The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even arranging a very late check in at 4am, which I really appreciated. The property was spotlessly clean, and both the décor and facilities were exceptional. The care and attention to detail made a real impression. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Nothing that I would be concerned with. The number of parking spaces available would be a worry during busy season but its not something that would make me not recommend the place.

Every aspect was excellent.

We stayed here on 15th May for one night, based on a recommendation from a friend, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The rooms and washrooms were very clean, and the staff were genuinely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The location is perfect, around 400 meters from the Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple, making it very convenient for darshan. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the property is a part of the Tamara group, something we discovered only when we visited the restaurant for dinner. We had the chance to meet the friendly Head Chef and the GM, who informed us their plan for a name change. The food was very good, with some excellent healthy options, perfect for calorie conscious guests like us. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Highly recommended.

Ideally situated near the temple, our hotel offers a seamless blend of modern comfort and pristine, contemporary design.

While the staff made a prompt and genuine effort to fix the in-room television, the issue unfortunately remained unresolved. Additionally, I discovered after checkout that the hotel's post-stay transfer arrangements were significantly overpriced compared to standard local rates.

I had a pleasant stay at Lilac. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

One suggestion I would offer is regarding the artwork in the room. It might be more relaxing and universally appealing to have scenic or serene pictures instead of images of actors and actresses, as not all guests may prefer that style of décor. Overall, a great stay with just a small opportunity for improvement.

Not trained staff, hospitality training required for the staffs. No any good reception by the front office. Check in experience very poor. Tamara group standards are a must to implement. No proper management visible at hotel premises, inexperienced staff's only. Higher management attention required.

Clean rooms, walkable distance to the temple. It is very near to south entrance of the temple. Room service was very good.

The live counter at the breakfast buffet in the morning was very slow. There was no one at the counter to take our dosa order. After waiting for 5 minutes, someone took the order but reluctantly gave a half cooked dosa. The person in the live counter was absolutely uninterested to serve us. He just vanishes from there so we don’t question him. We went at 7:30 am and only 4 of them were in the dining room.

The quiet and peaceful atmosphere inside and outside the hotel. Close proximity to temple- walkable distance to south nada. Spacious & well lit room with large beds. The tile on the bathroom floor to scrub feet- ideal after temple visit, is a very thoughtful design. Highly impressed. Overall cleanliness - commendable. Food - Dinner- less oily dishes, crisp delicious kerala porotta, delectable daal makhani. Lunch- the kerala meals 😋- massive and elegant presentation. Special mention.. manchow soup.. ideal for the monsoon, my kids loved it. Quick room service. Courteous & polite staff- always with a smile.

What a pleasure. From absolutely clean bathrooms to crisp bedlinen to the staff at the hotel, everything is what all other budget hotels should aspire to be. It exceeded our expectations and tells us that with a little bit of thought to building the rooms and bathrooms to training the staff, you can deliver absolute value for money. Kudos to the owners/management for an excellent property. The rooms are better than what the photos say. A very welcome change were we regularly see the photos look far better than the actual rooms. All the very best to the management and hope your chain expands to provide travelers what they are looking for

Clean and spacious rooms. The facility is new (or newer compared to other properties in the area) so that is definitely a plus. Ambience is pretty good as well.

The staff was not courteous or responsive. They spoke within themselves with an attitude towards the customer. When you don't feel welcome at a place, its certainly not a great feeling. So the facility is good as long as you overlook/ignore the customer service and the staff behavioral aspects.

The accommodation was well furnished, stylish and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was also very good. We had booked with breakfast included and we had dinner as well- both meals were excellent.

Food at the restaurant is not that great, even the breakfast spread is just OK. The menu has very few varieties and the names of dishes do not do justice to the ones actually served for example I ordered Methi Masala expecting it to be a dish of Methi Saag, what I got was mixed veg curry with lots of kasuri methi in it. There are good restaurants towards the west nada that have greater variety and awesome food at far lesser bargains.

Location , Clean Spacious rooms , courteous staff and excellent food. We stayed here for an important event with around 40 of our guests and during our stay we received the best attention and service. GM Mr. Renjith , Guest relations Mr. Bipin and Chef Shiju did everything possible to make us and our guests feel comfortable. The hotel housekeeping team also needs a mention as they found a bag with valuables eft behind by one of our guests and returned it intact.
