Mostly positive: comfortable beds, good bathrooms and functional rooms frequently mentioned; isolated maintenance problems (broken toilet seat, shower holder, shower curtains) and occasional lack of AC noted.

Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness and found rooms very clean, but multiple comments note dirty carpets, approximate cleanliness, overflowing lobby bins and general signs of inconsistent housekeeping.

Strong: many guests highlight the excellent location next to the train station and convenient parking; a few note limited nearby restaurants on weekends or slight difficulty finding the entrance.

Generally positive: numerous mentions of friendly and welcoming staff; some operational issues reported (wrong room assigned, understaffed moments), but overall service sentiment is favorable.

Mixed to negative: breakfast described as copious and varied by some, but others report poor replenishment (no fruit, dry croissants), mediocre coffee and items missing when busy; brasserie closure also noted.

Somewhat below average: guests report limited on-site facilities, closed brasserie/restaurant at times and no nearby options late in the evening; parking available but sometimes perceived as small.

Positive overall: several reviews explicitly call out good value and a strong quality/price ratio given the room comfort and location.
