Fortune Park, Aligarh - Member ITC Hotels' Group

I recently stayed at Fortune Park during my visit to Aligarh and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service throughout the hotel was brilliant every member of staff was welcoming, professional, and happy to help. The room was clean, fresh, and bright, with a really comfortable sitting area that was perfect for both working and relaxing. The air conditioning worked brilliantly as well, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast each morning was very well laid out, with plenty of options available from cereals to a full range of cooked food, everything you could need to start the day properly. A special mention to Satendra at the restaurant reception, who was extremely polite and lovely to talk to 🙌🏻 His friendly attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my annual visits to Aligarh.

For me location is little bit difficult. There is no options of local transportation. Ubar and Ola was not accepting the request.

Prompt response to our needs. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Staff was very courteous.

Clean spacious room, good service from the staff. Gopal was especially helpful getting the bags off my motorbike.

No nothing all was as expected. Bathroom shower leaked, so water pooled around the toilet, nothing major though.

Bed had hair sheets dirty. Room was changed to a Room that had plumbing that didnt work

I had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, the services offered were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Despite its four-star Hotel, the hotel barely meets a two-star standard. Poor service, unmaintained facilities, slow responses, and subpar cleanliness make for a disappointing stay. Not worth the price.

The staff is unhelpful and unresponsive, making even basic requests a hassle. Service is slow, and any concerns are met with indifference. The dining experience is even worse—food quality is awful, bland, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a so-called four-star hotel. It’s a complete waste of money and not worth considering.

Rooms should have a small fan to circulate air within the room.

Irresponsible and untrained staffing. They allocated the same room to another guests and opened the room when i was inside. They did not even ring the bell..
