My room fan was creating sounds and it was disturbing. And the team couldnt resolve it.

Location is very good, food was tasty, even the ala carte menu is affordable for lunch and dinner.

Room facilities like water had stopped coming from taps,Hot water, wi-fi for dormitories were not at all available. In rainy season also only cold water was available even though we complained.

Location is very good. Staff are really good and supportive. A well maintained pool is there. Campfire is also there. We had a pleasant stay there. Would like to appreciate Amudha, Chaitra, and other guys for their wonderful services.

Shree Kalya Resort is a very good resort, peaceful place. Kids liked the place a lot.The location is quiet and relaxing, ideal for spending quality time away from the city. The food is very good and delicious, and the hospitality by Amuda and team is very polite and good.The bonfire and music arrangements and Pool were enjoyable. Overall, everything was well managed, and we were fully satisfied with our stay.

The staff was very kind. They got the room ready early since we'd already reached. The food was also very good. It's a great place to relax.

Don't stay here. They are as good as a 1 star hotel charging for a 4 star resort. Within the 20 some hours I stayed there, there were multiple power cuts, cockroaches and loud music on site. Staff is polite but untrained and incompetent. When our driver entered the premises to use the "public" toilet as guided by their own staff, the manager bypassed questioning her own staff and accused me of inviting non paying guests to the resort. Which, first, humans have to use the toilet, no need to be classist against drivers. Second, I didn't even know about it, so rather than asking me, she accused me which was unacceptable. Despite repeatedly clarifying that I didnt know if he entered, how etc, she kept insisting that it's against the rules as if I didn't understand the first time. Design wise- The toilet layout doesn'take sense. The wall paint is peeling in places. There are gaps below doors which allow insects to come in. Blue color is nice though There was underwear drying on the swing set in the play area. Oh there's also a lot of monkeys on site which made going outside or sitting outside the cottage impossible. When I complained about the hygiene issue and cockroaches, the manager suggested I stay 30 minutes extra as compensation. Laughable. You don't charge 11k for one night for 3 persons for cockroaches. No matter how new your resort is, no swanky swimming pool or table tennis table can make up for cleanliness and constant electricity supply.

The resort is really beautiful. It had complementary bonfire, play area and swimming pool. Staff was really helpful.

Great hospitality by Amuda and team - made us feel like home. The location and ambience is perfect for a short getaway from city life.

Nice location

During the promised Bonfire one guy came and blasted local music spoing a fine relaxed night . Staff inspite of telling we would be leaving early . Did not bother to wake up . Even the lights were not there when we woke up. Despite calls no one picked up ,finally someone turned on the lights but no one bothered to help with luggage , we finally left by 6 am lugging our luggage up and down . Excellent property spoiled by bad staff .

Located conveniently very close to main road but still completely secluded in the midst of coffee estates. Also very hospitable and pleasant staff and exceptional service. The food was also great. They also arrange a bonfire at no extra cost.

It was pleasant stay for couple of days. Great hospitality. All the staffs were polite,helpful and caring. Especially Amudha, Rohit, Chaitara, Keerthana and Sneha. Overall nice experience. Highly recommended.

Great location to access Mullayangiri Peak. Nicely landscaped garden with 8 cottages in a natural setting. Super clean and inviting pool. Lots of birds can be heard. Good food in their Restaurant. Restaurant staff were super nice and manager in restaurant was also very helpful.

Does not take international credit cards (but found many other places too were not geared for foreign tourists). Building works in progress was annoying but on requesting for some peace manager quickly took care of the noise. No buffet breakfast as we were the only guest for the 2 days we were there. But could place order for what we wanted Newer property so building business.

The hospitality was too good. The staff members are just one call away for your requests. I really loved the stay and ambience. They Don’t let you stress over anything they just keep everything ready for you within no time and don’t even feel bad for often asking requests

The hospitality and the staff especially the front office team are pretty awesome. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Miss Amuda, the front office team is very good in explaining the process and her way of receiving is really appreciable.

Food options should be more. I feel the lights in the rooms are not sufficient to get ready.

The ambiance of the resort is very good so are the staff. They are very friendly and have a very good service. Overall the stay is very good for couples and family. The food quality is good along with the other facilities like the pool, activity bournfire.

We found a used tootbrush which might not be visible to the staff (we are both 190cm+). Also no alcohol in this hotel, which is totally fine, as a small walk up the hill leads you to another hotel which has a nice bar with a view!

This is one of the amazing homestays I have stayed in India in a long time. I loved the overall ambience and the cost feeling of being nestled in the laps of the nature.. The rain added more intensity to the stay. The staff was professional and courteous specifically Amuda who had managed my booking and arranged for checkin as well. If you are traveling with friends or family and want something without a torturous ride, this is the place you are looking for😍

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were very sweet, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The entire place is surrounded by greenery, making it feel peaceful, soothing, and calm — a perfect getaway from city life. I’d love to visit again

Location in the middle of coffee plantation

I chose that resort for its remote location expecting it to be quiet. In reality loud music was played until late at night. On top of that, some guests were talking as if it was day time next to my room. In addition, there was a construction going on next to my room. Workers started making noise around 05:30am. Although the resort opened only 1 year ago, it already looks poorly maintained and in bad condition.

Food was pathetic. Room service was poor, the towels were wet, the pillow cover had hairs and no one turned up when asked for a fresh pillow cover. play area was blocked with some renovation work. poor management.

One of the best place to stay in Chikmagalur. All room were individual, u feel the privacy. Best place for Couples & families not for groups. Staff & service were excellent, food was soo good we had all three times in the Resort - Restaurant itself. Overall the 2 days stay was satisfied & happy. I would rate 9/10.

They were short staffed but people were nice

It was not at all value for money. I had a very bad experience with my family there. The cleanliness was poor. Bedsheets had marks on them. Service was very slow. Location was ok. Restaurant meal was very basic but highly priced. There were no staff available at reception for emergency at night. There were mosquitos in the room. We had to ask for towels and even basic things from our side. I wanted to give my parents a luxury experience that's why I booked it. But it was same as a simple hotel. Not at all worth the price paid

Cleanliness and proper up keeping of the resort is the major concern Plants, tree were grown like anything, it looked like a jungle rather than a resort. Lot of Termites and insects. Seems they need to construct more and can make a better property.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The food was below average—not something you'd look forward to after a long day. The bedsheets didn’t seem clean, and to make things worse, the toiletry kit looked like it had already been used. There wasn’t even any handwash liquid provided, which felt like a basic miss. Parking was also inconvenient, as the entire area was covered in gravel, making it tough to handle. I also couldn’t get a cup of coffee early in the morning, which was a letdown. Overall, the experience just didn’t live up to the price. Not worth the money in its current state.

Well laid out , pleasing colour exteriors & roomy cottages .. Serene set up with lush green all around.. Carbed out of a Coffee estate makes it Special.. Very courteous & warm staff.. Hemant & Rinku made our stay comfortable..

Wi-Fi worked well only near the reception area.. Jio Dongle given was not that effective.. Bathroom should hv a cubicle so bathing water doesn’t spill all over the bathroom & make it wet.. A plastic stool should be in the bathroom to sit & take bath.. Room tariff a bit high .
