereitgelegt. Auf dem Esstisch lag auch eine Mappe mit allen Möglichen nützlichen Informationen bereit. Das Bett war super bequem. Den kleinen tollen Garten mit Terrasse haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts im Dezember nicht wirklich benutzt, sah aber sehr schön aus. Bei entsprechendem Wetter sicher ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Alles in allem war die Wohnung wirklich so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Wohnung war sogar schön weihnachtlich dekoriert. Zugang zur Wohnung hat man über einen Zahlencode, den wir 1 Tag vor der Anreise per Mail erhalten hatten. Also auch alles problemlos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zum Eingang von Efteling waren es auch nur ca 5 Minuten Fußweg. Somit war es einfach perfekt für unseren Besuch in Efteling. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne, nahezu perfekte Unterkunft. Wir haben direkt erneut gebucht für unseren nächsten Efteling-Besuch.

Lovely little apartment situated almost at the entrance to Efteling and also only a five minute walk to the centre of town for shops and restaurant's. The owners were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Love playing with Floyd! (Border Collie) he was so playful, found out he likes Old Amsterdam Cheese! The main bed was super comfortable. We had all the facilities youd want from a small B&B minus one thing....a toaster. Lots of plates, cutlery and glasses for drinks. Fridge was large enough for a few days of food and drink. Two parking spaces were nice although my one big car took up both spaces 🤣 Its in a gated area so nice a private.

Just needed a toaster. Thats it!

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Loved everything from the comfy bed to the seating area outside! Was like our own little place and right nextdoor to Efteling so couldn't ask for more! Ein schönes sehr komfortables B&B. Sehr sauber und mit technischer Raffinesse, Beleuchtung sowie elektronischen Schließzylinder mit Zahlencode, ausgestattet. Reichhaltigen Frühstück, was man sich vorab bestellen kann. Auch eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche ist vorhanden. 5 Minuten fußläufig von Efteling entfernt, somit auch kostenlose Parkplätze direkt an der Wohnung. Vielen Dank für die nette Begrüßung und Bewirtung, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Super nette Gastgeber. Toller kleiner Garten zum entspannen. Nur ca 7 Min zu Fuss nach Eftelin. Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Ein kleiner Backofen oder die Mikrowelle kombiniert mit Backofen wäre toll. Aber soweit ich gehört habe, ist das oft verboten!?

Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und trotz der Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und der „Hofhund Floyd“ ein echtes zusätzliches Highlight. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit :-)

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung! Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und steht bei allen Fragen zur Seite. Die Wohnung sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Fotos, wir finden, sogar noch ein bisschen schöner. Was absolut herausragend ist, es fehlt an nichts. Von Müllbeutel/Spülmittel/Tabs/Handtücher/Zewa für die Küche, gibt es in der Küche Gewürze und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Selbst im Bad gibt es Kosmetiktücher/Wattestäbchen/Duschgel und Shampoo und jede Menge frische Handtücher. Hier ist alles liebevoll durchdacht, das spürt man direkt. Die Betten sind super bequem und der kleine Garten hinten raus ist eine tolle Ruhe-Oase. Weil unser Sohn seinen 9. Geburtstag hatte, haben wir für den nächsten Tag Frühstück bestellt, welches die Nachbarin liebevoll zubereitet. Das war wirklich sehr lecker und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zum Park Efteling ist natürlich ebenfalls ein absolutes Highlight. Nach 7-10 Minuten Fußmarsch, steht man schon vor dem Eingang, besser geht’s nicht. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bei euch, ihr seid eine 10 von 10, absolut zu empfehlen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ειναι εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο με ωραιους κήπους και τοποθεσία ,πολύ κοντά στο πάρκο Efteling. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες!!! Μέχρι και το σκυλάκι στην αυλή ,γλυκύτατος σε υποδέχεται με τα παιχνίδια του!

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό, δουλεύουν όλα άψογα και είναι προσεγμένη και η τελευταία λεπτομέρεια!!!

Amazing location for Efteling A home away from home with beautiful gardens and all you need for a few nights away

Alles was gewoon geweldig, de ligging, het appartement, het prachtige privé terras met tuin, de prachtige badkamer, de fantastische bedden en zo dichtbij de Efteling en toch zo heerlijk rustig, we hebben nog nooit zo goed geslapen. De Efteling ligt om de hoek en de Albert Hein ligt ook maar op een 5 minuten wandelen. En een hele vriendelijke gastheer die alles mooi uitlegt en heel bereikbaar is als er iets is. De prive parking is ook een groot pluspunt want je auto mag er van je aankomst tot je vertrekt staan en het is maar een paar minuten wandelen naar de Efteling 🥰. En de hond van de buren is ook super lief ❤

The only issue was the double sink and kitchen sink had no hot water. The shower was nice and hot though.

Friendly hosts, excellent communication and information provided upfront, property where you can feel at home! A stone’s throw away from The Efteling main entrance. Quiet and cosy. A bonus was the playful Floyd (the neighbours’s dog) who greeted us every morning.

Intermittent issues with running hot water on the kitchen and bathroom taps. Shower not affected.

Floyd the dog was always ready to play. Bed was very comfortable. Various sortiments of coffee and tea.

Having the toilet apart from the main bathroom was a bit weird but not a major discomfort.

The property itself is beautiful and equipped with the best of the best.

It would have been great to have an oven or a cooking hob, otherwise most meals have to be eaten out or cold. There’s a microwave, but food choices are limited to ready meals or similar.

Absolutely great apartment, wonderfully designed and with a lovely private garden. Fred our host was very welcoming, helpful and considerate. This is definitely one of the closest accommodations to Efteling - approximately a five minute walk to the main entrance.

Everything! The apartment is very high spec. The lighting is brilliant. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchenette is perfect for breakfasts and preparing lunches. The bathroom is exceptional. Everything was perfectly clean. Fred was very helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be any better for visiting Efteling on foot and catching the bus. We would have loved to stay longer!

Floyd the dog was gorgeous and gentle but unfortunately my little boy is terrified of dogs. He was in tears and scared every time we left and arrived at the place.

Dorian and Fred were very welcoming and helpful. Great location and lovely apartment completely kitted out with everything we needed. Would highly recommend B&B Doremi.

It is very close to Efteling theme park the hosts were very friendly, the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The hosts are very welcoming, the cleaning is impeccable. The location is more then excellent for those visiting Efteling park as we did. Practically 5 minutes walk. There is also a big natural park close to the property, very good for hiking. And, let's not forget Floyd the smartest dog on the planet :) The entire experience was something to remember. We will most definitely come back.

Perfect location infront of eftling! The house was big and comfortable for family of 5 people. Well equipped and modern. The landlord was very nice and helpfull and the breakfast was great. The place is even better than the pictures!

A fantastic B&B, it seems that the owners just thought about literally any need their guests might have, from a shopping bag to bathroom supplies to a super equipped kitchen. The kitchenware, towels, bedlinen, coffee and tea selection were all high-quality and really nice. The owners provided us with all the information we needed on the surroundings and on using the apartment. The calm is amazing, the windows have a fantastic isolation. The bed is super comfortable, the shower excellent. It is great that you can choose what exactly you want for breakfast. A wonderful place to stay, totally recommend.

The house is very close to Efteling and maybe you could not find another one which is more closer. It is fully furnished with high quality equipments. The light is very comfortable and convenient. bed is perfect. our 2 kids like it very much. also my boy had a lof of fun with the dog of the house owner, it’s very friendly .

It is VERY near the Efteling park so if you are going there that's the best place to stay .. The room is spacious and you'll everything you need.
