Beautiful nature
Cool and silent relax
Great location, beautiful valley, amazing staff, clean and spacious rooms, generous local food, plenty of adventure activities and excellent infinity pools. Extra caring staff for personal requests.
Location, amazing place inside jungle. 2 big pools with jungle view
Price too high
Location is good. However poorly maintained, staff is welcoming but not interested in catering the guests. It's better to take out this property from your list, otherwise this will spoil reputation of Booking.com.
As mentioned above
Property was good but especially meant for day tourists looking for some sports activities and recreation
Not meant for stay for 2 days as it is providing very basic food. Breakfast spread was very poor for the price they are charging
There should be more variety in the buffet breakfast bcoz thats what is complimentary so it should meet the expectation s
The pool could have been much more cleaner , staff shouldnt start cleaning once people are in the pool

I didn't stay very long as I was on a transit visa. The hostel is like in a 3bhk apartment in a big residency. Where there will be 3 beds in a room. The residency a very safe and easily accessible by metro(5 min walk)
The floor which I was on was very stinky (smells urine everywhere) but inside the hostel there was no problems.
Ok
The rooms very stinking and just not work the money
Away from busy area. Nice and cool. Lots of activities . Good friendly staff. Best home cooked food buffet.
Got the email saying check in is at 13:00 but got the room only at 14:12. Toilets were stinky. (Very bad smell)
Staff are great
Very dirty, everywhere bad smell, worst canteen i have seen in my life

Amazing location - lovely view from the rooms with a balcony!
Nature
Infinity pool was good, very rustic, room was noisy as the walls were thin so we asked to move to a cottage. Rooms dark but it was monsoon season. Staff friendly and helpful and food was lovely
Didn’t like room that was supposed to be executive room as could hear tv and people talking next door even though view was lovely
Everything was wonderful except the food.
The Food.
The place n the activities were good.food was Excellent 👌
Location and stay is good. There is less option in food menu chart and no outside food is allowed. Their lunch buffet was very good with lots of options.
The lady staff at reception who received us. We had booked through booking.com and had mentioned the age of my children at time of booking along with UID proof on arrival and I had booked two rooms. However the lady charged extra amount of Rs 1700 for my elder son. On check out food and beverage payment ws pending. The new lady at reception charged only the pending amount of food but didnt mention of the extra payment of my son. So I paid the balance amount and vacated. Later the first lady called me while i was on my way back home and informed to pay balance amount of my son. I just hated the way she asked us. And i payd it on treebo account by gpay. She said she didnt recv the amount though I send her the screen shot. Latr she mesgd me to send it again. I felt something cooking behind and send the whole history of transaction with Treebo account.Told her to verify again and will not pay anymore amnt on any other number. She wanted the money in her pocket .Pls beware of such staff in future. If extra money is need for children then why ask their age on booking. Infact i had booked two rooms. I don’t understand the logic behind it
The service, the atmosphere, the kindness from the staff was just wonderful 😊
My husband and I were looking for a peaceful staycation spot in Goa where we could enjoy nature, and a friend recommended Treebo Rock Valley to us—so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. A kind gentleman, Padmanath, helped us with our bags, and we were offered a refreshing hibiscus drink as we checked in. We stayed in one of their 18 individual cottages nestled in the jungle. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and offered just the right amount of privacy we were looking for. Being surrounded by greenery really set the tone for a calm and quiet getaway. Padmanath who helped us with our bags stood out to us right away—not only because he was attentive and friendly, but because of how humble and genuine he was. Throughout our stay, he continued to check in on us and made sure we were comfortable. His kindness left a real impression on us. In general, all of the assisting staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Their care and quiet attentiveness made the entire experience feel relaxed and welcoming, and it definitely added to our enjoyment. That same day, the staff kindly arranged a private tour of their spice farm just for the two of us—even though it wasn’t the usual time for tours. Sheetal, who guided us, was friendly and informative. It ended up being a really lovely walk through nature, and we appreciated the personal attention. As vegetarians, we ordered à la carte for our meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. The food was fresh and flavourful. Since I’m sensitive to spicy food, we asked them to tone it down a bit, and they were happy to accommodate. Breakfast, which was included, was also quite filling—bread with bhaji, pouris with potato, jam and tea, and bananas. Simple, but satisfying. We also requested to go kayaking early in the morning, and they arranged that for us without any trouble.
Rock valley is very nice place
Could be good. Just not well maintained or managed. A la carte food was very tasty. Nature walk was enjoyable at 0730.
The sheets and towels need replacing. Both had red dust ingrained and were shabby. Room had too many beds (one large and 3 singles), no doubt for maximum occupancy, but unnecessary for a couples booking. We were not informed of building work which closed the restaurant, and some of the pathways resulting in food having to be ordered from the very cold and very bare ‘banqueting hall’. No buffet available as only 3 couples eating at the hotel. Food ordered from the a la carte was tasty, but no atmosphere. Nowhere to lie around the pools, just hard benches. A large pool is also on site (but not advertised), which had an additional charge of 300 per person (although we negotiated this to 200 pp). The building work and grinding noises spoiled the potential for a relaxing afternoon. Felt the charge was completely unnecessary and felt like a rip off. Staff were not engaging and little info given about facilities (which mostly looked old and well used. Lots of day trippers visiting the spice garden, and catering for large groups.
Good place to stay for weekend. There are so many activities to do. Me and my 8yrs son did Arrow Shooting,Zip line ,Bungee jumping. We had lots of fun..
Property rooms are nice.location is also good, room also comfortable. Room view is also nice
Location is very outside and there is not much as available. There restaurant menu is quite small. Only few item in that list. TV and shower not working and we complained about that but they didn't give any solution about that. And that's why we also feel they charge very high amount
Just the pool and nothing else
Food was poor ,no proper choices of food ,television wasn’t working .
We visited here as a family of 4 adults. We chose the location specifically to be in the area to go on a separately arranged bird watching trek in the surrounding forests. The hotel is in a remote location, about a 2 hour drive from Palolem. The hotel staff are business-like but not unfriendly and our stay was well managed. Our rooms were on a balcony level overlooking the nearby rive and forest - quite spectacular views from the room balcony. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable with good bathrooms. We used the swimming pools late in the day - they were clean and provided great views over the forest but very cold! Food at the hotel is excellent! We ate a la carte on the first night and had an absolute feast. On the second night we ate from the buffet which, again, was very good. The breakfast was buffet style with eggs cooked to order and was a perfect start to the day. Staff in the restaurant were lovely.
Wi-fi here was very poor. Other than that no negative comments.
Breakfast food was good. The valley walk was enjoyable. Great location. Beautiful natural setting. Staff was pleasant and kind. Spice walk is also very nice. Guide was good too. Check-in could be made less time than consuming.
Dinner menu was not good. Some dishes were too spicy and not tasty. Breakfast timings could start a little early. Walls are thin. We can hear the people next door. Bedding was not properly clean. Room has some insects and mold.
The surroundings
Facilities. More conveniences need to be provided
Ambiance
Food
Everything!! It was a perfect getaway staycation
Nothing!! Everything was perfect
The ambience of the rooms, the size and the facilities at the property were very good. It was a perfect place for an idyllic vacation. The staff was courteous and the food served was very good.
The dining area was a bit far from the cottages. Also the room has a complete glass facade offering no privacy unless the curtains were closed. Closing the curtains would block the view
Breakfast was good.
The facilities like wifi, intercom etc was not working.
Nice ambiance, if you are looking for calm and quiet environment this would be a good choice
No byo allowed….and few crawlers around the room
Excellent food and service
Properly looked nice in pics
Room was extra stinky, smell of piss everywhere. The room cleaner had cleaned the room from bathroom and the piss stink was in whole room.
The ambience, the food, infinity pool, the service
The water flow force in the shower was varying.
The location and swimming pool only
The service is not good. They do not have room service which is not acceptable.Besides these are multiple cats in there resort which makes alot of disturbances.I was even got bitten by one the cats and had to face inconvinience in my vacation. Please look into these matters.
