Keine Restaurant kein Bar, keine Küche nichts was man zum Essen oder Alkoholische Getränke bestellen kann ( kein AlkoholKonsum im hotel was nicht unbedingt schlimm ist aber es müsste in der Hotel Beschreibung wenigstens erwähnt werden). Standardzimmer haben große Balkon bzw Terrasse am Zimmer aber kein Zugang vom Zimmer aus. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (4 Tage) war 2 Tage lang der Pool gesperrt bzw schwimmen verboten nach dem Kontrolle durch das Ordnungsamt. Eine schöne Anlage, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, mehr auch nicht.

Location was not as advertised as it was a 25 minute drive into Cannakule. Building work outside the hotel interfered with comfort level of the stay.

The location of the hotel is outside the city, on the Dardanelles with a beautiful view. Everything looked very nice. We arrived late in the evening and unfortunately that same evening I got stuck in the elevator with my partner. No emergency signalling in the cabin worked. Neither alarm nor emergency phone. I had to call my son, who personally looked for the receptionist to help us. They managed to get us out before I had a panic attack. Until the end of our stay we did not receive an apology from the hotel for what happened. On the second day in the bathroom a wet spot appeared on the ceiling. On the day of departure, part of the wet plaster on the ceiling fell on me. Again, no one asked us what problem in the room we were talking about. I am very disappointed.

I wanted an adequate response from the administration and an attempt at an apology at least from the hotel manager. The lack of communication in the confined space of the elevator was terrifying.

Relativ neues Hotel in der Nähe vom Strand (Dardanellen).

Die Sorgfalt bezüglich der Reinigung und Reparatur von Kleinigkeiten lässt zu wünschen übrig. Verschmutzter Balkon, dreckige Scheiben. Brandflecken von der Zigarette am Nachttisch, obwohl das ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Frühstück war ok, aber an beiden Tagen (07:30 und 08:45) mussten wir auf Brot warten, was erst geliefert werden muss. Zum brauchbaren Strand muss man länger laufen oder mit dem Auto fahren.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb von Cannakale und ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das sehr freundliche Personal.

Es gab nichts ä, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Fantástico. Una ubicación, si tienes coche, genial. Tranquilo, con vistas preciosas, a un paso de la ciudad y de Troya. La piscina fantástica. La habitación limpia y confortable. Un desayuno completísimo.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer entsprachen den Abbildungen, die Anlage wirkte gepflegt. *Der Pool konnte Ende Mai witterungsbedingt leider noch nicht benutzt werden.*

Schmale Gänge, die zusätzlich durch Dekoration wie Pflanztöpfe o.Ä. verstellt sind. Bei der Ankunft wurde beim Gepäck keine Hilfe angeboten.

Ein sehr hübsches Hotel mit kleiner, aber feiner Poolanlage. das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant hat leider nur zum Frühstück geöffnet, aber dieses war in Buffetform und sehr gut. Getränke gibt es auch tagsüber und zum Abendessen hat man uns 2 nette Restaurants empfohlen.

A really well-appointed hotel with pleasant immediate suroundings and an attentive and unfailingly courteous staff, two of whom, the Manager and the member on evening/night duty, spoke excellent English - rare in Turkey and really helpful. The location is actually very close to the Dardanelles coast and, despite the problem noted below, I very much enjoyed my stay, felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend it.

Somewhere, between the hotel and booking.com, I had been left with a belief that their restaurant functioned in the evening.... but apparently only in peak season. The excellent 'A La Carte' restaurant was, however, a scant 10 minutes away.

Супер! Останавливались уже пару раз. Выглядит классно, свежо. Спать приятно! Парковка вдоль дороги у отеля, что тоже удобно. Завтрак вкусный. Нам понравилось, советую!

Hotel calme et propre. Bon petit déjeuner. Accueil excellent. Il y a même un chien qui garde votre voiture !

My parents stayed here and they said that the staff was nice.

The hotel was in renovation so everywhere was pretty dirty and dusty apart the bedroom,but the receptionist was great and very kind towards them.It definitely looks better in the pictures.Breakfast was ok.

Tolles Hotel - ganz neu in sehr schönem Ambiente - mit Pool, schönem Garten und Meerblick.

Die Umgebung - Gebiet soll bestimmt modern werden und wachsen - ist im April 2026 noch sehr "ursprünglich". Hotel liegt "in the middle of nowhere".

Der Empfang war sehr hilfreich. Die Zimmer haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen.

Lovely little hotel in a peaceful location overlooking the Dardanelles Straight, about 15 minutes drive from Canakkale and within easy reach of Gallipoli and Troy. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent WiFi, good size shower, friendly helpful staff, with a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks for Turkish style breakfast. The hotel doesn't provide any evening meal or bar facilities, but they recommended the Cafe du Port, a 12 minute drive away, which had a varied menu, great food and service. We enjoyed two lovely meals there and appreciated their recommendation.

The hotel is situated near an industrial estate so the surroundings aren't particularly attractive, although the view from the front of the hotel across the Dardanelles is impressive! A car is essential for accessing local tourist sites, shops, cafes and restaurants, as there are very limited options within walking distance.

El hotel es bonito y está muy limpio. El desayuno estaba bien. El baño muy bien. El personal muy amable.

El tamaño de la habitación, aunque pequeño, suficiente. La ubicación no es la ideal para conocer el centro de la ciudad, ya que está algo separada y has de ir en coche (unos 20 min), pero es tranquila, y para visitar Troya es bastante conveniente.

These guys were so unbelievably helpful. Awesome manager who went above and beyond to help us out in a difficult situation. We could not recommend them more highly.

We had a wonderful experience. Although we didn't book a room with a view, the hotel kindly offered us a room overlooking the pool and nature. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The balcony was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea with the view. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Отель рядом с проливом Дарданеллы. Это волшебное место даже в январе. Быстрое заселение. Большой и удобный номер. Чисто уютно. Отель новый и вся мебель новая, это привлекает. Чистое белье постельное, чистые полотенца. Парковка большая и удобная. Завтрак полноценный. Туалетная косметика есть. Рекомендую этот отель.

It was big and in a quiet area

Lovely hotel located just outside the city. There are no shops nearby, but it’s easily accessible by car with plenty of parking available in front. The area is very quiet, and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Spacious rooms with balconies, plus a pool for summer use. Breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Struttura nuova e pulita, buona colazione, camera silenziosa e con bella vista sul giardino con piscina. Parcheggio facile davanti all'hotel.

La struttura per quanto nuova è in una posizione molto isolata e per spostarsi è indispensabile usare l'auto. Non c'è niente nei dintorni.

Çanakkale gezisi için eşimle birlikte 2 gün konakladık.Herseyden çok memnun kaldık.Çalisanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü odalar tertemiz, kahvaltı gayet yeterli çok huzurlu bir ortam gitmeyi düşünenlere tavsiye ederiz.Şehir merkezine 10dakika kadar mesafesi var ama tur la gezecekseniz gelip otelden alıp geri bırakıyorlar o konuda da mağduriyet yaşamıyorsunuz bilginize ☺️

Tout était parfait

Много чисто и уютно място. Храната е прясна и вкусна. Много вежлив персонал. Идеална локация за престой на пътуващи до по- отдалечени точки на Турция. Препоръчвам, ще се върнем отново!

De locatie was wat afgelegen. Je hebt echt eigen vervoer nodig om je rond te bewegen.

Çanakkale merkeze yaklaşık 6 km uzaklıkta ancak aracınız var ise uzak olması mesele değil bence. Oda temizdi, çalışanlar çok ilgili idi. Samimiyetleri çok hoşuma gitti. Tavsiye ediyorum, eşimle çok memnun ayrıldık oradan.

Este un hotel cochet amenajat, camerele sunt curate, personalul amabil, este situat pe malul mării. Nu am văzut aspecte legate de calitatea serviciilor hoteliere, care să fie deranjate.

Très confortable, et bien situé tout près de la vieille ville de Çanakkale et Troie est facile d’accès. Tout près de l’eau pour une belle vue! Adore cet endroit!

This Mona-Lisa Hotels, close to Canakkale is a very nice Hotel, which has an amazing pool and very nice view to the peninsula Gallipoli. The personnel is helpful and flexible. What are the only disadvantiges? Unfortunately there is no restaurant for dinner in the Hotel and so you need to use one of the two, three very rustical restaurants close to the Hotel or you have to drive into the overcrowded city of Cannakale. Also the surrounding is not very nice. There are some houses, but no pedestrian zone or shops to buy something. The more or less single attraction is the water of the Dardanells which is around 400 Meters away. There are many inhabitants in the evening doing their BBQ/dinner. But all in all - the Hotel is really nice and can be recommended.
