Lobby was smart and new. Onsen is pretty good. Rooms are fine

The staff seem nervous and not so competent. The bar only opens at 9pm, rather late. Location is not as good as the La Vista older hotel.

We though the food was excellent... a cut above even the 4 Star Jp resorts we've tried. Breakfast buffet is great as everyone says... And the dinner totally impressed me. Also liked the quiet and the newness of the facilities and the top floor indoor/outdoor onsen. Shouldn't forget that staff surprised me with their unexpected English fluency. My Japanese sucks. So that was very helpful.

Futon type beds are too hard for my old bones... Beds looked nice. But just not comfortable to us.

姉を招待し利用しました 函館付近育ちなので食事はまぁ~美味しかった、お部屋のコーヒー☕️とお菓子が良かったコーヒークッキーはお土産に買いました。

清潔感は最高でした！

懐石料理でお刺身、お肉など食材は新鮮で拘って作っているのが良くわかるのですがお酒の飲まない家族ずれなどには時間がかかりすぎ！

客室が少ないせいか　朝食会場が　ごった返すことがなく　静かに食事出来た 朝食が豪華だし　海鮮もたっぷり用意されていた

売店でルームウエアを買いましたが、希望のサイズがなくガッカリしました せめて、ワンサイズくらいの取り揃えがあってもいいのになと思いました

L'hotel la vista Hakodata by Annex, si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, comodissimo da raggiungere a piedi anche con valigie di dimensioni medie come abbiamo fatto noi senza utilizzare alcun taxi. Si trova a pochissimi metri dal mercato del pesce dove potrete mangiare piatti eccezionali ad un prezzo molto competitivo. La struttura offrendo delle onsen con vista su Hakodate. Oltre alle vasche grandi principali, ce ne sono tre singole dove, se si ha la fortuna di andare in un periodo non troppo affollato come nel nostro caso ai primi di gennaio, è possibile chiudersi all'interno di una piccola spa da soli con tutte le comodità possibili per passare una mezz'ora in assoluta serenità e armonia. Colazione a dir poco strepitosa con sushi, sashimi e qualsiasi altra pietanza a base di pesce possiate immaginare. Eccellente anche il pollo fritto e tante altre portate che cambiano anche durante il corso della settimana. Sono stati anche molto rapidi nella gestione della spedizione dei bagagli a Tokio mentre abbiamo preferito andare a fare un ultimo giorno di escursioni senza il peso delle valigie. Complimenti

スタッフの方の対応が、とても丁寧でした。お部屋は今まで利用したことがないほど素敵なお部屋でした。貸切風呂も利用させていただいて快適でした。（スマホで利用状況がわかるのが便利でした！）期待を大きく超えて、とても快適な宿泊でした。

朝食の時のホールスタッフさんは忙しいせいか、少しピリピリした感じがしました。（朝食入り口の受付の方はとても丁寧でした）

The property was rather new and so the infrastructure was in very good shape. It is conveniently located and is within walking distance from the JR station. The Japanese buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in terms of quality.

The front desk staff and manager were courteous but lacked the experience, training and confidence to serve foreign guests.

Breakfast was amazing! The best one ever. You can taste all you want from Hokkaido from the morning. And Some sparkling wine also free 😱 I used 2 beds with a tatami room for 5 of us. Had a good time with my family

ロビーで混み合うこともなく、外人客が少ないところ。 朝食も配列の仕方や小鉢に入れてあったりでとても取りやすいかったですし、美味しかったです。夜鳴き蕎麦もちょうどいいタイミングに食べれて満足です。

ラビスタは食事も美味しいし、温泉、サービス至れり尽くせりで最高でした。 また利用します。

控えめに言って最高でした！ 食事もお部屋もお風呂もそして立地もとても良かったです！ 函館は何回も泊まっていますがまた泊まりたいと思うホテルでした！

北海道に得意な方から教えて頂きこちらのホテルを選ばさせて頂きました。とても綺麗でそしてサービスも素晴らしい👍 そして空港からは少し距離がありますが(でも気になりません。)観光するのにとても立地がいいです。市電の駅にも近いし、金森レンガ倉庫にも歩いてすぐ、そして何か足りない物があっても斜め前にコンビニもあって助かりました。 もっと函館を満喫したいので次もこちらに宿泊したいです。

開業以来毎年訪れて4回目になります。函館に来るというよりも、ここに来るのが目的になってしまいました。隣の本館と比べると部屋数も少なく、温泉、エレベーター、レストランなど並ぶことがなく、同じことでも丁寧さを感じます。その分ラビスタの中でも草津と並び高いホテルになってしまいましたが、それでも滞在の満足度が上回ります。

お部屋の広さ、清潔感、窓からの景色、朝食、お風呂、ロビーの落ち着いた雰囲気、スタッフの対応、全てでした。1ヶ月前に、本館の方にも泊まりましたが、こちらはこじんまりとして落ち着いた雰囲気があり、調度品も新しく、快適に過ごせました。

贅沢を言うと、本館のようにモーニングビュッフェにソフトクリームの機械が有れば良かった。

スタッフの方々が、丁寧で親切で最高。外でもご飯しなくていいくらい、朝食、飲み物、充実してます。温泉めあてなら、ホテルと、レンガの倉庫、函館山も近くて、充分楽しめます。 アメニティもいいです。あ、お風呂用のタオルがちょっとヘタリ気味だったかな。 空気の入れ替えしたかったのですが、窓の開け方わからなくて。ちゃんと聞けば良かった。夜泣き蕎麦（ラーメン）行けなくて残念。 ほんとに美味しくて、楽しかったです。

The bath area is so small. So difficult to take a bath. Must stand straight and no space to bend. Also first time I have been to a hotel that put the shampoo, conditioner and soap on the bathroom floor for us to use. Quite ridiculous!!

The Annex is way better than the other one which is older and has gone downhill. This one is beautiful in a Japanese retro and romantic way fitting to Hakodate. Plenty of yeasts and snack services, 3 private baths besides the big bathing areas, fabulous breakfast with fresh everything, even bubbly and sake!! Our room was spacious (premium deluxe) and many thoughtful touches and amenities. We had the dinner plan too. The first night included all you can eat made to order sushi and wagyu shabu shabu. The second night main was wagyu sukiyaki and tempura. Both dinners had plenty of small plates too, featuring the local IKA SOMEN ( thinly sliced like angel hair noodle local fresh caught squid) and the second night two free drinks so we hit two big bottles of beer! Service and hospitality was great. The massage had bad reviews and was expensive so we didn’t go, but just relaxing in the wonderful bath was plenty!!!

Clean, elegant and comfortable. The products they’ve chosen are good too. The public bath’s view is breath taking! The morning meal is awesome.

Clean and new construction. Lovely Onsen on the top floor. Don’t usually do the inclusive breakfast but in this case it was part of the package. Breakfast was off the charts great.

宿泊手続きを済ませると、ロビーにウェルカムドリンクの用意があり、お茶菓子と共に頂くことができました。 息子はメロン紅茶がお気に入りでした。 お部屋も綺麗で加湿器もあり快適に過ごす事がてきました。 大浴場は１５時から翌日の１０時まで入る事ができるので何度も温泉に入ることができ、食事もとても美味しく、お風呂上がりのアイスや飲み物も好きな物をいただけるサービスも嬉しかったです。 函館は大好きな街なので、また行く時は、こちらのホテルに宿泊させていただきたいと思います。 で

スタンダードツインでしたが、広くゆったりしていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食は評判通りで、美味しくいただきました。

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was outstanding and friendly. Breakfast buffet consisted of quality items.

There should have provided a lounge/bar with longer opening hours and a limited menu of snacks.

朝食と大浴場、温泉がとても快適でした。その他お部屋にコーヒーを楽しめるようにセットが置いてあったり、細やかな配慮が多くありました。おすすめですし、もしまた行く機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

間違えてチェックイン時に一人分の予約しかできてなかったのにすぐに対応して夫婦２人分で対応してくれました。

You must be careful when you book with this hotel....and honestly I would not book thru third party again. I booked through booking.com because La Vistas website is a bit confusing even with Google Translate. I booked 2 rooms 2 nights 2 people...my bad. We were 4 people. I interpreted it to be 2 people per room. The hotel said....sorry ....new contract if you want to stay because you are 4 people, not 2, and our rate doubled.....yes doubled. We had 2 rooms already booked. But they used the opportunity to take advantage of the situation. I argued that their only increase in cost was going to be 2 additional breakfasts for 2 days... and they proceeded to offer us a rate double the original booking.com rate... The hotel is not worth double the early booking rate. Be aware...if you decide to stay at this location, they charge per person, not per room. Read the small print. Btw it seems that many hotels in hokkaido do charge per person and not per room. I have grown accustomed to 2 people always being included in a room rate. I won't get fooled again when traveling in Asia or elsewhere.

本館に比べてこじんまりしていて静かで良い雰囲気でした。スタッフの方もみなさんとても感じ良くて快適に過ごせました。コーヒーやお茶は２４時間飲めるし、アフタヌーンティーでお菓子が置いてあったり、パンがあったり痒いところに手が届くと言った感じで、また訪れたいと思いました。

Modern, well run, city hotel in a good location. Facilities were good, in particular, the Japanese bathhouse on the top floor with great nighttime views.

Just the slightest risk it will be overrun by Chinese tour groups overflowing from its nearby sister hotel

We arrived at La Vista to be told we had booked The Annex. Unsure how that came about! It was VERY expensive for no apparent reason We have been on a road trip for a couple of months and thought we’d treat our selves to somewhere special. Very disappointing

施設、サービス共に非常に良いホテルだと思います。一つだけ気になった点は、三つある貸切風呂について、隣のお風呂に入ってる方の話し声が大きくて、丸聞こえ、これは気分を害されました。。。
