Reviewed Jul 16, 2026It was peaceful, clean, and a lovely location overlooking tokushima. The staff were extremely lovely and accommodating. I try my best to talk in Japanese but of course I’m not fluent, but they were so lovely and also tried their best to talk in English. They ordered a taxi for us when we needed it and stored our luggage for the day. They were so helpful and everything went smoothly because of them.
Sadly our balcony was a little bit obscured by a building underneath but it’s not like we didn’t have a view still.

廊下や共同トイレの冷房がなかった。 お風呂の体重計が古かった。 カラオケの利用料金が部屋代と１曲200円という設定だった。 浴衣が小さかった。

Location is far from Tokushima city. Either you take a taxi to town (takes 20-25 mins, costs about ¥ 2100 per ride) or the cable car, which runs only till 9pm and costs ¥1500 roundtrip (¥900 one way). There is NO private bath or shower. This is not clearly visible on Booking. If you want to just take a shower, you have to go to the public bath.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026조식, 석식 모두 부페식으로 진행되며, 음식이 모두 청결하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 호텔이 도쿠시마 시내 전체를 조망할 수 있는 Bizan 산 정상에 위치하여 객실에서 태평양의 일출을 볼 수 있을 정도로 뷰 맛집 호텔로 기억됩니다.
객실 내부는 청결하였으나, 호텔이 지어진지 꽤 오래되어 보였으며, 객실 내에 사우나 시설이 없이 대욕장을 사용하여야 하는 불편이 있었습니다.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026die Lage auf dem Berg mit Stadtblick zu beiden Seiten ist fantastisch, auch die Onsen mit Innen und Außenbereich sehr gut, das Abend – und Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich, alles rein japanisch. Wir waren die einzigen Nichtasiaten.
Der Bau selbst ist ein großer Klotz, was aber in Japan durchaus üblich ist.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026가장 큰 장점은 전망이 좋다는것입니다. 도쿠시마 시내를 내려다볼수 있는 전망입니다. 식당이나 온천이 붐비지 않는것 또한 좋았습니다.
온천 수질이 별로 좋지 않았습니다. 약간의 소독약 냄새가 났습니다. 피부에 그닥 좋지 않은 느낌입니다. 저녁 뷔페 가격에 비해 가성비가 좋지 않습니다. 단, 생선회를 좋아한다면 가볼만 합니다. 호텔 주위가 어두워 처음 방문시 호텔 찾기가 쉽지 않습니다.

Amazing public bath - one of the best I've used and they even offer free ice creams in the rest room afterwards! And incredibly good value for money, almost unbelievably cheap for the quality and facilities you get.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025お食事が美味しかったです。いろいろなお料理がありましたが新鮮な魚を使った物などとても美味しかった。大浴場があり寒い時期だったので身体が温まりました。古い建物を改装しており、特に食事処やお風呂はきれいでした。山の上にあるので眺望が良く、夜も夜景など景色が良かった。
今回利用したお部屋にお風呂がなく、大浴場を利用したくない方には不便だと思う。建物じたいが古いせいかトイレのドアなど開閉時にきしみ音がした。

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025Tolles Hotel mit guter Aussicht. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg Bizan. Zu Fuß schwer zu erreichen. Empfohlen wird per Seilbahn oder Auto. Onsen war eine tolle Erfahrung hier. Abendessen und Frühstück war in Form von Buffet.. Sehr reichhaltig.
Das Hotel war schon etwas älter, aber es war sehr gut gepflegt.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025ツーリング旅行で利用しました。 フロントの方の対応もとても良く、部屋からの景色、部屋の広さ、温泉がとても良かったです。 台風が近づいていて早くホテルに到着したかった為、夜ご飯が食べれていなかったのですが夜食のお茶漬けの振る舞いがあり、とても助かりました！ お風呂上がりのアイスバーのサービス、カラオケもあり、とても楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。 ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025景色がとても綺麗 選べる浴衣は柄もサイズも豊富で可愛い、背丈が小さい娘は浴衣が合わなくて困る事が多いのですが大人のSサイズがあったので喜んでました。 夕食・朝食共にビュフェ形式でしたがとても美味しく種類も多いです。 浴衣の袖を止めるゴムも準備してくれていて気遣いを感じました。 １人用の鍋が出来るのにも驚き！！海鮮丼に天丼、うな重もできて豪華だし新鮮でした✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧ お子さん用のメニューや離乳食（レトルト）などの準備もあるのはとても親切だなぁと 大浴場も広くて夜は湯上がりアイスも無料で食べれ、夜泣き茶漬（平日）も、どちらも美味しかったです。 ホテルの建物は古さを感じますが清掃が行き届いていてとても綺麗でした。
建物が古く壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の騒ぎ声などは漏れてきます。

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025夜に眼科に臨む徳島市の夜景はなかなかのものでした。ただ部屋のテラス側に貼ってあるふぃるむの貼り方が雑で見え難く興醒めするものでした。スタッフは皆さん気持ち良く対応して貰いました。
5人部屋と4人部屋を利用したのですが 大人ばかりでは少し狭いと感じました。

Reviewed May 30, 2025The view from our room was breathtaking. The dinner buffet was very very veryy good. And the onsen was also very enjoyable. I really recommend this place if you want to relax in Japan, away from the super touristy crowds, and relax in a peaceful staycation.
Getting there requires driving, but the trip was definitely worth it. Though I believe they may have shuttle service?

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025This is located high on Bizan Mountain with great views of the city. Our room was spacious with excellent views. The Onsen is particularly relaxing - it is well laid out and the outdoor section allows you to leisurely soak while admiring the view. There are some nice places for walks around the property. The free shuttle to Tokushima station is appreciated. The dinner/breakfast are buffet-style and more than adequate for the price range. Definitely recommended if you have an extra day or two in the area.

Mostly the location. The hotel sits on the top of Bizan mountain and it makes for an espectacular view of the city. But it also means that if you do not have a car, you depend on an sporadic shuttle service or expensive taxis. Expensive and with long wait times. The staff speaks very, very little English, so more complicated interactions are difficult.g
