숙소가 전체적으로 깔끔했지만 기본적으로 다다미때문인지 오래된 쾌쾌한 냄새가 납니다 환기를 하면 나아지긴 합니다 또한 저녁뷔페가 기대와 다르게 맛이 없었습니다ㅠㅠ 우선 음식이 다 제조되어 미리 나오다보니 저녁6시반쯤 갔을때 고기는 다 식어있고 샤브샤브? 고기 냄새나고 육수에는 간이 하나도 안되어있습니다 그래도 술을 좋아하신다면 술 종류가 다양하고 회가 있어서 식사와 술을 같이 하기에는 좋을 것 같아요 하지만 전체적으로는 너무 아쉬웠습니다 그래도 시골이다보니 저녁에 나가서 먹는거 보단 안에서 해결하시고싶을때 추천합니다

朝のバイキングの動線でトレイを取るところから渋滞に。ドレッシングはサラダの先にある方が良い。 お風呂に入る草履用のいろはのクリップと文字板は、使い方が分からないので説明書きがある方がいい。使用済みのザルと未使用のザルが分からない。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026和洋スイートルームと、和室スイートの2室を予約しました。部屋には檜風呂があり、直接温泉を部屋にひけるのは、特別感がありましたね。 見晴らしも良く、ゆったり過ごせました。 スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。
若干、掃除が行き届いてない箇所があり。 後、折角のバイキングも温かい料理を維持できる工夫が必要だと思います。 エアコンのせいもあるのか、ご飯と味噌汁、団子汁以外は冷たくなっており、残念でしたね。

お客さんに外国人が多いから仕方ないかもしれないけど朝食時のスタッフがテキパキしていて気持ちがいい分、夕食時の愛想が悪い外国籍スタッフはただ立っているだけで何してるの？って感じだった。そのギャップが残念すぎた。お風呂のアイスの蓋も髪の毛がついていたりしてがっかりだった。

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026To a large extent, this hotel exceeded my expectations due to its modern comforts and its cheap cost despite being in the town center. Firstly, the room was incredibly spacious. It beautifully blended traditional tatami mats with comfortable beds, giving us plenty of room to stretch out and easily pack our luggage. Secondly, the price was a fantastic deal for a hot spring hotel. We enjoyed great perks like free local green tea in the lounge, free rental bicycles, and a breathtaking 10th-floor rooftop onsen for relaxing. Finally, the central location made it easy to walk everywhere. It sat just a three-minute stroll from historic footbaths and amazing local restaurants, and it truly felt like a high-end hotel.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Vaste hôtel, moderne et bien équipé. L'onsen au dernier étage est superbe, avec de nombreux bains. Notre chambre était très grande, il y avait de la place pour les valises. Bien situé dans le village, on peut tout faire à pied.
Il faudrait vraiment empêcher les pigeons de s'approcher des bains extérieur, ce n'est pas propre.

The hotel room was large and spacious and very comfortable. The treats and tea in the room were great and we also loved the tea lounge downstairs. One of our favorite hotels on our one month trip in Japan.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026We liked the Japanise style of the hotel, especially taking bath in the onsen on the top of the builiding with the nice views at the surroundings. It was great to have the possibility to have very good tea in the lounge downstairs at any time. The stuff was very friendly and helped us with some advices concerning a good restaurant, taxi etc.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026悪くはないけどバブル期の負の遺産を引き継いだような吹き抜けの設計。時代に合わないような感じがします。駅からホテルまでタクシー5分との説明でしたが タクシーは見当たらずバスでホテルに向かいました。後で聞くと温泉街のタクシーは3台しかなく、この温泉街は大丈夫？心配になるほど寂れています。 温泉の湯はとろりとして良かったです。夜と朝、2回入りました。
建物の外観が古く感じましたが、中は清潔でした。

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026飯店位於嬉野溫泉，房間不多，因此不會收團客（大加分）、餐食很有特色、很好吃（進餐廳吃飯要脫鞋有點怪），晚餐有90分鐘酒類無限暢飲，非常吸引酒鬼。 櫃檯雖然只能用日文溝通，但N5能力就可簡單可應對，價格實惠、CP值高，下次去會再選擇這間飯店。

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026晚餐非常好吃，不論哪一樣單品我都很滿意，酒類喝到飽，每款都好喝，人員很親切，即使英文沒有很流利，也都可以透過翻譯軟體溝通，我們沒開車去，但需要帶4歲幼兒到較偏遠的公園放電，我們擔心搭不到計程車回來，他們還幫我們處理先預約回程，非常貼心。

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026the staffs are very nice. Room is clean. Facilities are well maintenance. Foods are plenty and delicious. The onsen is great, the view from outdoor onsen is nice although a few pigeons but not dirty.
The drinking station in onsen located in the dressing zone so not comfortable when we drink some water and go back to onsen.

Reviewed May 29, 2026外観を見た時は少し古いのかな？と思いましたが、中はとても綺麗で新しく、快適に過ごせました。 1階レセプション前の休憩スペースでは、お茶を飲みながらYogiboでゆっくりくつろぐことができ、とてもリラックスできました。 朝夕の食事もどちらも美味しく、温泉は想像以上に種類が豊富で大満足でした。特に嬉しかったのが、ドライヤーがダイソンで、しかも各鏡ごとに設置されていたこと！他の人と取り合うことなく使えて快適でした。 子供ルームもあり、子連れでもとても過ごしやすく、家族みんなで楽しめました。また泊まりたいです🎵
特にないけれども、風呂上がりのサービスアイスが少しわかりにくかったのと、アイスの種類がもう少しあったらいいなぁと思いました。佐賀なのでブラックモンブランなど置いてくれたらうれしいなと個人的に思いました。

Reviewed May 21, 2026An amazing ryokan experience. Very comfortable, spacious room in medium size hotel. Half board included excellent full Japanese buffet including drinks with almost all guests dressed in yukata which we enjoyed. However, that might not suit everyone. Staff were very helpful and written instructions in English were enough to get by.
The only downside was that the town is not that attractive for short walks out from the hotel. The surrounding countryside with mountains and tea production is glorious by contrast.

Reviewed May 20, 2026조식과 석식이 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 음식 하나하나 정성이 느껴졌고, 특히 식사 시간이 여행의 큰 즐거움이었습니다. 또한 음료와 술이 무료로 제공되어 더욱 여유롭고 만족스러운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 조용한 온천 마을 분위기와 잘 어우러져 오래 기억에 남는 숙소였습니다.
전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠으며 특별히 크게 아쉬운 부분은 없었습니다. 다만 인기 있는 시간대에는 식사 장소가 조금 붐비는 느낌은 있었습니다.
