お部屋は綺麗だった

荷物を預けて出掛ける事が出来なかった。　自己責任で荷物置き場に置いて置いて下さい…と言われても心配でした。

連絡したが、トイレや風呂掃除までして頂けなかった。 トイレは便座が黒ずんでおり、不快に感じた

3人で泊まったのですが、広さは十分だったと思います。

風呂とトイレが分かれいたのは良かったのですが、脱衣所がありませんでした。

スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました

駐車場が借りられず、やむを得ず近くのコインパーキングに停めました。宿泊者が困らない程度には駐車場を用意して欲しかったです。

Googleで調べると「全部屋4Kテレビ付きYouTube視聴可能」と書いてあるのにYouTubeが見れなかった

群馬から旅行に行き土地勘がなかったですが、また受付の方が親身に道案内等してくれました。とてもいい子でした。

駅に比較的近い。部屋もロビーも綺麗。 ベットも広くて良かった。

お風呂のお湯と水のバランスをMAXお湯にしてもシャワーがぬるかった。 バスタオル、フェイスタオルが使い古されてる感があった。

エントランスの伸びやかな空間、部屋の清潔感、フロントと清掃の方の感じの良さが良かったです。

階段から降りるとプライベートのドアからしか出られず、悪い事をしてしまったかなともやもやしました。 階段使用不可など表示があるとよいとおもいます。

入住三人房，房間很大、很新，浴廁分離且中間還有很寬敞的盥洗空間，床也很舒服。

離車站有一站地鐵的距離，推行李走路的話會有點辛苦。

6 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof oder eine U Bahn Station, das Zimmer war schön geräumig, die Badewanne hatte einen eigenen Fernseher.

Die Pyjamas waren hier nicht so schön, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau

Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. En revanche j'avais pris l'option petit déjeuner inclus et j'ai dû payer un supplément pour les enfants, ce qui n'était pas mentionné à la réservation.

隣接の駐車場が予約なしで確保できれば良いと思います。

地點方便，走友都八西的手扶梯到二樓就可以直通仙台駛！ 房間大！！開兩個行李箱非常足夠；房間設計的小巧思讓旅客很方便，例如兩張床旁都有插座、電視旁兩側都可以掛衣服、床邊有長桌搭配一個椅子、另一人可以坐床頭櫃也方便。

退房後的行李放置區完全是開放式的，讓人不放心。沐浴精跟洗手乳洗後沖水，會有一層膜的感覺，很怪。

設備に不備の部分があり、スタッフに伝えたら、直ぐに違う部屋を用意していただきました！

外国のスタッフさんが笑顔で迎えてくれたので、とても印象が良かったです。

禁煙ルームだったが、入った瞬間でタバコの匂いがした。高齢の父母と一緒で近く希望だったが、部屋が階数も違く遠かったので心配だった。

Location within a few block of Sendai Station was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked the two rooms seven months in advance and could not get rooms near each other or at least on the same floor. Splitting adults and children with shared bags on different floors was difficult.

仙台駅まで地下鉄で一駅、荷物が少なければ仙台駅まで歩けるロケーションでした！ 部屋も広くはないけれど、清潔な印象です。

Location near to the train station. Everything was clean.

I had to wait long at the reception for the checkin.

綺麗だし、仙台駅からも近いし、スタッフの方々も笑顔でとても良かったです。

The location was the best part of this hotel. It is so near many nice restaurants and the station. We came by car though, so the parking was a bit steep. The hotel seems to cater more towards business customers, so the staff were pleasant but not outgoingly friendly. Just doing their jobs. The rooms were as you would hope to find. Clean and comfortable.

出かける時に雨だったのですが、心良く傘をかしてくれた。

洗濯機や乾燥機、前の人が使ったあと取りに来ていなくて何時間も使えなかった。回収ボックスみたいなのがあればそこに前の人の物をいれて、すぐ使えたのにって思った。ホテルの人に言ったら1回目は違う階のコインランドリーを使うように言われた。

スタッフの方が皆様とても親切でした！ チェックアウトがカードをポストに入れるだけなのもよかったです！

Everything was great. Location, staff, cleanliness. Zero complaints. Always appreciate coin laundry available on the same floor (two washers and two dryers) as well as a mini refrigerator in the room. Thank you!

浴室出現小強🪳，有點驚喜😱，但是，向櫃檯反應後，第二天有做整個房內清潔，

性價比很高，地點也算方便，雖然是在東口比較不熱鬧的這一邊，但價格太取勝，左右路口也有便利商店，鞥車站到飯店的途中還會經過有名的牛舌名店 司

距離仙台站很近，東口鄰近lopia，採買方便，房間寬敞舒適，浴缸還有電視，可以邊泡澡邊看，價格在暑假三人房一晚不到3000台幣，很推薦

Location is good, close to a familymart and a short walk to Sendai station and the metro.

At the price we paid (¥22,000 per night during a holiday weekend), this hotel was well below the standard I would expect. The room felt dated and lacked basic comforts. Each guest was provided with only a single, old, uncomfortable pillow, the bed linens felt cheap and low quality, and the towels were so thin they were almost see-through. The shower room was also poorly designed, and many of the fixtures and fittings throughout the room were worn and shabby. There were also some surprising omissions. No drinking glasses were provided in the room, there was no wardrobe despite ample space for one, and despite there being space on both sides of the bed, only one bedside table was provided. I live in Japan and stay in business hotels regularly, so I’m judging this against other hotels in the same category. Even by Japanese business hotel standards, this property is below average. I understand that rates increase during holiday weekends, but the quality of the room should still justify the price. At ¥22,000 per night, this hotel represents very poor value for money. Even budget chains such as APA typically provide two pillows per guest, so supplying only one is well below the standard I would expect.

地點很好，在東口附近，透過YODOBASHI SENDAI 聯絡道路到2館，從YODOBASHI SENDAI 2館出去的話馬上就到了。附近有超市超商，離市鐵站也很近。

近車站，走路7分鐘。房務乾淨清爽，設備簡潔，很棒！感謝接待人員協助check-in 。

部屋の配置が快適で使いやすかったです。

チェックイン前にフロントに荷物を預けられたら良かったです。

ontbijtbuffet was karig en duur voor wat het was. In Sendai zelf is niet zo veel te beleven maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen uiteraard ;-)

Beliggenheden var rigtig god, tæt på stationen og metro. Der var også mange spisesteder omkring og bekvemmelighedsbutikker.

Håndklæderne var ikke så gode, men det er det mindste.

Location was kinda uneventful. Perhaps we weren't prepared having just come from Tokyo, but it didnt feel like there was a lot of things to do.

Rooms were clean. The location was perfect, close to lots of restuarants and the train station. We had 2 rooms. One room with 3 beds was very spacious. The Second room with the double bed was quite tight. The bed was against the wall. Breakfast was good with good selection.

駅から近くて、コンビニやジム、ご飯屋にも行きやすい点がとても良かったです。ロビーも落ち着いていて、スタッフの方々も皆様丁寧でした。

Property was great. We needed to get some logistics complete on our computers however the WiFi in the building was not allowing either laptop to connect. We tried as much as we could on our phones but had to leave for the day and sit at a coffee shop to complete needed tasks. This was very upsetting as everything else was great.

整體吃的住的體驗很棒，適合有小孩和老人的家庭，不過 1 浴室地板有點滑，家人跌倒流血，但我們沒告知旅館自行上藥。浴室太空了 沒地方可扶。 2 check out後行李放在一樓，沒有寄行李服務，而是自行放在一個角落，我們是下午的飛機，很擔心東西不見，但證明日本還是很安全的地方。

荷物の預かりが無く、決められた所に置いて行くシステムなので、そこがちょっと不安でした

清潔感がありスタッフの皆さんの接客が素晴らしい。 清潔感があり部屋も綺麗で快適。 近くにコンビニもあるので便利 チェックイン チェックアウトの手続きが簡単でらく。

みなさん、接客はよかったのですが、朝起きてチェックアウトしようと廊下に出た時に、清掃の方の大きな声で 少し怒っていたようで声が聞こえ帰りに少しだけ残念な気持になりました。 あと、シャワーの水圧が弱くて使いづらかったです。

Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse, salle d'eau tout confort, emplacement parfait à quelques minutes à pied de la gare et à côté d'un izakaya excellent.

L'insonorisation n'est pas la plus optimale (en comparaison avec les autres hôtels de notre séjour au japon), pas de parapluie disponible à l'entrée pour emprunter en cas de pluie.

Everything, the room was dirty, we booked a smoking room by mistake but even for a smoking room the cleanness was unnaceptable

The staff were wonderful. The location perfect - a flat easy walk to the station and there is so much to see in and around the station. The breakfast selection was limited but adequate. Loved the bath! We would go there again if ever visiting Sendai.

A tiny little suggestion. There were so many help yourself bathroom and beauty items but no shower caps.

Spacious bathroom. Clean and seems to be newly renovated. Front desk staff are foreigner, so english speaking is no problem.

Breakfast not so much choices. And seems to be limited and would not refill quickly. Better give extra time to go there. We asked staff to refill some food. They told us need to wait 10 to 15 mins. Need some time to cook.

The location to the sendai station is crucial! The online pre check in was new to us and having a pre checked QR code for registration made the check in process so Japan Efficient. Everything is checked and verified cuts down on standing in line at the lobby.

The location, the cleanliness of the whole place, the friendly and helpful front desk staff, the daily trash take away and towel exchange, the spaciousness of the deluxe room.

A short walk from the station in a quieter area. A convenience store is downstairs. Great value, I'm not sure how old it was but it felt brand new. Big desk area. Good-sized bathroom too, not the super tiny ones. Would definitely recommend it.
