大浴場が有ること。ふ 全体に清潔感がある。 立地が良い。

チェックインの受付が機械のため味気ない。

まだ施設が新しいので快適でした。 温泉浴場があって癒されました。

大浴場が広く、ゆったりできてツーリングで疲れた体も軽くなった。 館内も清掃が行き届いており、気持ち良く過ごすことができた。

お風呂場に髪の毛が落ちていた。

バイクの駐車スペースがあること、雨の日は助かります。ただし屋根つきは、４台程度。

バイク用の駐車スペースは、少し遠い。

私なりには従業員の対応、施設など全てにおいて不満な点はありませんでした。

この度は特に感じませんでした。

シーツと部屋の匂いが気になった。

朝食良い。志賀高原に近い。

小型冷蔵庫のトビラが閉まりにくいのは、少し戸惑った。

大浴場もあったし、レストランの飲み放題のお得感が良かった😊 料理も、美味しかった😋 朝食は、高い

6階の部屋だったが、廊下はタバコの匂いが気になった

駅からすごく近い。部屋もよかった。 朝食もいろんなものがあり、美味しかった。 スタッフの人が食事に来る人毎にハキハキおはようございますと言っていたのは気持ちいい光景でした。

近くに商業施設があれば便利なのですが。

温泉や部屋が快適だった

温泉がいい湯でした。ランナー用のモーニングサービスもありがたかった。

スナック、乾き物の販売しているのが分かりにくい。もう少しわかりやすい場所にしてあると良いと思います。

Great Hotel for the value

ホテルは全体的にきれいです、以前にも利用してとても良かったので、今回はまた利用させていただきました。

立地が良くて、広さもあって快適だった。

一人部屋にWベッドと広く、設備も良し、清潔感あり

Das Frühstück war international und eher durchschnittlich.

毎年4月に伺っているのですが、最上階に２年連続で泊まれてし、畳みのお部屋から見る信州のロケーションはGOODです！

特にありませんが、選挙の街頭車がうるさかった。

駅の近くで温泉がわいていて、とてもよかったです。大浴場も清潔で、 選べるシャンプーリンスでした。

自販機や氷、コーヒーが一階にしかなく、その都度取りに行くのが大変でしな。

客室の窓から見える北信五岳は絶景でした。

Very near to the train station. Walking distance to restaurants and Aeon.

Hotel Route Inn was exceptional accomodation.No need to go out when there is a good resturant and hot pools. Clean and tidy

Nice onsen facility. Whilst small it was a clean modern room with comfortable bedding. Convenient location with plenty of parking.

Very clean and central to where we wanted to go and do. Across the road from the train station was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Room was a great size. The pillows unfortunately were very uncomfortable.

It’s really convenient location, close to a lot ski resorts. I went to Nozawa Onsen, Myoko Suginohara and Madarao, around 30-45min from hotel. Also close to a lot of restaurants and convenience stores.

I liked everything.

Shower head heights were slightly odd (higher one was too high and lower one was too low)

早餐很好，品種和數量恰到好處，該有的品種都有。餐廳很用心，備有兒童餐具，雖然我的孩子都已長大成人，但對家庭旅客很友好。自助早餐往往要離開桌子取餐，餐廳有個“I am eating"的小牌子，放了這牌子，別人就知道這位置有人了，很貼心。酒店很新很乾淨，是集團式管理的那種，乘搭新幹線時看到途經的其它地方也有。房間的尺寸也恰到好處，可以平放一大一小兩個行李箱。日式的臥室，床卻不在地板上，相當於普通床墊配一個很矮的床架，睡覺舒適。房間附近的餐廳也是超讚，步行距離有眾多選擇，吃和牛很實惠。酒店位置也超好，出了信州中野車站就看到酒店。非常棒！

泡溫泉時，去了才發現那裡沒浴巾，要回房間取。不過之後就知道了。估計這是酒店管理方式之一，盡量降低成本。

カミソリの袋が切れていたまま置いてありました。気づかなかったのかな？

The hotel is fresh, they have a lot of cosmetics in the room. The room is quite spacious, breakfast options are pretty good

Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean and tidy. Onsen facilities were also great and breakfast was quite good.

Bed was on the firmer side but understand this is normal for Japanese standards. Would be great if they had a drying room as there were many travellers staying at this hotel for snowsports.

Location was nice right middle of Nakano with multiple good dining places to choose from during the evening. Hotel felt luxurious and room was spacious to hang even after all the skiing gear hung up to dry after the skiday. Breakfast was buffet type and fairly okay. Nothing too special, but there were some different selections to choose from and as someone from the europe, it was nice to be able to eat a bit more "homeish" breakfast than always japanese food. Also the public bathing section was very nice after the skiday, but due to its size, could fast become too crowded during crowded times. Hotel's free parking area for our rental car was brilliant feature in this hotel!

Beds and pillows were hard. I like to sleep on sturdy bed but even for me the bed felt very hard and was hard to have relaxed sleeps after skiday, ussually ending up waking up with even more stiffened back.
