Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Location is great, the hotel is neat, staff is helpful. Food is good, bed/room was good. This is the third Perch property (within Gurgaon) that I stayed in. Slightly down scale than the one in same lane, a little ahead.
The room I stayed in didnt have the overhead shower working, lights near the bed were not working, well flickered. I think the biggest putoff was the food smell that started from morning. I think their ventilation needs help. The entire floors, my room smelled of food. Other than that, good!!!

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026I was contacted by the hotel a day before my arrival with a detailed message on how to reach the property, providing landmarks and perfect coordinates. The property is situated on the main road in a classy neighborhood with close proximity to the airport, metro stations, malls, cafes and a major business district. The property meets high standards of cleanliness and superior customer service, special thanks to Mr. Satish and Mr. Animesh. An icing on the cake is the excellent breakfast and food served at the property. I would highly recommend Perch Arbor Cyber City to anyone camping at Gurugram or Delhi.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Close to Delhi airport, quiet room. New hotel, new furniture. Air condition with heating which really helped in winter. Nice and helpful staff, solved all our issues and helped a lot. Indian food for breakfast, but we were able to order omelette and there were flakes so this was good. Really great experience, would certainly go there again.
Busy street, very dusty. Would be nice to have bigger bed or option for additional bed. Otherwise great experience.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities provided for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting gurugram and would love to stay here again
