Hotel très bien placé,à quelques pas du Camino Portuges!Café:Restaurant Bristol à 2 mn à pieds,à l'excellent accueil et à l'excellente cuisine,ouvert jusqu'à 23h...le jour de la Fete du Portugal!Bien appréciable pour le randonneur! Ma chambre était superbe!spacieuse!très propre,très calme;excellente literie,permettant de bien se reposer après une journée de randonnée! Très bon petit-déjeuner également,copieux,varié...jus de fruit,café,yaourts,fromage,jambon,confiture....

Je n'ai vu personne à la Réception,mais les codes envoyés par sms ont très bien fonctionne!

A lovely place to stay in a lovely Village on the Camino. Access to the kitchen with fridge and coffee maker. Historic feel with modern comfort.

I don't think there's a lift which wasn't a problem for us. It was a digital self check-in which also wasn't a problem but it is nice to see people once in awhile.

Gostei da recepção pela D. Lurdes, mas estivemos privados de luz durante a tarde e noite , o que não me deixa classificar esta experiência como razoável.

Mi pieza fue la número uno, muy buena, amplia, limpia y con cama cómoda para descansar, luego de la caminata. Con amplias adiós comunes y un bonito patio interior. La amabilidad de la persona que me atendió excepcional.

Algo ruidoso por el paso de vehículos al otro lado de la ventana de mi pieza, la que estaba ubicado en nivel de calle.

Boa localização. Boas comodidades no quarto e nos espaços comuns.

Hora de check-in muito tardia para quem é peregrino.

Communication, regarding the availability of the checkin code. I wasn't sure if my booking was accepted, as I never receive the checking code, after several calls and sms. communication was lacking.

At first, I made a reservation through the hotel’s official website. However, I had no choice but to change my schedule and ended up requesting a cancellation. It was late at night, and even though the staff was on personal time, he kindly helped me. Since I also work in the customer service sector, I know very well that this is not easy. I was truly touched, so when my schedule change was canceled, I made another reservation at the same hotel right away. And, unfortunately, this was the only service I got from the staff.

However, I did not receive any notification regarding the refund. On the day I was supposed to stay at the hotel, I contacted the staff again to inform that I had made a second reservation and requested a refund for my first booking. He told me that I had requested the cancellation too late, that the room had not been resold, and therefore a refund was not possible. After that, he unilaterally blocked me. I was deprived of the chance to explain my side—that I had requested the cancellation within the refund period according to the hotel’s policy, and that by rebooking at the same hotel, I had caused no loss. Since I made the reservation in order to attend an immigration interview, I stayed at the hotel anyway. I also tried to reach him again through multiple channels—via Booking.com and even through staff working at the hotel—but received no response. Even when I needed help during my stay, I got no reply whatsoever. To make matters worse, I found out that all the rooms had been booked that day. It was very upsetting to learn that he had lied to me. I ended up paying more than other guests, yet received worse service than anyone else. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Onbemande slaapgelegenheid in Albergaria-a-Velha. Mooi, ruim pand met fijn ingerichte gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig; helaas waren wij er maar 1 nacht, dus niet van alles gebruik gemaakt. Ideaal gelegen aan de Caminho-route. Schoon en comfortabel. Prima kamer, sanitair en bedden.

Prima locatie voor doorreis, misschien minder leuke wijk om vakantie te vieren.

Il est dommage que le parking ne soit pas très large .La personne qui nous a reçu, nous a dit qu 'il n'était pas assez large. Nous avons dû nous garer sur la route or j'avais demandé un hôtel avec parking.

The cleanest accommodation i have ever stayed in. Always spotless. I highly recommend this accommodation. Central, and the lady who welcomes guests couldn't be more helpful Muito obrigado.

La cocina y el jardín que tiene para usar los clientes

Que dijeran que había desayuno en el anuncio y no cuenta con ello. Que no digan lo de la cocina, comedor y jardín. Que haya pedido 1 habitación para 2 personas y me hayan vendido 2 habitaciones para 7 personas

La rehabilitación que han hecho de un lugar histórico, posada de reyes. Las zonas en común están impecables, siempre limpias. La gente hace un buen uso al verlas tan cuidadas.

Estaba cerca de una panaderia llamada “Charmel” donde se desayuna muy bien.

La habitación estaba bien pero tenía un olor raro no es desagradable la ducha era genial amplia te puedes mover bien todo limpio .sitio tranquilo para descansar está muy bien

Las almohadas eran muy incómodas apenas tenía textura y el edificio era un poco raro por fuera te daba la sensación que entras en una casa antigua
