Second time here. Food was of the best I have eaten ever in India (and I travel to India a lot). Communication is good. Service fantastic. Rinku contacted me in advace, went to the shop for us for some things we needen upon arrival, arranged our safari, arranged a good driver to Delhi (and last time to jaipur as wel). Few minutes from safari entrance. Rooms spacious and clean, super nice to relax at the pool after the safari. Very quite as well during the day and night. I initially had some doubts as the price is very cheap but they just undervalue their service… as it is worth for me easily twice the price.

Attention en venant à Sariska, il y a deux gate pour les safari : l'hôtel est proche de la gare 2, moins réputée pour voir des tigres et à plus d'1h de la porte principale. A noter, le personnel ne parle pas anglais....

Hotel Propre et calme loin de l'agitation. Personel très arrangeant. Attention si vous comptez faire le safari à Sariska, cet hôtel est proche de la Tehla Gate mais à 2h de route de la Sariska Gate. Nous avions fais l'erreur de prendre notre safari au départ de la Sariska Gate mais le personnel nous a aidé à trouver un taxi très tôt le matin pour être à l'heure pour le safari.

Not clean, the bed linen had been used and they did not change it even when I asked. The food was very average to poor. Highly recommend that this property be avoided. Location was good for proximity for safari.

Nice private area with big lawn. Nicely maintained property. Room size was large and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

There was nothing that we did not like. However, some areas for improvement will take the guests' experience few notches higher like some additional Furniture in the room (study table, mini bar & table for unpacking luggage) as the rooms are very spacious and can accommodate these extra furniture easily. Also one of the rooms the mattress was sagging on one side. These things need to be checked & replaced timely. Housekeeping staff need to be trained to clean the rooms everyday once guest has checked in till checkout date - things like towels, bed to be redone, etc. So this is an area of improvement.

Very welcoming accommodation set in a small town close to Sariska NP. Very clean and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner options were great. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

I am split on my review, but ultimately deducted a star for the total experience. The resort is very nice, good and clean rooms and bathrooms of decent size. Rooms are pretty quiet and I had little problem with sleeping. The pool is nice, although a little dirty and full of bugs at times. Staff is great and helpful, where Rinku Singh arranged for food and helped me find an ATM for cash. What I did not appreciate was being awoken the first day at 7:30am for chai and 8:30 for breakfast without having asked for this, this ruined my sleep that day. My second problem is the property not accepting international cards even though it is stated as option on booking.com. This led to me having to retrieve more cash the day I was leaving to pay (Nearest ATM 10min drive away). Booking of safari was also a hassle, as first day I was told it was full 1 hour before I was supposed to leave and afterwards I had to pay cash in advance to reserve the next day. For being an expensive nice resort, this is not the best experiences. Other places I have had hotel arrange safaris without me having to think of anything, before paying at the end of the stay. All in all, a pleasent resort, but lacking a little bit to quite reach the proper safari resort feeling.

Comfortable room with good shower and private veranda . Staff very friendly and helpful, they organised a safari in advance of our arrival. Food is very tasty with generous portions; they took good care of my partner who is Coeliac (gluten intolerant). It’s a nice place to chill in the afternoon.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. In particular Rinku Singh, who supported with the booking of the tickets for the tiger reserve and brought us to the starting point.

The fresh cooked food was excellent. Healthy and tasty.

They need to give clear instructions on how to use the hot water for shower. And there was very little hot water.

Staff is amazing and very accommodating. Food is delicious. They really made us feel as part of a family, which was good for us since we were there during Christmas eve.

If you are doing a safari, location is good if the safari starts from Gate 2. For Gate 1 the drive is longer.

Rinku Singh was extremely helpful and took care of all our needs .. He paid personal attention to the meals we requested .. He arranged our tour with Nemichand driver and guide, who also dropped us back to Jaipur . Both of them are fantastic..

The resort is beautiful. The owner and staff are excellent. Very professional, kind, friendly. The rooms are very clean, large with amenities. It is silent. The air is fresh and clean. The food is divine. Everything including paneer is cooked fresh.

Very comfortable, great pool, very clean, lovely view, close to Sariska National Park, food was delicious, staff drove me to the safari park entrance and to station for my onward journey, everyone very friendly and helpful

Loved it all

The staff was always at our service and tried their best to meet all our demands. There was no TV in the room but it was arranged at our request. The food was pretty good and the chef even prepared fresh dinner for us almost at midnight.

The property is nestled in a village which kind of takes away its secluded charm The bathroom amenities and fittings need to be regularly checked. We did not get toilet paper in the two days we stayed.
