Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal für einen Aufenthalt in Berlin hier und wie immer war es eine 10/10 🥰 Wir hatten eine Unterkunft mit Spreeblick/Balkon und würden es immer wieder so buchen. Danke 🤩

Superbe établissement, le confort y est optimal d’un point de vue acoustique intérieure et vers la rue, la chambre était très agréable et bien aménagée, la literie très confortable, les produits de douche de bonne qualité, et le balcon de la chambre côté rue nous a permis de profiter d’un bain de soleil dès le matin. La machine lavante/séchante étaient vraiment un point fort nous permettant de faire notre journée sans nous soucier de la gestion du linge. Le personnel était adorable, de bon conseil et tres aidant. La salle de sport et le café anima et sa terrasse étaient vraiment des points forts ! Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis, à l aise et détendus, à l image de l hôtel ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, merci 😊

Spreeufer und East side gallery sind toll aber die Verkehrsanbindung in die Mitte für uns als Rollifahrer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Bus kam einfach nicht. ( 3 mal pro Stunde ohnehin kein guter Intervall.) Ostbahnhof : S bahn Gleis Aufzüge ausser Betrieb . Für Uber Arena Besucher super Lage aber sonst etwas "abseits" .

The services are poor. We stayed 4 nights there and in none of the days the cleaning staff did their job (clean the room). One day I met one of them and asked him about cleaning and he told me our room is not on his list (reception issue). So for them is normal not to do some cleaning (remove garbage, change towels etc.) in 4 nights...

You are staying amidst “the wall””. Well positioned for the train station. The room was comfortable and the enormous window looking out onto the river was amazing! The reception staff were on hand should you need towels, washing machine soap etc. The coffee shop in ground floor is lovely too.

Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das ganze Team war nett. Modernes Interior-Design und hippes Publikum. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist auch optimal.

Kleinigkeiten haben nicht so gut funktioniert. (Fernbedienung, Ablauf Handwaschbecken etc.). Ich hatte ein Late Check-Out bis 13.00 Uhr gebucht, ab 12 stand mehrmals das Housekeeping im Zimmer, war aber sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die direkte Umgebung um den Ostbahnhof hat auch wenig Flair.

Eigenlijk was alles top. Het alarm de laatste nacht 😴😴. Moesten de kamer verlaten en buiten wachten. (Brandweer, politie en ambulance stonden er al). Na een klein uurtje konden we gelukkig weer naar binnen. Hebben totaal geen reactie gehad daarna van de accommodatie. Dat viel ons een beetje tegen. Want je slaap toch niet zo lekker meer

Super spot to make a base in Berlin. Close to all the good clubs and tons of dining options nearby. We were on street side and room was still quiet. Very new building. Has all the amenities you need for a longer stay. Note that this is an apartment hotel so if you want cleaning and new towels sooner than 7 days then you have to ask for them. Staff are really friendly. Coffee downstairs is good. There is a mall down the road if you need groceries. We parked on the street so we were lucky and didnt need to pay but there are more parking houses nearby at Uber Arena.

Nothing - all was good!

The location was really good, next to the river and the berlin wall. The rooms were real quiet and comfy beds. Perfect for a couple the room we stayed in, a studio with a balcony. Nice to have a restaurant downstairs when you wake up but it could have been more variety of food selection and some cocktails would have been nice.

We had an emergency evacuation during one of the nights which all went well, no harm, but we got no information from the hotel while we waited or after we went back inside, there was no information about what had happened nor a recognition that this inconvenience had happened and that they are sorry for it.

Great view. The cafe on the ground floor was nice. Potentially the hotel could have been really nice - but important details let it down.

Uncomfortable bed - unforgivable in a hotel. Lack of care in maintaining the room - worn paint, bathroom sink didn't drain, electrical fault in lighting in bathroom, balcony door not functioning properly - could be fully opened but not opened to tilt. (broken) Provision of a single toilet roll, two tea bags... ? really??

Отличный номер с видом на реку, окна в пол, тихо, чисто, персонал приветливый. есть плита, посуда, чай/кофе и холодильник в номере. На первом этаже есть кафе, можно позавтракать и выпить кофе, есть полезная еда. есть всё необходимое для душа. Тихо и спокойно. В первую ночь ярко горела зелёная лампочка на двери, потом я поняла, что её можно выключить =)) Хороший отель, приятный! Без сюрпризов. Расположение - супер для меня. Рядом наземное метро, 3 станции до центра, 20 минут на автобусе до центра, 40 минут на ПРЯМОМ поезде в аэропорт. Отличное расположение.

24-uurs receptie, mooi ontworpen kamers en een toplocatie naast de Spree.

Geen opmerkingen, voor ons verblijf voldeed het hotel aan alle verwachtingen.

Het blijft een prachtig en zeer doordacht designhotel. De meubels, verlichting en kleuren zijn met veel smaak gekozen en ook na enkele jaren oogt het interieur nog altijd bijzonder mooi en actueel. Als je een kamer boekt met uitzicht op de Spree, subliem!

Jammer genoeg laten onderhoud, service en vooral de klantgerichtheid wel wat te wensen over. De ontvangst was erg koel en onvriendelijk, niet professioneel, zonder echt een welkom of duidelijke uitleg. Verder waren er enkele duidelijke onderhoudspunten en lag er opvallend veel stof onder het bed en de sofa. In het keukentje stond vroeger een French press, die nu vervangen is door zakjes oploskoffie. Jammer, want voor zo'n mooi hotel voelt dit toch als een stap achteruit. We kregen wel twee bonnetjes voor een gratis koffie in de koffiebar. Belangrijk om te weten: dit is een aparthotel en er is geen dagelijkse housekeeping of schoonmaak van de kamer. Dat wordt naar mijn gevoel niet duidelijk genoeg gecommuniceerd bij het boeken. We wisten dit wel, maar toch belangrijk om te weten.

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer selbst fand ich gut und praktisch eingerichtet.

Leider befanden sich weiße Tierhaare an meinen schwarzen Socken, nachdem ich durch mein Zimmer gelaufen war. Weiterhin lief das Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. Auf der Fluss-Seite des Gebäudes befindet sich ein 24/7-Selbstbedienungs-Shop. Vor diesem war am Sonntagvormittag alles vermüllt, dafür scheint sich niemand zuständig zu fühlen. Das stört natürlich, wenn man auf der Außenterrasse des Hotels sitzt. Der Flussblick wäre sicher schön gewesen, allerdings ist der Aufpreis dafür zu happig. Für eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück insgesamt zu teuer für das Gebotene.

Lage, Parkplatzsituation, Ausblick (Spreeblick) sind fantastisch.

De locatie is leuk, direct aan de muur en met een leuk terras aan de rivier. Het personeel was heel aardig en gastvrij. De kamer is mooi ingericht en schoon.

Het balkon was leuk, met uitzicht op de muur, maar nogal vies. Er zat roet van de weg op de krukjes en tafel. We moesten ze poetsen om er te kunnen zitten. Ook de muren en zonneschermen waren zwart, je moest uitkijken om er niet met je kleding tegenaan te komen.

The insane amount of tourists out the front at all times viewing the wall, but that is not the hotels fault.

I didn’t like how it’s a higher end hotel, both in furnishings and in cost, but then there’s no room service to bring you extra towels or toilet paper, and that you have to go to the counter in the cafe area to get them, it’s just awkward.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-located. The rooms are modern and feel spacious, and there is a cute cafe on the ground floor. The hotel is great value for money.

Everything was great. The only problem was that it took about half an hour to get to some of the main tourist attractions (Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie etc.), but the hotel is in a nice and safe neighborhood so it was worth it.

Le choix de restauration est un peu sommaire surtout pour le matin, on aurait aimé avoir du pain, beurre, confiture, fromage.

Sehr positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Personal an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend und haben uns bei Fragen immer weitergeholfen.

Leider war ich mit einigen Punkten unseres Aufenthalts nicht zufrieden. Besonders Sauberkeit und Hygiene waren problematisch. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt, sodass ich selbst putzen musste, bevor wir sie benutzen konnten. Das sollte in einem Hotel wirklich nicht vorkommen. Auch die Informationen zum Zimmerservice und zu den Handtüchern haben gefehlt. Es wurde nicht erklärt, wann und wo man frische Handtücher bekommt oder was mit den benutzten Handtüchern gemacht werden soll. Wir mussten solche Dinge immer selbst an der Rezeption nachfragen. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war das Bett. Für zwei Personen war es unserer Meinung nach deutlich zu klein, sodass wir leider nicht gut und erholsam schlafen konnten.

I liked that it had a kitchenette and a balcony. It was clean and the staff were very helpful in reception. It also had a nice little bar/ coffee with tables overlooking the river.

The area was quite sad to see with lots of homeless people sleeping on the riverbank.

Great room for a weeks stay. Our second stay here as convenient location to train station. Also short walk into Kreuzberg for good food and coffee. Staff are helpful and made a phone call for us when we needed a translator.

This time washing machines required app. We had great trouble setting app up as on e-sim.

Excellent location, good value, amazing river views, new facilities, friendly and productive staff.

Didn't eat at the hotel itself, but the coffee available at the cafe in the lobby was fantastic and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Location is superb with everything you could want in walking distance, and the view is a fun plus. The airco on the hot days we were there was very welcomed and we were all "wow'ed" at the rooms. Very clean and even smelled incredible (very mild and fresh, not strong or chemically at all). The rooms were also pretty soundproof so you don't get unwelcomed noises from outside or the other rooms. I'm a difficult sleeper, and it was great! I would book another trip to Berlin just to stay in this hotel again.

The location was great and the sound isolation from the room is one of the best I have experienced.

The bathroom's design makes water spread all over the bathroom when taking a shower. The café downstairs is pricey, and there is no room service.

Der Look ist schon ganz schön. Die ganzen Holz Elemente, die auf Beton treffen. Betten sind bequem, Kissen auch.

Decken zu klein, Zimmer dreckig, Bad dreckig, Lampe kaputt, Balkon Tür kaputt. Kein heißes Wasser. Betten sind uns doch zu klein.

The location was fab! As was the room.

Quite a lot: 1. Don't get me started on the laundry. After 2 trips from the laundry to reception and back I still couldn't wash my clothes. (I handled them finally). Instructions only in German and a receptionist who claimed she did not know how it worked. I get that it is Germany, but this is a hotel for international travellers. 2. On one of the days we had no hot water. There was no apology or offer of compensation. 3. The coffee shop: again, don't get me started. One barista making coffees with every one else just standing around. After waiting more than 10min for a takeaway coffee we cancelled the order. The server asked us if we wanted a refund!

Die Lage der Appartements ist perfekt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Spree herrlich. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut, super klimatisiert. Die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank ist nützlich. Für einen Kurztrip absolut zu empfehlen.

Im Bad könnten mehr Ablageflächen oder zumindest mehr Haken für die Handtücher sein.

had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable. located in a great location, close to the train and within easy walking distance of plenty of cafés, bars and shops. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

אהבנו את המיקום של המלון, ממש על הנהר, אהבנו מאד את החדר הנקי, מרווח ונעים מאד, כולל מטבח, פינת ישיבה קטנה ומרפסת קטנה. אהבנו את הצוות שתמיד חייך ונתן שירות טוב. אהבנו מאד את בית הקפה (אנימה), המצוין, עם המרפסת על המים ואת האווירה בלובי ובית הקפה, שגם הריח מצוין. המקום הרגיש מאד מאובטח והסביבה מאד נעימה. ממליצים בחום ונשמח לשוב ללוק!

El colchón estaba un poco blando, podrían cambiarlos ya que se nota que lleva tiempo en uso. Podrían poner un poco más de toallas y papel para que uno no tenga que buscarlas todo el tiempo abajo, considerando que no pasan a limpiar las habitaciones en estancias de menos de 7 días

the location was great, couple of minutes from several public transport stations, shops and grocery stores, the room was incredible, all of the appliances were very useful and overall i was very happy with it

the travel directions were a bit off, i tried to look up the adress in google maps and was sent to a different place, and when i arrived at the actual front door of the hotel it was not very clear (to me) that the hotel was there, it just looked like a cafe

The buildning is beautiful and modern with clean and thought through facilities. The stile is perfect if you are looking for a hotel room with a kitchenett and balcony for your own use close to the uber arena. The room had a lounge chair which I now want for my own apartment.

If you're looking for a full service hotel, this is not it, but if your searching for a modern home away from home by the river I recommend this strongly.

Stanza spaziosa, con bella vista e molti comfort. Molto silenziosa e letto comodo, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Struttura moderna, bar interno con possibilità di fare colazione guardando il fiume. Staff gentile e disponibile, check-in e check-out rapidi. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere la Uber Arena a piedi, inoltre fermata del bus a pochi passi per raggiungere il centro e l'aeroporto.

La pulizia non era proprio accurata (dentifricio sul bordo del lavandino, capelli sul pavimento, ragnatele sul sensore di fumo). La luce che si accende in automatico nel bagno di notte disturba, visto che la porta è a vetri e quindi la luce è visibile anche dal letto. Niente di tragico, nel complesso siamo molto soddisfatti della stanza e della vacanza in generale.

Sehr modernes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uber Arena und dem Ostbahnhof direkt am Fluss. Einrichtung wirklich schick und Aussicht vom Balkon grandios.

Die Matratze war schon optisch erkennbar durchgelegen. Innen und außen gab es kaum Stabilität - wir hatten am nächsten morgen ordentlich Rückschmerzen. An der Rezeption standen 5 Personen, die insgesamt weder interessiert noch professionell wirkten. Während ein Gast eincheckt, sollten Privatgespräche vielleicht nicht zu laut geführt werden.

absolut tolles Hotel direkt an der Spree, moderne, grosszügige und gut durchdachte Zimmer. Das Bett war zwar etwas kleiner als man es sich vielleicht gewohnt ist von anderen Hotels, dafür war es aber super bequem (eher harte Matratze). Die Küche (wurde von uns nicht genutzt) war sehr gut bestückt und der grosse Kühlschrank inkl. Kühlfach ein Plus. Schöne Aussicht über die Spree, tolle Dusche, top Lage. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

wir waren 1 Woche in diesem Hotel, so hatten wir 1x eine Reinigung, was uns grundsätzlich gereicht hat. Jedoch liess die Qualität der Reinigung etwas zu wünschen übrig, so ging das Auffüllen des Duschgels und Toilettenpapier vergessen, und die Reinigung wurde auch nur oberflächlich gemacht. Das wäre verbesserungswürdig.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el personal de cafetería que pese a no tener opciones sin gluten pudieron hacerme una tostada con lo que les quedaba de pan sin gluten.

No me gustó la poca eficiencia del personal del hotel. Al recoger las maletas las tuvimos que ir a recoger nosotros mismos sin que nadie comprobara que eran las nuestras. Tanto la cama como la habitación eran pequeñas y aunque había cocina no había el material suficiente para hacerse nada (por no haber no había ni un sobrecillo de sal). La cama muy incómoda. El desayuno muy caro y sin opción sin gluten, siendo celiaca un problema y al no haber ni tostadora ni cafetera en la habitación lo ponían difícil (menos mal que el personal de cafetería buscó las mañas para poderme hacer una tostada al menos). Por último lo peor ha sido que me dejé el ebook (esto es absolutamente mi culpa) y tuve que insistir muchísimo para que me respondieran, no contestaron mis mensajes hasta 6 horas después. Cuando me respondieron me dijeron que mandara a alguien a recogerlo que ellos no lo envían, en un hotel con estás características que no de manden un ebook aunque tenga que pagar yo el envío, pero que no pongan ninguna facilidad ya me parece fatal.

Bar im Hotel war leider geschlossen.

Die Lage ist das große Plus dieses Hotels und das schöne, relativ neue Gebäude direkt an der Spree, ganz nah an der Uberarena.

Im Vorfeld gab es ein Problem, leider konnte ich niemanden persönlich per Telefon erreichen. Dafür habe ich etliche unpersönliche Nachrichten erhalten, die mir den Kauf eines Upgrates oder früheren Check-in anboten. Vor Ort gibt es Frühstück leider nur in der Cafebar. Mit allem drum und dran habe ich fast 30 Euro bezahlt für weniger, als ich sonst bei einem 20-Euro Buffet esse. Das Zimmer/Appartment war schön und sauber, allerdings hat sich der Einhandmischer gelöst und ist abgefallen. Dies wurde jedoch in kürzester Zeit repariert. Da es ca. 37 Grad war am Abreisetag, bat ich etwas länger mit dem Check-out brauchen zu dürfen. Wurde mir verneint.

Freundliches und schnelles einchecken. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4 stock mit Balkon zu Wasserseite. Bei dem Wetter war es super und konnte genossen werden. Kleine Küche, Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage. Modernea Bad. Waren sehr zufrieden

Nicht gross gestört aber theoretisch hätte auch die Zimmerdecke gemalt werden können aber vielleicht sollte es auch so sein...
