Book a room with three people, was given a nice large room, better than those for two people. Very great choice.

Awesome hotel right next to Hirakata station. The room was huge, fancy, and clean, and the onsen was amazing! Breakfast was also delicious and the staff were very kind and attentive.

It’s a little hard to find, the elevator entrance is in a parking lot and the lobby is on the 19th floor.

急遽の宿泊でしたが、眺めもよくスタッフの対応も良かったです。

駅からホテルへの道順、入り方が分かりにくくて迷いました。 駅改札おりてからの最短ルートのような動画があれば楽だったかと思います。

施設は綺麗でロケーションも最高です。駅からも近く立地条件は抜群でした。朝食時間も比較的長めでゆっくりととることができました。浴場は深夜も開放されているので有り難いですね。

朝方入浴しましたが、タオルが散乱しており、ゴミ箱もいっぱい。脱衣所の洗面台は髪の毛で詰まっていました。宿泊者のマナーもあるかと思いますが、清掃の回数を増やしてみてはいかがでしょうか？

遠くハルカスを含む大阪のビル群を眺めながらお湯に浸かれる最上階の大浴場が贅沢。 早朝しばらく貸切状態になり嬉しかった。 施設も新しくて綺麗、スタッフの方々も細やかに親切だった。外食や買い物も駅近で便利。

入り口がどこか、分かりにくい。

立地は言うまでもなく最強。枚方市で宿泊ならここしかないでしょ!ってくらい利便性が群を抜いてますね。設備（空調、照明、景観）も不満無し。 スタッフさんの対応、態度にも好感。 妻も26階のお風呂で　通常のシャンプー、コンディショナー以外に備えついてた　クレンジングなどの女性には嬉しいグッズが充実していた事に感動。帰りにはフロントで購入して帰るくらい気に入っていました(^^)

子供（11歳）同伴でしたが、子供の部屋着サイズがホテル基準でのSSサイズのみで　その上が大人サイズしかないので　その中間サイズがあったらなぁとは思いました。

Very nice hotel. Beautiful decor. Super clean and comfortable. We loved the view. Loved our room. Amenities spot on!! Used the women's onsen. Wow! What a view- and both indoor/outdoor onsens. Gorgeous!

Breakfast was an extra cost. We could not stay for breakfast anyway. I'm sure it was delightful.

The view from the spa over the city and out towards Osaka is amazing. It's worth staying in this hotel just for that view! The location is great for the train station and the shopping mall.

The entrance to the hotel is in a shopping mall and tricky to find on the first visit. We stayed over a holiday weekend and so paid almost twice as much for our stay as one normally would, hence the mediocre "value for money" rating.

Everything was very nice. I particularly appreciated that the SPA was open all night long.

Esta muy cerca de la estacion de metro tren, de un convini y tiene 2 mall cerca. Es una localidad muy residencial y tranquila

Habian ciertos empleados poco amigables. No avisaron que habia un impuesto por la ciudad de 5000¥. Tambien deberian avisar que las instalaciones no ven bien los tatuajes.

ネット予約の詳細がちゃんと行き届いてなく行ってからの手続きが大変だった。

Zeer goede faciliteiten, modern, schoon en kwalitatief. Locatie naast treinstation ideaal om zowel Osaka als Kyoto te kunnen bereiken in minder dan een uur.

Weinig medewerkers die Engels begrijpen, laat staan spreken.

駐車代チケットがいただければ、満点でした。

This hotel is very clean and in great proximity to shopping malls and the Hirakatashi station. This isn’t necessarily a tourist destination and that is evident in the lack of English spoken in most of the establishments around. However it was still very easy to navigate the language barrier. Being high up on a high rise building is also a big plus for the views of the area.

This property has a fantastic open bath/spa facility however they do not allow tattoos and that as a westerner is very disappointing indeed as both my wife and I have some ink on us and nothing offensive.

3階、2階どちらの階に降りても枚方モールにでて、夕飯は3階のレストラン街で取ることができました。枚方モールはいろいろなお店があり、時間を潰すのにも良かったです。また枚方モールが京阪電車にも直結なので、便利でした。

部屋が広くて快適でした。展望浴場にも大満足です。

スパの髪の毛乾かすスペースが少し気になったので、掃除を定期的に行ってほしい

1番良かったのはスタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。電話対応からとても感じが良く、詳しく丁寧に教えてくださいました。駐車場のお得情報や到着してからのフロアへの誘導まで電話で丁寧にしてくださいました。ロビーで子供が動き回っていると記念写真まで撮ってくださり、子供達は機嫌が良くなり滞在中は余裕を持って活動が出来て僕達親も子供達に怒る事が少なくとても良い思い出が出来ました。

ベッドメイキングしてる掛け布団がベッド同士くっついてる部分から掛け布団を引っ張り出してくると丸まったティッシュが一緒に出て来てびっくりしたところともう一つは立地上仕方ない事なのですが電車の駅への発着時のレール音で妻があまり寝ることが出来なかった事です。

以前もお世話になりましたが、変わらず良いホテルでした。

①スタッフが感じ悪い。 チェックイン時もだし、何か尋ねたときも、低級ホテル並み。 深夜に、設備のことでわざわざ行って尋ねても、そっけない。 スタッフの教育を疑う。 ②車寄せが駐車しづらいし、駐車料金のサービスが無い。駐車場からのアクセスも悪く、更にわかりづらい。

Beautiful hotel and super modern

Perhaps this hotel is more suited to domestic clients as staff’s English was poor. Also, despite language issues, staff at times were on the rude side which was very unusual in our experience in Japan.

Everything was so nice and clean! I liked the views of Hirakata as well.

I’m young so I thought the breakfast was a little expensive. I ate somewhere else.

The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

The only slight downside was the location — while the hotel itself was wonderful, getting to places like the Children’s Museum, USJ, or Kobe required changing trains and took quite a bit of time.

駅前の便利なロケーションだけど、非常に静かな落ち着ける館内。朝食の内容はチョイスが多くヘルシー。露天風呂の眺めは最高。艦内は冬でも暖房が行き届いている。スタッフの対応は最高に丁寧。

駅の改札からホテルまでの順路が初めての時わかりにくかった。コインランドリーが館内にあれば便利。部屋の中のシャワーが自動的にスイッチが入るタイプで服を着て確認に入ってずぶ濡れになってしまった。

朝食が高級感あふれててよかったです。 景色もすばらしかったです。

枚方市駅から来ましたが、入口がわかりくかったです。 道路を登ってしまいました。
