الهوتيل سئ جدا لا يصلح لاقامه ساعه وحده الغرفه والاثاث الداخلي جدا قديم ومتهالك ريحه مجاري اظطريت فتح نافذه الشباك والحمام جدآ سئ وقديم ماكو شي بالغرفه زين الفندق يرادله أعاده تأتيل وبناءه من جديد صراحه اتندمت سكنت ابهذا الفندق هاي اول مره واخر مره ولا انصح احد به العزل رديئ فقط موقعه حلو يم الميترو وباص المطار غير هذا الشي ماكو

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The room leaves much to be desired: the bathroom is very small, and the toilet is crammed in so tightly there’s barely room to move. The room overall looked worn - visible wear and tear, clearly overdue for a renovation. On top of that, there was no hot water at all during my stay. A particular issue was the fire alarm: its indicator light stays on constantly, like a night lamp, making it hard to fall asleep. Additionally, the electronic door locks in neighboring rooms appeared to be malfunctioning and kept beeping throughout the night, which meant I got no sleep at all. There was also no water in the fridge, which felt like a basic amenity missing for a hotel at this level. Overall, this hotel is in clear need of room renovations, working equipment, and reliable hot water. I won’t be staying here again.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, which was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The room was not clean, with visible issues that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Basic facilities were either not working properly or were poorly maintained. In addition, the level of customer service I received was very poor. Staff were unhelpful and did not take my concerns seriously when I raised them.

Being very close to Aksaray metro station makes it extremely convenient to move around the city. There are also many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. On top of that, the rooms are clean and well-kept, and the WiFi is fast and stable, which is a big advantage, especially if you need to work or stay connected.

Из минусов номерной фонд уставший, завтрак никакой. Данный вариант подходит , если проездом и надо переночевать и вы не притязательный. До аэропорта на автобусе мин 30-40 в зависимости от трафика.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Прекрасное месторасположение: в 30 минутах ходьбы от Айя Софии, напротив много магазинов и кафе, станция метро и автобус до аэропорта. Чистое постельное белье и очень горячая вода. Прекрасный персонал: заселили раньше времени, напоили чаем, очень гостеприимные)
Мебель страшненькая и нуждается в обновлении, но все чистое и рабочее. Завтрак очень скромный, прям на грани остаться голодным: только вареные яйца, один вид сыра и колбасы, суп.
