Ly New York Hotel

Very nice rooms, interesting location...

Need better coffee

The rooms are small and comfortable and clean

Gym was very dirty as well as the hallways, and they should have an Airport shuttle

La atención de los trabajadores

Que no hubiera desayuno

Everything

Beds too low

Style, cleanliness, size of room, staff

Tiolet door was see thru,

The hotel staff or whoever just tried to barge into our room without any notice or anything while we are in the room itself and opened the door. HUGE PRIVACY ISSUE. Do better because that’s not acceptable.

Miła obsługa recepcji.

Lokalizacja nieprzyjemna - okolice hurtowni i magazynów.

Good location, Friendly staff, clean, comfy and quiet room and feel safe for solo traveler.

The corridor has a slightly stuffy smell and some stains.

Room was vey clean, very comfortable bed and excellent shower

Clean, good location, modern room, comfortable bed, parking, location

No towel hangers, no storage, no shelf in the shower, no one changed the towels

Bathroom very small

Centrally located Beautiful hotel Lovely friendly staff There’s an Asian restaurant in the lobby

No microwave

I booked this hotel based on the low price, free parking, and proximity to the airport. I wasn't expecting much, to be honest, but this hotel is positively charming. Probably the best hotel shower ever, and I really appreciated the special touches in the room - like the towel warmer, the motion sensor that turned on a low light when I got up in the middle of the night, and the fancy toiletries.

Nothing

The room was very clean.

There weren't any drawers for your clothes or at least more closet space.

Amazing stay. Staff amazing and so was the onsite restaurant and food. Highly recommend. And the shampoo/conditioner was the best.

Close to Citi field

Small parking lot

I like how convenient it was to the airport.

My room didn't have any electricity.

Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great.

No bag for laundry. No breakfast. Loud people at1 AM in the hallway. No full length mirror.

There was no breakfast. The location was industrial. We wanted to stay near my husband‘s boyhood home so we were very pleased with the location. Parking was great. The woman working at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful.

Soundproofing could’ve been better. There was no plastic laundry bag. There was no full length mirror.

I liked the room space and the decor of the room layout.

One of our beds had light brown hair in it. It was pubic hair in the wash cloth and light brown hair in a wash cloth. We called the front desk due to the television wasn’t working and the guy didn’t knock at all he came directly on in. We called regarding wash cloths because we were told someone would bring them to us and nobody ever came. We purchased 12 piece of chicken wings and they provided us with only bruised pieces and a lot of salt. The lady said they were under new management which I could tell.

The facility is good, and though there was no restaurant service they provided free coffee

The staff are not friendly and it's affecting their customer services

Love the staff

None

Very clean! Great staff!

Bed a little hard. Parking was very tight

Reasonably priced

The property had a strange, unpleasant smell in the hallways leading to the rooms. Additionally, despite repeatedly using the “Clean Room” sign and requesting at the front desk, the room was not cleaned for four days.

The location is SO BAD! the neighborhood seems so dangerous

Price

The floors in the room were FILTHY. I had to use towels to scrub them clean.

Coming from out of town the front desk lady didnt let me check in early for free and the room was available.. i was there since 10am and she didnt let me check in until 2pm had to sit in the car

Friendly staff. Location was convenient.

Cleaning could have been better. The window was accumulating dirt and the floor wasn't cleaned good.

Very clean facilities, linen and comfortable bed

The street is very dark… no street lights so the property at night looks a bit dark.

Good location close to airport

Great value, the location is a little out of the way, but still easy enough to get into the City on public transport.

Limited parking was an issue on arrival, we had to wait about 30 minutes for a space to free up

Room was fine

At 2:00am a screaming child awoke us a few doors down. It appears the parent locked the child in the room and it sounded as if someone was cutting the child's arm off the screaming was so horrific.

Close to airport and value.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Fire alarm was hanging off wall. Questionable location.

Clean, technologically advanced! Nice front desk staff.

For the family rooms, having a microwave and iron would be helpful for the kids. We had no way to heat up our food. An iron was however brought to us when we asked.

Nothing because we couldnt even stay due to the limited parking, like 10 parking spots. Horrible location. And they refused a refund even though we had a handicapped person that couldnt walk 3 miles from the nearest parking available. HORRIBLE!!!

Everything! BAD LOCATION, BAD STAFF, POOR PARKING!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRAUDS CHARGING $355 TO NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO PARK TO SLEEP AND REFUSING A REFUND!!

The staff was very helpful, the parking lot always had available spots, and the room was comfortable.

I love the room and functionality

It was cold but service men came to teach how to adjust the thermostat.

It was pretty and clean

Smells like someone near is smoking weed

The room

Originally offered a room that had not been cleaned. Noisy in the night. Strong smell of weed. Customer shouting at staff because they had also been given a room that had not been cleaned.

Good value, comfortable beds

Nice, modern, clean hotel. Location was awesome, cool industrial area 20 minutes from LGA. Great hotel for the price, nice staff too!

I like how clean it smelled in the hotel.

The temperature in the room was very hot. The thermostat wouldn’t get it cool and when we went to call downstairs the option to call downstairs wouldn’t work.

I stay at this property often I enjoy the quality for the price

Odd location.

Nothing

We stayed 4 nights, housekeeping never cleaned our room or gave us new sheets

No breakfast, TV didnt work, restaurant was temporarily closed. Poor location.

No breakfast available.

The floor seemed sticky in spots. Otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Free outdoor parking, which seemed fairly safe, and which accommodated a small moving truck. None of the garages in the Flushing area would work. Very clean and comfortable room. Frequent public bus service to Downtown Flushing for $3 each way.

The bath faucet handle wasn’t attached, although I could operate it. And there wasn’t an obvious place to hang wet towels. It was inexpensive for the area, and good value with the parking, but NYC is not cheap.

It’s is very modern and very clean. The beds are very comfortable!!

The hotel is hidden on a small street with a laundromat attached

futuristic and comfy

Close to shopping, public transportation. Room was comfortable with a micro fridge.

Restaurant was closed. No ice machine- ice was provided via cooler. There was a roach crawling around the ice/microwave area. Limited parking due to shared parking lot with laundromat. Toilet didn't flush properly.

Wish there was a full length mirror

Nice clean and comfy. Very kind staff.

Far from public transportation. Super loud music happening one of the nights. I couldn’t tell if it was coming from a nearby establishment or downstairs or what but I had to sleep with earplugs.

The beds were soft and shower had good pressure.

Looks dingy/dirty. Restaurant was closed, although the employees were just there hanging out. No coffee or ice machine and no microwave in the rooms.

Nothing

Area around the property isn’t the best.

New place. Great shower

Parking was tight and tricky

This was my second stay at Ly Hotel and I loved it just as much as the first time! My stay was very short and I only stayed for one night and could not check out the gym, restaurant, or bar as I hoped but I definitely enjoyed my experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and they continue to implement additional updates and new feature. There is now a digital check-in option which is helpful and efficient. I still checked in at the front desk which was a super quick process. The $100 deposit for incidental remains, but they no longer charge for a booking fee which was a nice surprise. Parking is still an issue is your arrive with a vehicle, but somehow I alway manage to find parking without a problem. My room was very clean, stocked with essentials (including toilet paper, dental kits, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and a coffee station). The bed was very clean, clean new sheets and comforter, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and the rainfall shower head just gives you a spa experience between the rainfall, water pressure, and water temperature. I will continue to stay at this hotel and hopefully for a full weekend soon to really take advance of the amenities.

Great price and perfect location. Short Uber ride from LGA and to the flushing main street subway train station. 7 Line to the city midtown took an hour inbound but only 35 outbound. Friendly staff beds were comfortable

No complaints

The water smells funny

The amenities, the staff and the rooms were nice and clean

Can be a bit noisy when neighbor takes a shower but that is easy to get over
