Very, very recommended even for business travelers- a place for perfect relaxation after a hard working day. Very near to the DB shopping mall. Thank you for a great experience

The shower gel and shampoo dispenser were substandard. However, the crew were quickly on the job and did a wonderful job in fixing the issue.

The night deep cleaning while I had guests come over and us ending up not able to have a seating space. The housekeeping in charge was nice and offered us to sit at the restaurant side but the waiter (. 1 unmannered staff behaviour was so cheap as he off the lights while urgently banging the cutleries showing he is placing the table for the next day).

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025Modern and exceptionally.clean. Great welcome and service from the moment you arrive until you leave. A special thanks to Manoj Das and Hrushikesh in the restaurant that made me feel so welcome and treated me like a member of the family. Food is very good and priced very reasonably for a hotel. I will most definitely be back. The equipment in the gym was modern and new.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025The hotel staff disabled our room keys exactly at 10:00 AM, citing it as the standard checkout time and claiming the system does it automatically. This caused unnecessary panic and wasted over 30 minutes of our time as we were locked out of our room. Such practices are inconvenient and unprofessional. The hotel management should take note and address this issue to improve guest experience.

Paid 5569 INR for one night which is very expensive. The size of the room is very small so you feel claustrophobic. Some mixed nuts were kept in the room, we thought they were complementary but they charged us double amount for that. Not at all worth the money. You easily get better facilities and service for lesser tariffs in other hotels.

The service could have been more professional. While the staff were eager to please, coordination problems were obvious. It took us over 25 minutes to get the omelette we asked for during breakfast and they got only one when we had ordered two. It took 90 minutes to clear dishes from our room and give us water after several calls to Room Service/Reception. In fact calls to Room Service were invariably picked up by reception who were always apologetic. I think the management of Golden Tulip needs to get its act together
