天気が、曇りだった

今回2度目の宿泊でしたが、やはりロケーションが最高です。海が好きなので、ホテル専用のビーチなのかビーチに人が少なくサップなどのアクティビティも無料なのがとても良いです。 オールインクルージブでお酒が好きな方ならとても満足がいく時間の使い方ができると思います。

海のシャワーが2台あるのですが、 シャワー周りにいろんなものが散乱してるのは清掃された方がいいかもしれません。 2泊で利用でしたが、 1泊目に落ちてたものがそのままだったので、 そこは気になりました。

ホテルからの景色はとても素晴らしく、今回の滞在で特に印象に残りました。朝食も美味しく、内容にも満足しました。また、宿泊者が利用できるラウンジも良かったです。無料の飲み物や軽食が用意されており、地元のものも置かれていたので、その土地らしさを感じられました。この点はとても良いサービスだと思います。

一番気になったのは、全体的に清掃とメンテナンスが十分に行き届いていないことです。 特にプール周辺は汚れがかなり目立ち、長い間きちんと清掃されていないのではないかと思うほどでした。プールの水も、ゴーグルをつけて泳ぐと汚れがかなり目につきます。正直なところ、水質管理がきちんと行われているのか不安になるレベルでした。滞在中では、プール清掃用のロボットなどを見かけることも一度もありませんでした。 さらに、プールの床材の一部が剥がれており、足や指を切ってしまう可能性があると思います。衛生面だけでなく、安全面でも早急に改善した方がよいと思います。浮き輪や水鉄砲などはきれいに並べられていましたが、水鉄砲はすべて壊れていました。きれいに並べることよりも、まず設備の点検や清掃をしっかりしてほしいと感じました。 ホテル前のビーチについては、ホテルだけの責任ではないのかもしれませんが、かなりゴミが目立ちました。裸足で歩くのはおすすめできず、サンダルは履いた方がよいと思います。せっかく景色の素晴らしい場所なので、もう少しきれいに維持されていれば印象は大きく違ったと思います。 部屋についているお風呂も清掃が十分とは感じられず、汚れがかなり残っていたため、あまり使いたいとは思えませんでした。テラスにある露天風呂についても同じ印象です。全体として、プールで感じた清掃やメンテナンスの問題と共通するものがありました。 また、フロントスタッフの方々は全体的に少し冷たい印象でした。特別に失礼だったというわけではありませんが、ホテルの雰囲気や価格を考えると、決してそれに見合った接客とは感じませんでした。 景色や朝食、ラウンジがとても良かっただけに残念です。同じエリアに同価格帯の選択肢があるのであれば、次回は別のホテルも検討したいと思ってしまいます。

Le meilleur hôtel de notre sejour !! La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Le personnel était disponible, très sympathique et toujours aidant pour notre confort. Le Concert de piano à la bougie le soir dans le hall était superbe Les petites attentions all inclusive de A a Z sont top (fraises du coin, café brew a toute heure, les drink d'accueil ou avant le repas) Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais le dîner en service à la française vaut vraiment le détour avec de bons produits locaux ! Le onsen et la salle de sport étaient également très bien.

ホテルからの眺め（海岸の砂浜、対面に松山市が望める、ハワイのような雰囲気（景色が工夫されている））が良かった。また、各種サービス（フラダンス、ウエルカムブッフェ、ふろ上がりの休憩所など）の良かった。

The lounge provides a modest but steady assortment of free drinks and snacks available all day. The bathroom is impressively roomy, with two sinks, modern design touches, and generous supplies.

The hotel felt overpriced for a 2‑star property. Breakfast offered a very limited selection, and the small outdoor pool was empty and not operational. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable — my husband and I woke up with backaches every morning.

天体観測の講座がとても楽しく有意義だった。 ロケーションも素晴らしく、良い休暇となった。

牛肉お料理だけは私には合わなかったのが残念。

ロケーションも施設も最高でした ウェルカムドリンクバーやフィンガーフードなども美味しく温泉♨️ ジム　プール　マッサージ機　レンタサイクルやコインランドリーなどオールインクルーシブなので思い切り利用満喫できた 朝のビュッフェもかなりの種類があり美味しかったです

夕飯はディナーコースでしたが　食材が作り置いたもの？なのか乾いているものもあった　ドリンクでは焼酎もあったらよかった

We came here on a short girls trip and loved it! Location was beautiful, we enjoyed the free wine and snacks at welcome hour and in the evening lounge, the facilities were great (we enjoyed the onsen, massage chairs, gym, coffee station, and scented epsom salts in addition to reserving/paying for a massage one day). Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious! The staff members were also very kind and helpful.

We didn't eat meals at the hotel and had planned to eat at local restaurants for dinner until we realized everything closes around 4pm. We ended up enjoying a 7eleven dinner the first night and then we were able to plan better for a late lunch the next day.

清潔で静かで良かったです。フラダンスのショーもあり南国感たっぷりでした。

部屋のベランダに灯りがなく、夜にベランダで本読んだり、１杯飲んだりできなくて、ちょっと残念でした。

14:30〜16:30 のウェルカムサービス 飲み物、簡単なおつまみ　フリーは 素敵なサプライズでした。 夕食時のオールインクルーシブも最高！ 全て理想的なリゾート🏝️ホテル！

This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station depending on the room you're staying in given you contact them at least three days in advance. Although our Shinkansen was unexpectedly delayed by two hours due to rain/lightning, they patiently waited for our arrival and did not leave us stranded. Perhaps the only downside was that we only stayed two nights as I felt we could've done with some more downtime and taking advantage of the amenities including the bikes and SUPs. I hope to return again soon, staying for a longer time next time. Thank you Marissa Resort for giving us an incredible and memorable vacation!

Relaxed resort met super vriendelijk personeel wat je aan alle kanten wil helpen. Je kunt sub planken reserveren. Er is een mooie onsen, 2 heerlijke massagestoelen. Kamers waren ruim en de bedden heerlijk.

In eerste instantie kregen we geen contact met de accommodatie. Achteraf ligt dat waarschijnlijk aan het feit dat ze echt geen woord engels spreken. Maar ze willen, als je er eemaal bent, via translate je echt helpen en proberen het je naar de zin te maken. Het strand is minder schoon als gehoopt. En bij het buiten- en binnenzwembad zijn niet echt veel stoelen om gebruik van te maken.

Breakfast very good. Location terrific, a very interesting island to explore.

I’ve stayed here multiple times when it was called the Sunshine Resort. Recently, they renovated this property and it is back to its original splendor. Definitely book an executive level room with the beach view and outdoor tub if you can. There is a free drink and appetizer lounge for executive level room customers and other perks. Ride the bikes around the island. Beautiful property and surroundings.

清潔で非常に綺麗な施設でした。朝食付きのみの宿泊でしたが、新鮮でとても美味しかったです

とても贅沢な時間を楽しめました。 スタッフの方の対応も良かったと思います。

従業員の方のサービスはとても良かったのですが、服装が少し気になりました。 何となくだらしなく着ている方が‥ 素敵なホテルなのでスッキリ清潔感のある服装であれば気持ちよかったかな。

ロケーションが抜群でベランダで星空、お部屋でゆっくり朝日が見えました。波の音も静かに聞こえ窓を開けていると鳥の声と波音で癒されます。温泉もあり大人がとにかくゆっくり過ごせる場所だと感じました。 周りに食事ができる所が少ないので、ホテルで食事を取り、時間をゆっくりと過ごしたい方におすすめです。
