The hotel is located next to the train station and the congress center which is very convenient and the rooms/studios are pretty big

The breakfast was very disappointing, also scheduled at 6.30 but nothing is ready before 7.00-7.30. The staff is not helpful at all, they gave me the wrong studio and I had to change room. And one has to trash stuff in a very dirty waste room.

Clean, comfortable, great value for money. Definitely recommend.

Das Hotel war vom HBH in 5Min fußläufig erreichbar. Personal beim Check-in sehr freundlich. Bus-und Straßenbahn fast vor der Haustür. Das Zimmer war mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile, Klimaanlage !! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Matratze war für mich etwas zu hart.

Es gab ein Problem mit unserem Zummer weshalb wir bei einem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt 3 mal das Zimmer wechslen mussten. Leider wurde dieser Umstand als selbstverständlich angesehen es gab kein entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels. Ständiger wechsel des Rezeptionspersonals erschwerte diesen Zustand zudem.

Kann es nicht empfehlen ! Für das Geld ist das Angebot einfach schlecht, vor allem das Frühstück. Nur warmen Saft, keinen Toaster wo man die billigen Brötchen toasten kann. Die Auswahl ist eher mager vor allem als Vegetarier, 2 billige Scheiben Käse, wenn man den Preis für das Frühstück sieht, nicht nachzuvollziehen. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber stinken aber nach Reinigungsmittel so stark, das wir die Fenster aufmachen mussten. Der Lärm am Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof macht ein schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich. Die Parkplatz Situation ist eine Katastrophe, es ist zwar ein Parkplatz ausgeschrieben, dies ist aber nur eine Tiefgarage für eine Bus / Sprinter unmöglich. Die nächsten Möglichkeiten befinden sich kilometer weit entfernt. Als Angebot von dem Hotel hätten wir für 40 € die Nacht einen Parkplatz weit entfernt mieten können. Genau das wünscht man sich wenn man Nachts, mit seinem Gepäck ankommt und mobil eingeschränkt ist.

Die Lage am Bahnhof kam uns entgegen. Nachts war es ruhig, kaum Straßenverkehr.

Alles! Das gesamte Konzept des Hotels hat mich komplett überzeugt. Von der Ausstattung der Zimmer, über die Lage bis hin zu einem perfekten Abstellraum für die Räder passte wirklich alles. Auch stehen Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung, was für Radreisende den Vorteil hat, nicht einen Waschsalon suchen zu müssen. Zudem ist hervorzuheben, dass alles bargeldlos funktioniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Auto und mussten ADAC zur Hilfe holen. Der Service bot uns an auch wenn es schon über der Zeit war ,noch etwas vom Buffet zu nehmen. Und somit konnten wir den Aufenthalt und das Warten gut genießen.

No tiene supermercados tan cerca, pero de todas maneras el hotel tiene una despensa en la recepción que te ayuda a salir del paso muy bien.

L'appartement était très bien équipé et très bien conçu avec plein de rangement et une cuisine fonctionnelle.

La propreté n’était pas satisfaisante, il restait des traces dans la salle de bains et des ustensiles n'avaient pas été nettoyés.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Bahnhof von Heidelberg, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Obwohl mir bei mehrfachen Schriftwechsel ein Platz in der Tiefgarage zugesichert wurde, war die Tiefgarage belegt und wir mussten am späten Samstagabend in der Umgebung einen Parkplatz suchen, was unfassbar nervig war und ich uns gerne erspart hätte. Dieser Umstand hat mich sehr verärgert und die Freude über die schönen Zimmer und zentrale Lage deutlich geschmälert.

Geruchsproblematik und auch der Umgang des Personals mit diesem Problem. Man kann es einfach durch Lüften lösen. Schließlich klopft das Reinigungspersonal bereits um 9 an die Türe obwohl erst um 11 checkout ist. Zeit wäre somit zu Genüge vorhanden.

Καλή τοποθεσία. Δίπλα στο κεντρικό σταθμό των λεωφορείων και πενήντα μέτρα από στάση τραμ κ λεωφορειων που σε πάνε σε 10λεπτα στο κέντρο της πόλης.. Πολύ καλή η αρχιτεκτονική των δωματίων κ με αρκετά σημεία που μπορείς να τοποθετήσεις τις βαλίτσες σου κ να λειτουργήσεις με άνεση. Καλό πρωινό. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη τα δωρεάν ροφήματα από τον αυτόματο παρασκευαστή όλο το εικοσιτετράωρο δίπλα στην ρεσεψιόν και η γρήγορη κ εύκολη πρόσβαση στην βεράντα με τα τραπεζάκια για να βγεις να φας ή να καπνίζεις.

Η αίσθηση μη αναναίωσης του αέρα στο δωμάτιο. Δεν μπορείς να ανοίξεις το παράθυρο να φρεσκαριστεί ο αέρας. Όλα γίνονται απο τον κεντρικό κλιματισμό. Το αυστηρό ωράριο στο Check in. Κάποια μικρά μυγακια που δεν ξέρω πως βρέθηκαν μέσα στο δωμάτιο , αφού είναι τα πάντα κλειστά.

L’unico punto negativo è la doccia, non ha il box ma la tenda quindi ogni volta si bagna tutto il pavimento.

No parking space availiable, the cheap DB Bahnpark 10 minutes walking distance away. IBIS style cheap interieur design, a smelling carpet in the hallway, shower was a bit mouldy and the drain was almost blocked. A shady, unsafe neighborhood next to the trainstation.

Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Die Brötchen waren nicht gut und die Obstauswahl war sehr gering.

Das Hotel ist modern. Es gab im Foyer immer Wasser mit Zitrone und Orange. Das fand ich super.

An dem WE waren es über 30 Grad und die Klimaanlage funktionierte in den Zimmern nicht. Sie musste repariert werden und die Teile erst noch geliefert werden. Das Fenster ließ sich aus Sicherheitsgründen nur etwas öffnen.

Easy for train station, clean and great for a stop over visit. Looks like other facilities are available at hotel that we didn’t use, overall nice feel to the place.

Location shown in booking.com directions isn’t correct so you end up walking around looking for the hotel on arrival.

Everything is as described. Comfortable and practical location. The AC was not working but the staff was very kind and changed our room with a.n upgrade.

Some little details could be better, some lights were not working properly, shower was either too hot or cold.

The hotel

The staff was not professional. For no clear reason, at least from my perspective, they refused to return the deposit I had paid for parking. What annoyed me even more was the complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy during the discussion about the deposit. There seemed to be no awareness that these conversations should be handled privately. Several people who were not hotel staff or reception employees — but were acquaintances of the reception employee — were standing around the desk, watching TikTok and even recording videos, while I was discussing a personal and financial matter with the reception. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. It was also one of the reasons why, at that point, I no longer cared about the deposit and simply wanted to leave the hotel. The way the situation was handled made me feel that my privacy and concerns were not respected.

Personal waren echt nicht freundlich, können kaum deutsch sprechen, die Zimmer wird erst nach 8 Tage gereinigt das verstehe ich, aber man kann doch Müll raus nehmen und frische Badetücher hinstellen, ich war insgesamt 4 Tage dort, musste selbst unten gehen und um Badetücher/ Handtücher betteln. Ich werde nicht mehr da kommen

Les studios sont bien conçus. L'hôtel est tout proche de la gare et pas loin du centre ville.

Rispetto ai loro standard colazione poco varia e soddisfacente. Sarebbe utile avere qualche cuscino on più e diverso per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Cucina poco accessoriata e poco pulita, maniglie e alcune posate appiccicose e macchiate, evidentemente lavate male. Nella nostra stanza c'era tenda rotta e quindi non oscurante, peraltro su facciata esposta al.sole dell'alba. Ventola del bagno rotta, asciugacapelli con manico mezzo aperto, pericoloso, lampadina del comodino rotta. Scarsa manutenzione complessiva.

Sur un séjour de dix jours, le manque de service de nettoyage, renouvellement de serviettes de bains et de cuisine, draps, qui n’intervient qu’au bout de huit jours. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur de la prestation publicitaire proposée en amont sur les différentes plateformes de réservation.

Verkehrsgünstig, Bahnhof und ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür.

Im Bad gab es keine Duschwanne , nur eine Badewanne mit viel zu hohem Einstieg. Weiterhin fehlte ein Haltegriff und es gab keine Rutschunterlage,was bei dem sehr glatten Wannenboden sehr gefährlich ist. Wenn man nicht sehr gross ist , kommt man auch kaum an das Geschirr in der Kitchenette, da die Hängeschränke zu hoch angebracht sind.. Ansonsten war alles da was man braucht. Freundliche ,hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Lage und Ausstattung perfekt, klimatisiert, schalldichte Fenster. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist super, es ist relativ leise, die Klimaanlage ist goldwert.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil wir für eine Sportveranstaltung in Heidelberg waren. Im Vorjahr war alles super, dieses Mal war allgemein der Standard viel schlechter. Wir hatten extra wegen der Waschmaschinen das Hotel gewählt, wir hatten täglich Unmengen Sportwäsche. Die Maschinen waren aber beide kaputt. Das Personal war maximal desinteressiert an unserem Problem. Eine Maschine wurde im Laufe der Woche repariert, aber war dann ständig besetzt. Wir haben deshalb viel Zeit in einem Waschsalon verbringen müssen. Außerdem war auch das Zimmer eher heruntergekommen. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, die Spüle hat getropft, die Lüftung im Bad schien gar nicht zu funktionieren. Am meisten hat mich die Gleichgültigkeit des Personals geärgert. Ich würde für unseren speziellen Zweck wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen.

This hotel is located right next to the train station, a thirty minute walk to the old city, though there is a public transport stop literally a minute away. The studio was spacious, with a well equiped kitchen. I arrived early at the hotel breakfast (which was available from 7:30) due to an early train departure, and was satisfied with what was on offer. The hotel did warn that when it was busy, they couldn't guarantee seats from 8:30 onwards.

-Two of the four hotel staff I encountered during the check-in process were very rude and dismissive, respectively. These two did not appear to understand that they work in hospitality. One had a fight with a colleague in full view of the reception area. By not communicating clearly about whether an earlier check-in was or was not available they wasted some of the little time I had in Heidelberg. -The room was clean, but the windows of the studio were very dirty.

Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Man kann mit der Straßenbahn und Bus vieles erreichen und den Bahnhof haben wir aus unserem Zimmer nicht gehört.

Das es keinen Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft gab. Das Bett war für zwei Personen ein bisschen klein. Kaffeeautomat war immer leer, wenn man sich kostenlos etwas holen wollte und wir haben uns nicht oft etwas holen wollen!

Personal teilweise überfordert oder uninformiert. Von meinem Gefühl könnte die Leitung Ihre Angestellten besser einarbeiten. Spaß an der Arbeit fehlt, das Personal war sehr fleißig und bei bitten stets bemüht, die Ausführung zum Teil Zeit intensiv.

The air conditioning system was not performing well the last two nights and we had to sleep in a room with 26.2 C. After talking with staff the reason was the outside climate

L'agencement et le mobilier de l'appartement

Nous avions réservé 2 appartements cote à cote. Le 1er soir nous avons eu un appartement et un studio. Le deuxième jour il a fallu relancer plusieurs fois le personnel pour avoir le deuxième appartement, que nous n'avons pu obtenir que tardivement dans l'après-midi. Un appartement nous a ete attribué sans housse de canapé et des traces de sang sur ce canapé. Il a fallu une fois de plus demander un autre appartement. Celui ci avait une fenêtre défectueuse qui fermait mal et qui donnait sur la voie ferrée. Par chance celui-ci avait la climatisation qui fonctionnait, ce qui n'était pas le cas de l'appartement de mon amie, où il faisait 29 degrés. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement, il y a des traces de doigts sur les murs, les portes .. les fenêtres sont sales. Cela a été un séjour plutôt stressant et peu agréable. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel.

Jó lokáció, tágas apartman. Mindenképpen pozitív h bármikor lehet ingyen kávét inni, valamint rendelkezésre állt vízgép is. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész.

A műszaki állapot karbantartása nem volt megfelelő, a fürdőszobában a fali törölköző szárító le volt szakadva. A szobákban maszkoló szalaggal több kapcsoló le volt ragasztva. A garázsba nem működött a kártya, a sorompó is meghibásodott, kocsival a kijutás nehézkes volt. A környék lezüllött alakokkal volt tele a pályaudvar közelségéből adódóan.

Gut eingerichtete Kochzeile mit großem Kühlschrank inkl. Eisfach Supergute Lage, nah am Hbf, bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig, mit geöffnetem Fenster selbst zu den Gleisen akzeptable Lautstärke Sehr sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal

Leider nur ein Fenster das man kippen konnte für frische Luft Bett je nach Geschmack etwas zu hart

Die größe des Zimmers, wobei wir bei Ankunft gleich in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen mussten, da es in unserem eigentlichen Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen hat. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett!

Die Küche im Zimmer könnte eine größere Auswahl an Töpfen und Pfannen haben. Unser Zimmer war halbwegs sauber , durch die glatten wände hat man immer wieder fettige Fingerabdrücke gesehen, die nicht von uns waren .

Die Ausstattung war ok und völlig ausreichend.
