Great amenity for short stay, comfy bed, clean ,tidy, Ir was and nice breakfast choices, including juice ! I would book again.

It was all ok !

Good size space with a little hot tub beside the space we had (quite old tub but clean). Handy from golf course where we had been playing. Great Indian restaurant nearby. Just a quick overnight visit from 6pm - 8am so couldn't really rate everything.

The small 4 bar oil heater didn't really warm the space we had, as it was a very cold day and night. Maybe a small heat pump would regulate the heat for visitors in winter and summer. Just a thought. They could obviously charge more if it had a heat pump.

Good breakfast options, clean room, close to the beach and shops.

The entry is very dark, could have a sensor light in the spa area.

Had everything we needed in a compact sized studio room. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Terrific book collection. Lovely outside space. Breakfast was good with wide variety of teas and cereals. Overall, very good value

I am in a wheelchair, so a bit hard to access the main room and the bathroom. Hosts had advised that might be tricky to operate a wheelchair in tight spots.

Everything was brilliant and the host was amazing!!!

The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't book for longer!!!

Breakfast items were supplied in the room, which was super convenient as we were traveling.

Lovely place to stay in the Kapiti, we came up for a wedding & was within walking distance to venue, short walk to beach. Comfortable & cute unit, with everything you need. Unfortunately we were too busy to use the spa however would love to stay here again if ever looking for accommodation in the kapiti.

Lovely peaceful place. Cute & cozy. Continental breakfast awesome- 5 types of cereal glass jug of milk large carafe of juice bread in container ready to be toasted! Well worth the $$. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again. The spa was nice too.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating

Walking distance to the beach, hosts were welcoming. The room was adequate for the price. Title of 'dream escape' was overselling it. We were tired so, thankful to have somewhere to sleep. Everything else was minor.

Basement room, a little airless, and as no bug screens- something we noticed everywhere, mosquitoes were able to get in. No kitchen sink and a very noisy bar fridge, not ideal.

Great location, quiet street and close to shops and beach. Easy to place to find. Nice spa to dip yourself at the end of the day. Breakfast included was also a bonus

Breakfast supplied, a hot spa on arrival and the beachy styled furnishings and decor made a great impression and a block back from the beach was why we chose this accomodation which was also handy to Paraparaumu shopping and restaurant precinct. A perfect escape

The breakfast provided was delicious. All the books available to read. And been able to dry our clothes after we had a quick dip in the sea before we arrived at the accomomodation.🤗😎

No view of the beach is a pity but it's only a very short walk to a spectacular beach.

The property is in walking distance to bars and restaurants and only one block from the beach. It was quiet and private and the bed was comfortable. Great value

The property was excellent. Easy to find, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great communication and the spa was a lovely touch. The breakfast provided was great and the distance to the beach is fantastic. Definitely hope you stay again.

Chris’s place was perfect had all you needed for a comfortable stay, beach and restaurants only a five minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

Great for 2 people and the spa was nice.

Just thought we would comment about mosquitoes. There were plenty in the room when we arrived back at night from dinner out. Would pay to spray or avoid this in the future. Also be nice to put bodywash in the shower as there was shampoo/conditioner already there.

Kind host, amazing quiet well maintained room with great shower comfy bed and the bonus lovely spa. Moreover It's a package worth the price you pay which includes breakfast. You can have choice of lovely bread, different cereals including gluten free and more

We arrived late from the drive from Auckland and the room was easy to locate, get access and book some Thai takeaways before settling in. We knew the spa would be relaxing after the long drive and that was one of the amenities that was attractive.

It was a freezing day and they had the heater on for us, it was very snug and cosy, clean and aesthetically pleasing also the spa was a bonus, great value for money.

Cereals etc provided for breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice shower. (We were visiting family every day so did not have time to use the spa.)

Heating! As it was winter, it took while for the radiator to heat the room up, but was OK when it had done so.

Excellent location close to beach and shops/restaurants reasonably priced, well appointed with everything and more one may need. The spa was an extra special treat!

Tucked away on a quiet street, the spacious cosy room has its own entrance, a clean private bathroom and a tiny, but well-equipped kitchenette. The bed was large and comfortable. Appreciated the simple breakfast in the morning. There's also a hot tub

Easy communication with the owner and smooth self-check in, comfy wee little place, basic but filling breakfast with coffee/tea/juice option, quiet over night for good relax and refresh your body. Lots of books! I wish we had more time to read a bit and spend more time.

There's nothing to dislike! I liked everything about our stay.

Hi this escape is clean, comfortable. The hosts are both extremely helpful and any request we asked for was granted. good price and close proximity to cafes and a large shopping center with supermarkets etc. Parking free and close to the accomodation.

A lovely, warm, inviting atmosphere greeted us after a full day's travel. We were able to walk a short distance to find dinner nearby, which was lovely. The spa was wonderful to relax in before retiring to bed.

Very peaceful, private and relaxing. Loved the proximity to the beach and being able to take our two dogs (children ☺️) with us. Hope to be back again one day.
