Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Wij vinden dit echt een fantastisch hotel, met super vriendelijk personeel! De kamer is geweldig. De bentobox voor ontbijt is ook heerlijk. En de lobby en het buitenterras vinden we ook heerlijke plekken om te vertoeven. Wij hebben het hier echt naar ons zin gehad!!
We moesten even wennen aan de wastafel in de kamer. Maar vonden het al snel helemaal prima. Mocht je het vervelend vinden kan je er een deur voorschuiven. Dus eigenlijk hebben we helemaal niks te klagen!

余暇時間を過ごすのに、もう少し本とか置いてもらえると良かったかなと思います。

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026La chambre était très jolie et très grande. Le lit est le lit le plus confortable dans lequel nous ayons dormi ! Le personnel a été très agréable et nous a donné de bons conseils. L'espace repas était agréable. Cela a été très utile qu'il y ait des machines à laver et des sèches-linges. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Si nous revenons au Japon, à Kyushu, nous retournerons dans cet hôtel.

時期的にエアコンが必要だが、使用すると乾燥がひどい。湿度を調整したくて、窓を少し開けたかったけど、フィックス窓のため開けられず。乾燥しすぎて頻回に目が覚めて辛かった。加湿器設置して欲しい。

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Das Hotel kann gut für die Durchreise genutzt werden. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es eher nicht geeignet. Das Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet mit japanischen Stilelementen aber ganz klar im amerikanischen Still. Das Bad war sehr gut. Man kann sich etwas zu essen machen, da eine Küche für alle Gäste existiert.
Wir fanden es sehr befremdlich im Zimmer eine Bibel und ein Buch der Mormonen zu finden. Und das in Japan! Auch konnte man eigentlich nichts zu essen besorgen außer einem Automaten mit Snacks

방안 에어컨의 관리가 부족하여 흡기필터가 더러워서 그런지 실내에서 나쁜 냄새가 계속 났습니다. 에어컨의 흡기구 쪽에 갖고 있던 소독용 알콜을 뿌렸더니 약간 개선되었습니다.

1층 스크린 도어 바로 윗방을 배정 받았는데, 사람들이 지나다닐때마다 도어 개폐음이 방까지 들려 조금 신경 쓰였어요. 다행히 새벽 시간에는 사람들이 안다녔지만, 방음에 신경써주시면 좋을 것 같아요.

Food was harder to find in the area if you don’t know Japanese at all but the hotel provided a list of recommendations and helped us with making reservations. We enjoyed the ones that we went to.

המיטה הרגישה קצת קצרה מהמקובל, ואנחנו לא אנשים גבוהים מאוד, זה קצת הפריע לישון. ארוחת בוקר קיבלנו חמגשית בשקית, יחסית ברמה גבוהה - אבל אישית היינו מוותרים בדיעבד.

The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the furnishings were new, modern, and Japanese-style. The location is excellent for reaching the attractions, the parking is secure, and we highly recommend this place.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025This hotel is rather new, so the design is much nicer than the standard hotels around Japan. The staff who checked us in was extremely helpful and had very good command of english. The cleanliness of the room is excellent and comfortable. Its also much larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. There aren't many dining options around to choose from, but the hotel has a nice shared dining area, with a free coffee machine, and microwaves that we could heat up our food from a nearby supermarket. The hotel is also right beside a nice market which sells local produce and handicrafts. Highly recommended for anyone who wants an escape from city life.
The TV in the room does not have Netflix or any streaming apps, only some satellite TV channels. Our plan was to stay in and enjoy the room, but since there was only satellite channels, we ended up venturing out, which was fine too.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025The modern hotel interior was a refreshing change from our past accommodations. I love the communal pantry and lounge area; it's such a cosy space to chill in plus it comes with free beverages. The room was also very well designed to suit modern lifestyle needs. Parking is certainly not an issue as the hotel has decent parking spaces for everyone. Location wise, it is not exactly within the city centre so it's a little quiet. I was initially worried about the lack of dining options but the hotel has prepared a list of good local food establishments for us to consider. Really appreciate their effort for doing this! It's also located right beside the tourist and souvenir information centre which makes it convenient for us to pick up gifts for our short stay. I highly recommend this place!

조식이 없는 점은 아쉽지만 괜찮습니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 작았지만 1박 머무르기에는 부족함이 없었습니다. 위층에 뷰기 있는 카페가 있었더라면 좋았을 것 같아요.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025One of the best hotels we stayed at on our Kyushu trip. Ukiha rest station at our door step with plenty of food options. We also enjoyed a communal meal at the common dining area and made a few new international friends . Rooms were lit and clean, service was top notch. Location is pretty central to explore kurume, the Ukiha orchards or down to Hita and even Oita . Excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the area.
