Vor Allem ist das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant der große Plus in diesem Hotel. Sie sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist ziemlich gehoben und nah an vielen Cafés und Restaurants.

Clean, comfortable, functional. Reasonable sized room. Good wifi. Small roof top pool which was fine for a cooling dip. Amongst the new shopping and restaurant development which was fine.

Many good restaurants and shops nearby; all downtown sites were only 15 minutes by Tuk Tuk or Uber. The staff were professional and helpful; the breakfast was a good start to the day, and the rooftop pool and couches provided comfortable relaxation. I would certainly recommend.

Ok pentru 2 nopți , Uber sosește în 3-4 minute și faci cam 20 min până la Golden Temple ( trei dolari cursa cu tot cu tips) și 35 min până la Attari - Wagah Border ( șapte dolari). Hotelul este in zona exclusivista a orașului cu restaurante și cafenele ..Camerele sunt ok pentru standardul european, curate și bine izolate fonic de exterior. Exista restaurant al hotelului , preturi medii, poți lua prânzul/cina in camera fara probleme. Personalul hotelului foarte prietenos și respectos...

Front office staff Juhi and Fateh were wonderful and very helpful

Room was dusty with musty smell. Floor to the bedding was dusty. Slow responce from front desk and slow check in and out

Room and bath area well maintained. They are bit smaller than the picture . But very comfortable bed Breakfast was super yum.

Staff response time was late always. Checkin was delayed

The hotel rooms were being used as an all night party by young guests , all through the night noise , loud music and not good at all. The staff didn't care at all. The bar was a joke and had about four drinks

Great place to stay in the heart of Ranjit Avenue with easy access to all the food joints and cafes.

There was confusion for the pre payment but it was figured out later after i check out.

Very nice place, comfortable and clean. The staff is so helpful! I had a problem with my flight and they dignité charge me for the change of dates. Big up for BluSalzz residence!

Nothing at all hotel is over rated wouldn't really recommend especially with children

Centrally located. Not far from the action. easily accessible from the airport or the rail station. Parking available for your car if you drive in. Good front office and support staff. most were helpful, prompt and courteous. Gave the right direction for city travel and other queries. The facility with 2 lifts its very useful. The restaurant staff were most helpful in choice of local foods. The chef went out of his way to make me enjoy the taste of local food. Nearby eateries make it even better. The room was a shade cramped if the iron board is included, otherwise quite ok. The bed and pillows too soft with well appointed bath and toiletries it was even more comfortable. Environment friendly, they don't change the linen daily unless you ask. Families staying here enjoyed themselves. with a roof top swimming pool what more can you ask. very reasonably priced.

Wait for cabs. No windows in my room! The plug points had little space to manage my laptop charger. I managed with the kettle plug point! It wasn't an issue but then had to mention it ;) !!

Small rooms and below par facilities and amenities

Stayed for a week. Staff were wonderful, particularly the front desk manager. Breakfast was decent, location was not central but I liked being further away from the noise and chaos. Great to work and recalibrate. Luxury for the price was wonderful! Room was perfect.

It was very clean & possibly the most comfy bed we have ever slept in! The food in the restaurant was absolutely lovely, as were the staff. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after several days travelling. Reception organised a taxi to the airport for us which was on time. Strange location on a busy road but there were plenty of restaurants & shops a 5 minute walk away.

The only slight negative is that a bar is advertised but only beer is available

Swimming pool not in use, room cleanliness not satisfactory, noise on floor during late hours, room service did not clean our rooms during stay.

I booked a hotel, checked in, and received an access card for my room. After locking the room and going out for dinner, returned to find the door open and random people inside. Please beware of this scam— they may be misusing guest’ identities.

Very nice comfortable clean hotel, quieter location but easy to get to Golden temple etc. Good variety of breakfast.

The sheets were stained, room housekeeping staff were very poorly trained! Towels were old All in all not the most pleasant experience Will never stay here again

Everything about this hotel and our stay with Blusalzz was amazing. We had booked 16-17 rooms for the wedding and I can confirm the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure all the guests were happy and our stay was comfortable as possible. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, I required more rooms and extra beds and they were very efficient and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was also amazing and breakfast staff always had a smile on their face. On checkout some of our guests were leaving early morning - the hotel staff had packed amazing breakfast for multiple people before 7 in the morning so they could catch their train on time and have good healthy breakfast with them to go, they did not charge extra for this and this is just one of many situations where the hotel staff went above and beyond for us.

No 1 stay in Amritsar

Room was exceptionally clean, luxurious and comfortable. Area was much quieter than the old city. The staff (particularly Sam at the front desk) were amazingly attentive and kind. Loved my stay. I was sad when they were booked out because I wanted to stay longer!
