The Location and neatness of the property.

Good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Saiteja, one of the staff went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Very polite staff.

There was no lift as expected and it was very difficuilt for a physically disabled person like me. There us no restaurant in the ptooerty and hotel not allowing their staff to buy outside food. There was only one plastic chair in the room. House keeping is very slow and we have to wait hours for clean up. Today morning there was no water and i waited 30 minutes in the bathroom. Overall, the way was not comfortable and not value for the money.

L'emplacement, la chambre était spacieuse et c'était globalement propre. L'accueil même s'il n'y avait pas de pré-check_in comme indiqué dans la réservation mais on nous a gardé nos bagages à l'accueil. Le réceptionniste, Say, nous a aidé à réserver un taxis alors que notre uber nous avait fait faux bon.

Chambre sans vue avec un vis-à-vis proche. Pas d'espace extérieur.

The staff were kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile every time we came in or went out. The location was great, as we were within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in this area of Bangalore.

Everything was good. The room , essentials provided, ambience and cleanliness perfect.

The lift which is on the first floor is a problem if we have someone with back or knee issues who cannot climb stairs at all. Shower gel was exactly above the toilet tissue which stained the tissue, making it non usable. The bathroom door was having some issue not able to close it. Sometimes the staff is not so responsive for any room service.

Location is great. Property is nice and i stay here all the time for more than 2 years for work. Sri RANGAM CAFE besides it is heaven too.

For a prime location, the property, the rooms, the amenities, the staff, the cleanliness at the price is a steal. Even putting price aside I had a lovely stay.

Though I did not ask, but free WiFi, if offered, would have been nice.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend, best ever experience in the busy area, a peaceful calm and relaxed place to chill around with excellent facilities. I felt very safe and homely. The perks are Coffee any time you want ( coffee machine in the reception, friendly staff. I called the maintenance team in the midnight for extra towels and wifi not getting connected to the television, it was provided and resolved immediately. Small library to choose a small variety of books. Very clean and well maintained place. The ambience was more than expected with cozy rooms and toilets well cleaned. Overall it was a great experience to stay around. Value for money. Looking forward to visit again. Thanks Olive Embassy

There's nothing which I personally didn't like about the stay.

Amazing location

The staff are unprofessional. It took more than an half hour to check us in. The receptionist printed all used pages of my passport. We had to fill forms to share address details and then WhatsApp the same details later even though we did web check in and provided all details prior. We booked for two people, but there is only one towel and small toilet paper. We were 2mins late to give our laundry and had to pay 2x price. And an additional hidden transportation fee. When we try to have a conversation about it to the receptionist, absolutely no response and complete silent. Room and location is quite nice. But overall a very dissatisfying experience

Great hotel close to the metro station indiranagar. Clean, big rooms, friendly staff, kettle for tea and coffee, coffee maschine and drinking water in the lobby.

The hotel could need a coat of fresh paint here and there but nothing dramatic. Wifi wasn't too god.

Very central location. 5 minute walking distance to Indiranagar Metro. There is a South Indian cafe right underneath the hotel that opens from 6:30am-12am. Easy to find Uber auto/Taxi. Very traditional Bengaluru neighborhood with cafes, bakeries, pubs, breweries. Staff is very humble and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. This is my 2nd time with olive zip and turning out to be my favorite spot for stay in Bangalore. The staffs are so good. Very quick service for the needs and requirements.

It's in a great location for a work stay in Indiranagar, fully suited for such a stay.

The staff was definitely the highlight, super helpful & welcoming. Location wise it was perfect for us, plenty of cafes & restaurants of all sorts of styles and cuisine. As a general advice for Asia, bring sleeping earbuds, the sleeping fan is a must at night.

1. Option for no breakfast 2. One of the staff member was non-adjusting and rude. The issue was with room cleaning, had asked for them to do so, however, the person was a bit rude while discussing the timing it needed to be cleaned. 3. Lacking a few basic neccessity such as fridge inside the room.

The location was great, walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and the metro. The Srirangam cafe and Cafe Bangalore in the neighborhood were great. The staff were very helpful, and the room was spacious and clean

The staff was very responsive and friendly. The property is within 3min to the metro station which is very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the stay in the hotel was very pleasant and I recommend it

Windows cannot be opened anymore. I would appreciate a new solution for ample air circulation.

The Location is Excellent with lot of Food joints and Metro nearby.

Improvement areas is to create a more welcoming environment especially by the Front office Reception. Customer interaction has to be improved to keep the customers more comfortable.
