Problem u radu klimatizacije sobe - pretpostavljam da je neka manja greška u termostatu. Malobrojni osoblje za vrijeme doručka pa se traži da gost odnese svoje posuđe na za to predviđeno mjesto.

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation, sehr sauber, gutes Restaurant. Easy Access der Tiefgarage auch wenn man das Auto nicht über Nacht stehen lässt.

Einrichtung und Self-Checkin Möglichkeit

Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut (auch nachts), da die Fenster nicht ausreichend Schallschutz ausweisen. Zudem war die Lüftung zu laut, um sie nachts laufen zu lassen. Andere Gäste haben bis 1:00 Uhr nachts vorm Eingang auf den Sitzbänken Bier getrunken und sich lautstark unterhalten.

Sehr modernes Hotel mitten in Frankfurt gelegenes Hotel. Für Parkmöglichkeiten ist durch eine Tiefgarage gesorgt, der Stellplatz kostet 19 € pro Tag. Die Bar die Morgens gleichzeitig als Frühstücksraum dient ist fantastisch. Im 7. Stockwerk mit einer super Aussicht auf Frankfurt. Obwohl ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte, durfte ich "soviel ich wollte, Kaffee und andere Heißgetränke" haben. ch würde immer wieder hier einchecken.

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Das Frühstück war eigentlich ganz gut, nur viel zu teuer.

A reggeli nagyon finom volt. A környék egyetemváros, minden közel van, a belváros, úgy a történelmi, mint az üzleti negyed könnyen megközelíthető tömegközlekedéssel.

Bellissimo hotel, oserei dire il migliore! Stanze molto ampie e pulitissime, dotato di tutti i confort possibili, da una cucina con bollitore e microonde alla tv con smart tv funzionante (cosa non scontata per mia esperienza personale), ad una lavanderia con lavatrice ed asciugatrice (utilizzabili ad un prezzo modico), che è stata fondamentale per il nostro soggiorno, e anche un bar all'ultimo piano con staff molto cordiale, con terrazzino e vista sulla città. Letti comodissimi, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, c'era persino uno specchio in bagno in cui era possibile collegarsi col bluetooth e riprodurre musica! Il check-in e il checkout sono self e rapidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente torneremo sia qui che nelle altre città in cui si trova questa catena!

Velmi pěkný a příjemný hotel. Pohodlné postele, klimatizace, perfektně odhlučněné. Výborná snídaně s výhledem na Frankfurt. Možnost uložit kufry před check-in.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht jedoch war eines im 6.Stock, das andere im Groundfloor. Für Familien natürlich nicht so schön. Aber Beto Thais hat trotz voller Auslastung am nächsten Tag eine Möglichkeit gefunden uns zu helfen. Vielen Dank liebet Beto.

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr schön!

Das Frühstück ist nicht so gut wie häufig in den Bewertungen dargestellt. Da geht nichts über Standard hinaus: Es gibt weder laktosefreie noch Hafer-Milch, die Marmeladen sind billig und unlecker, Brötchen waren nicht frisch, die Auswahl/das Angebot des Buffets sehr bescheiden und mager! Obwohl die Einrichtung sehr schön ist, war das Hotelzimmer sehr dreckig. Da liegen auch Schilder rum - man würde aus Kostengründen nur alle 3 Tage die Zimmer reinigen... Bei nur 1 Übernachtung sehr unappetitlich den Dreck des vorherigen Hotelgastes vorzufinden... Ich hatte zudem auf booking.com extra ein größeres Zimmer gebucht und deswegen mehr bezahlt, das Zimmer sollte angeblich statt 24qm 31qm groß sein, an der Rezeption erfuhr ich aber das alle Zimmer gleich groß sind... Also völlig umsonst mehr bezahlt... Da fühlt man sich arg verkaspert - auch von booking.com (dort scheint man die Vor-Ort-Verhältnisse nicht zu kennen wenn etwas angeboten wird was es gar nicht gibt...) Die Matratze war bei einem Besuch okay, beim nächsten Besuch ganz schlecht. Das Hotelpersonal spricht extrem schlecht deutsch, auch in englisch oder französisch kommt man nicht gut weiter... Nicht alle Hotelangestellten sind freundlich! Manche sind überfordert mit Fragen der Hotelgäste!

Ein wunderschönes , besonderes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal . Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr geräumig.

- Location is very good. It is closed to everywhere (Frankfurt School of business and admin, metro, restaurants, supermarkets etc), - Staff are nice and friendly - Value for money - Easy and fast checked in and check out - secured. You can only reach your floor with access card

- House keeping does not clean the room every day. They come certain days. - The staying fees is withdrawn from your credit card before you check in. My reservation was not "non-refundable"

Besondere an der reception, mein Zimmer war gebucht am 2 Stock.lch wollte aber,in der oberen Etage 6 Stock und Hr. Jucemar war so nett und hat sofort alles geregelt 👌🏿. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich 👍🏿. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen 🤗.

Stanza spaziosa e moderna, insonorizzazione eccellente. Posizione molto buona, 5/7 minuti a piedi da metro e supermercati molto forniti. Zona studentesca (c’è un’università proprio a due passi) e molto tranquilla e sicura, con meno di 20 min di mezzi si è in centro. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi problema!

Molto pulita, ma non eccezionalmente pulita. Putroppo sui mobili neri si nota subito, ed ho notato una ragnatela in un angolo in alto. Qualche piccolo dettaglio in più la renderebbe perfetta, come lo shampoo fornito separatamente dal bagnoschiuma o una spugna adatta per lavare i piatti o dei tovaglioli/carta cucina disponibili.

The atmosphere/environment of the hotel is warm and inviting. Every staff member including the cleaning staff were kind and curious. One the of receptionist, Carla was amazing, she greeted me by name each morning and even took the time to ask how my son was enjoying his stay. The location of the hotel was central to train stations and convenient grocery shopping.

There were no instructions on working the stove! Particularly turning it off, but we eventually figured it out.

Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht, so dass wir nachts das Fenster öffnen mussten und dadurch auch Straßenlärm in Kauf nehmen mussten.

Lage, Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Skyline, Bar, Zimmerausstattung mit Musikbox und Küchenteile mit Spülmaschine. Gesamteindruck des Zimmers war sehr gepflegt. Kaffeemaschine und Tee stehen den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung und natürlich die funktionierende Klimaanlage bei den heißen Temperaturen.

Die Fugen in der Dusche waren teilweise schwarz

Liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Wenn die Fenster zu sind hört man sie nicht.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mitten in Frankfurt. Die Lage ist wirklich schön, nebenan gibt es einen Campus der einen schönen Teich hat wo sich Gänse tummeln. Die U-Bahn Station ist 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Das Bett war bequem und das Badezimmer groß genug. Alles wirkt sehr neu und schön. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, nichts besonderes aber völlig ausreichend um in den Tag starten zu können. Das Highlight des Hotels ist definitiv die Sky Bar ganz oben mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Frankfurter Skyline.

Quiero agradecerles por mi estancia. Me gustó muchísimo el alojamiento. Es un lugar muy cómodo, tranquilo y acogedor, ideal tanto para descansar como para vivir de forma temporal. Me sentí muy a gusto durante mi estancia. La ubicación también me pareció excelente y todo estuvo muy bien organizado. En general, considero que ofrecen un servicio de gran calidad.

Como única sugerencia de mejora, sería conveniente revisar el desagüe de la ducha de la habitación 101, ya que el agua se acumulaba al ducharse. Aparte de ese pequeño detalle, todo fue óptimo. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme con ustedes y los recomendaría. ¡Muchas gracias por la excelente atención!

Towel was stained and we did not get the bathroom kit for the second person in the double room right away. We had to find out late in the night there was only one towel and get the second one the following day.

Wir waren wie auch schon im Rioca Hotel in Wien positiv überrascht. Die Hotelkette hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, alle größeren Orte in Frankfurt sind super erreichbar. Bushaltestellen und U-Bahnhöfe sind schnell erreichbar. Auch abends kann man hier problemlos noch zum Hotel laufen und braucht sich keine Sorgen machen. Self-Checkin ist möglich, super easy, ist aber kein Muss. Rezeption ist ganz oben beim Restaurant und Bar. Die Bar haben wir genutzt, Drinks waren gut, diese kann man mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf die Skyline genießen. Auch ist oben das Frühstück zu finden - Auswahl ist ausreichend und wird auch dauernd wieder aufgefüllt. Am Zimmer hatten wir nichts auszusetzen, die elektrischen Rollos waren im Sommer Goldwert :) Wir haben auch auf Felipe getroffen, er war oben n der Theke und der Bar tätig, super Typ! Aufmerksam und zuvorkommend :)))

Bei uns wurden leider nicht die Handtücher gewechselt - wir haben aber aufgrund der kurzen Aufenthaltsdauer auch nichts gesagt, war also schon in Ordnung.

A truly outstanding five-star experience. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant décor, spotless rooms, and exceptional attention to detail. The staff was professional (Jucemar❣️lovely & friendly) of course the others were also available to help, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, making me feel happy from check-in to check-out. The location is good with trains, supermarkets und restaurants nearby, the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the overall atmosphere was both friendly and relaxing!

Sehr bequem und gemütlich. Alles gut durchdacht. Ich habe mich über die Küche im Zimmer gefreut. Sauber und ruhig. Seife richt sehr angenehm. Garage ist super. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Die Bettwäsche ist etwas zu hart und zu laut, raschelt beim Bewegen stark, hat mich beim Schlafen gestört.

I loved my stay at Hotel Rioca Frankfurt Posto 7. The room was nice and very clean, and the bed was fantastic. I appreciated that there was no bedspread or decorative pillows so the bed felt fresh and simple. The bathroom was great as well, the shower was excellent and the towels were fluffy. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooftop terrace restaurant is a real highlight and the views are magnificent.

One suggestion: A coat stand with a few hangers in the room would be necessary since there is no closet, so you can air out worn clothes at the end of the hot day.

Fik en rigtig god modtagelse. Den søde unge dame (Sarah) var utrolig hjælpsom. En meget alternativ indretning. Jeg troede jeg var kommet til Rio de Janeiro. Det var gennemført tropestemning. Dejligt og stort værelse ( som en top moderne lejlighed) med the køkken osv. rigtig lækker morgenmad. Prøv restauranten, den er fantastisk. Spiste på tagterrassen med flot udsigt over byen. Jeg forlængede mit ophold med en dag. Både for stemningen. Men også fordi Frankfurt er en dejlig by.

Very convenient and extremely clean. The location is excellent, and the setup of the rooms is thoughtful. The kitchenette is well equipped Coffee is available at reception from morning until 6 PM, which is a nice touch. The building is spotless, and housekeeping comes every three days, keeping everything fresh. The staff are exceptionally friendly — among the German cities I’ve visited, this team truly stands out for their warmth and helpfulness. Overall, a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay.

Das Zimmer und Konzept ist toll. Uns gefällt, wie modern alles ist. Richtig tolles Zimmer, super praktisch mit der Küche. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Die Sachen beim Frühstück waren mehrfach vergriffen, es wurde nicht zügig aufgefüllt. Wir mussten leider lange warten. Das Frühstück in der Stadt hat uns mehr überzeugt und war günstiger.

It was very clean, and the rooms were big. It is a very friendly and sweet atmosphere, lots of music, I like the staff and how friendly they were. Very helpful with everything. Food was nice. I tried the breakfast one morning, and it was very good. Many options and a nice smoothie and tea.
