No hot water all the time. If you don't schedule your shower to the time when hot water is provided, count on lukewarm water.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Rooms were spacious and great staff. We had a very long stay which helped us totally get the full experience of the hotel. Good gym and the pool. Breakfast is delicious. Very kind staff especially the breakfast and the cleaning staff. Charles was our favorite member of the staff who was extremely helpful.
Lack of communication between their staff and managers causing to have those questions projected on the guests which could be very uncomfortable and trust breaking.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel, and every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and extremely comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. The hospitality was truly warm and welcoming—every staff member went out of their way to make us feel cared for. The breakfast deserves a special mention. The spread was extensive with an excellent variety of options to suit all tastes. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The live counters were a highlight—especially the omelette and dosa stations, which added a wonderful personal touch to the dining experience. The true standout of our stay, however, was their spa. The wellness area was immaculate, serene, and very well kept. A heartfelt thank you to Dr.Nishu for delivering one of the best Ayurvedic experiences we’ve ever had—it was truly exceptional. Special appreciation to Dr.Nishu who thoughtfully customized a package for me and my wife, combining Shirodhara, Abhyanga, and an Ayurvedic facial. The results were incredible. Dr. Nishu’s team deserves high praise as well. The staff was highly qualified, professional, and confident in their work. The massages were outstanding, and this is something we will definitely keep coming back whenever we are in town. Overall, our experience was truly fantastic. This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax, rejuvenate, and be thoroughly pampered. I would highly recommend it without hesitation.
