Was small but neat.

They mentioned a complimentary stay for drivers. But it was a very poor stay making him sleep just under the stairs . And not even a coffee was provided even upon request. Not worth for the money being paid.

Location and room service

Front office, restaurant staff and overall sense of rudeness when the staff speak. I travelled as a single female with my daughter and felt odd . No courteousness . Even if we speak politely and with respect , the staff reply rudely. And then we are forced to handle things in their tone and demeanour.

breakfast was sumptuous with a very good spread. the food at the restaurant was tasty, the room was very clean and the housekeeping was prompt and helpful. the reception, and the restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. the watchman at the garage was also helpful.

the parking was quite difficult with entry and exit from the garage through a steep gradient. the garage ram could be made less steeper.

Rooms are well equipped with mordern amenities

Staff attitude was poor . Breakfast was not given properly and was charged . Parking of the cars are in basement which is poorly planned and will hit the under chassis of the vehicle .

A small break while driving back. Big spacious room but was bit disappointed with the room service & reception as they did not provide extra towel even after couple of reminders. Not sure if this is a right advertisement for the hotel. Parking was good enough.

1. I was new to the area and was hoping the hotel staff could help me with local transport , like directing me or arranging transport. On the contrary the staff outrightly declined to help and said they don't do any of those kind of serices to the clients. I was on my own. 2. The phone number listed in the Hotels.com is not operational and they dont attend that. I am appalled that a biz lists a number that doesnt work. That clearly tells how much they value the customer service. 3. You can check the messages I had sent prior to reaching there which all went unanswered in the hotels.com app. 4. Hot water was not available. Even after asking for that they kept saying open the tap and let the water run for 5 minutes for the water to get hot. But nothing worked. I had to shower in cold water.

Very clean hotel. Stay was comfortable.

The only downside was the location. There was construction around the hotel, that resulted in longer time in getting to the hotel. It should be sorted out in a few months, hopefully.

A great place to be because it’s in on the main road in downtown with all kinds of shops walking distance. The staff are great and the hotel is well kept and quiet.

Rooms was well kept.and clean.staffs were very courteous and helpful. Food was good and Restaurant had a unique decor.

Parking was good but while removing the Vehicle it was difficult because of tremendous slop..

Bathroom had slated window letting ants and mosquitos in..did not expect this..was overcharged for room despite showing booking.com price..was charged for breakfasts for all 4 of us when we didnt book it..was charged for a different rooms food service aswell (((
