The staff was very helpful and attentive and the breakfast was lovely with lots of options to choose from.

Cleaning

Clean and very well maintained, with very courteous staff. Breakfast was very good. Rooms live upto the Wyndham standards. One of the best maintained properties in the city area. Located very well near the markets.

Breakfast area has pretty limited tables, and can get full easily at peak time. Guests arriving around last half hour might not be able get service if tables are already packed. So burden is on guests to manage timing.

The staff is very inefficient and unable to take basic instructions. The first room that was allotted to us had weird stains on the couch, floor, carpets, and the table. The desk chair was half broken. We requested for a room change in the next room was doable. It was our wedding anniversary, and I requested for a complementary cake from the in-room dining services, and staff kept me hanging with no proper update about it. And later, they actually never got back to us. We went for dinner and the bread basket had hair in it-the complaint and the staff did not seem apologetic about it.

Rooms are in very bad shape. Furniture is chipping. Wall paper is torn. Sofa was dirty. Bathroom door was dirty

I recently stayed again at Ramada by Wyndham Bareilly, and once again, the experience was truly incredible. A special mention to the reception team—Mr. Mohit and Mr. Vikas Yadav—whose warm welcome at the entrance made me feel genuinely valued and special right from the moment I arrived. I would also like to appreciate Rohan, Ragini, and Saloni at the restaurant. I met them during breakfast, and they attended to everything with great professionalism and care, making the start of the day even more pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

The only suggestion I would like to add is regarding noise control. Installing soundproof doors or improving sound insulation would be highly beneficial, as the music from the 6th-floor restaurant can sometimes disturb guests staying on the lower floors. Enhancing this aspect would further improve the overall guest experience.

Staff -10/10 - Friendly,attentive,warm , helping and prompt. You ask for something e.g. extra towels, water, it gets delivered within minutes. Great staff! Rooms were clean, well kept, comfortable. Food ( Room service) - Best Room service food I have ever had and I have travelled a lot. Delicious , beautifully plated, presentable, perfect meals. I am beyond impressed, thank you for the great stay! I would recommend staying here.

What makes a hotel? Does a building make a hotel? Or is it the staff, service, efficiency, helpfulness, willingness to serve and to help. The hotel was reasonably clean, good and attractive in appearance, and a reasonably priced restaurant with good food.But I would argue that it is the staff that makes a hotel — a staff that ensures the comfort of its guests, a staff that surprises its guests with good treatment any that helps its guests accomplish their purpose during their stay. In this regard I mention people like Vijay Yadav, Kanhaya Tiwari, and very special kudos to Aditya Mishra, an unassuming, friendly, likable, efficient, and helpful person who goes out of his way to help you and follows up at every stage of your activities to make sure things are going well for you.

Bed in two half joined together as single bed which is very uncomfortable.

Gym, Reception, Restaurant Breakfast was marvellous. also its location which is very near to the park was good for people like me loving morning walks.

It is well made and well kept.

I paid extra for twin beds but I felt short changed by hotel and even booking.com as it was single bed with two different mattress. I tried calling at booking.com’s India customer support number provided in the app but that number does it exist. I felt I a have been scammed by hotel and with no support from booking.com, you lost a customer.

Service is BRILLIANT! Everyone at the hotel is eager to help with every little thing, from organising a takeaway breakfast because we were checking out early to letting us use their wheelchair for a family member who wasn't a guest and wasn't even at the hotel! The facilities are superb too - typical Ramada quality everywhere. The bed is comfortable, the toiletries and towels are of very good quality, and the standard room is large enough for two adults.

I was on the 5th floor initially. there was flooring work going on the 6th floor. in spite of giving the reception staff 45 mins, they could not stop the work. the guys were hammering & using drill machines on the top of my room, impossible to stay in the room. finally the manager did stop the noise but only for an hour & again the noise started. Due to this they shifted me to another room which they could have done initially but don understand why they did not ?? really upset!!

Though not mentioned in questions your service staff and front desk staff were exceptional

It's the best place in Bareilly.....everyone in the staff was very polite and helpful.....thanks to the restaurant team for accomodating special requests.....a special thanks to the general manager Mr. Manesh Dutt for arranging the conference room.....I highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Bareilly

The whole staff is extremely friendly and super service oriented. I appreciated all of them and their help to make our stay at the hotel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a bit loud due to construction work

The room was very good.

The room service is very bad. We order water for our at night and eventually slept waiting for it and then in the morning the same thing happened and eventually we had to go down to the reception to get water bottles.
