המזגן רק בחדר האורחים ולא חזק מספיק להגיע ל חדר השינה - היינו ב37 מעלות והיה קשה בלילה אפילו עם המזגן. מצד שני, אין שם משגנים כמעט בשום מקום, במידה והחופשה תיפול על גל חום אל תחשבו שבהרים יהיה בסדר - היה גם שם 36 מעלות ובלתי אפשרי להיות בחוץ או בפנים (אין מזגן בשום מקום)

front desk staffs are not very friendly, the lady in the afternoon/evening shift seems to be annoyed whenever we have to ask a question. Restaurant and bar staffs however are nice. the room lacks basic facility such as kettle, coffee and tea - which you would expect for a hotel at this level and price

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Petit déjeuner très bien, varié, il y a en pour tous les goûts. La chambre est très belle, très propre,la clim était un vrai atout en période de canicule. Le petit coffre fort est un plus appréciable. La salle de douche est aussi impeccable et spacieuse.
En période de forte affluence, le parking extérieur déjà payant est saturé et il est impossible de se garer dans le parking extérieur de l’hôtel. Seule proposition payer encore un surplus pour accéder au parking privé souterrain de l’hotel.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026L'hôtel est incroyable, l'emplacement top, Le parking nickel, le personnel adorable. La chambre avec terrasse est tout simplement wouah, la nuit aucun bruit vraiment je le conseille et y retournerai c’est certain.
Le seul bémol c'est qu'il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place tous les jours, il y a le petit déjeuner et un buffet uniquement le samedi soir dommage 🫤

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The location was ideal and we chose this place a long time ago, but we booked last minute. The staff were very friendly and prompt to assist. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is just enough to get you start the day.
We were in room 416, between a group that apparently had multiple rooms. They were very loud until late at night, i had called the receptionist to assist me. We were still in the elevator and we could hear them scream and a very loud bang. She told them to be quiet but this continued in the coming nights too. I went to their door at 11 and next night at 12:30 at night. We were leaving around 10 in the morning and coming back between 10:30-11:00 pm, very tired after a day at the parks but we could not rest until after 1 am. Then had to make sure we wake up in time for breakfast and completely drained. Horrible experience. Walls are not properly isolated, could hear their kids jump off the beds, slamming stuff around the room very loud plus the screaming. I get it, that we are in vacation but hotel room should be a rest and recharge point for next day, not a jungle. We stayed at many hotels and this never happened to us before. I would just like to say thank you to the lady from reception that tried to assist the situation on Monday night. But i will not recommend this hotel to anyone, as i barely got any sleep at night and i was frustrated.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean and looked great. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had YouTube, which was a nice touch. The bathroom had a large mirror, a good hairdryer, and an amazing shower. The staff were very attentive, extremely helpful, and friendly. They also had fresh popcorn made every day and available for free in the lobby, which was a pleasant surprise! Here's a quick tip: if you read the sign behind the door in your room, you'll see that you get a free drink for each day you skip housekeeping. We only noticed this on the last day of our stay, but it was definitely worth it! Hahaha. Parking was 10 Euro a day to park outside and 15 Euro to park underground. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
Paid parking, but it was expected and well advertised.

No me gustó que pusimos para que hicieran la habitación y dejé unas toallas en el suelo, para cambiarlas , se las llevaron y no las repusieron. Aunque en recepción baje y me las dieron. También tuve un pequeño problema con la reserva, por suerte se solucionó.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir: Der herzliche Empfang & Service: Schon beim Check-in wurden wir so aufmerksam und freundlich begrüßt, dass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich professionell, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und strahlt eine echte, ehrliche Gastfreundschaft aus. Die Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen: Unser Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum – modern, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Das Bett war fantastisch bequem (Schlafkomfort auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau!), und die ruhige Atmosphäre hat für perfekte Erholung gesorgt. Das kulinarische Highlight (Frühstück): Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl an frischen, regionalen und hochwertigen Produkten war gigantisch. Von frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen bis hin zu feinem Gebäck – hier startet man als Gourmet in den Tag. A sofa bed is clearly listed on the room description when booking, but if you use it they charge you 30 euros per night without letting you know ahead of time. I've never seen this before. Not a nice surprise when checking out.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Anfragen, in unserem Fall zusätzliches Babybett, wurde prompt reagiert und sogar bei einem kleinen Sonderwunsch beim Check In sofort geholfen. Das Zimmer war top, eins der wenigen Hotels wo die Bilder der Realität entsprechen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Schönes modernes Hotel und Zimmer. Ruhig. Und nah zur Autobahn. Für einen Zwischenstopp ideal.
Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden da. Und natürlich kosten die Hunde extra. Aber 20€ extra pro Hund/Nacht , also 40€ zusätzlich , fand ich sehr teuer. Es war noch nicht mal ein Napf , geschweige denn vielleicht ein Leckerchen auf dem Zimmer. Noch nie so viel in einem Hotel bezahlt.

It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to Europark, nearby supermarket, filling station, kebab restaurant, japanese restaurant Takami. The Bungalow is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, spacious sitting area, sofa bed for extra groups.
Nothing. All was perfect. It would have been nice for the property to offer kids bicycles to ride around the property.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well suited for families. One of the best features was the bungalow accommodation, which provided plenty of space and privacy for our family. It was a great option for traveling with children.
My main concern was the housekeeping service. The bungalow was not cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing considering this is a hotel. Daily housekeeping would be ideal, or at least cleaning every other day. When traveling with children and family, it can be difficult to keep everything tidy, so regular cleaning would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

- 10€/noite para o carro ficar a dormir no parque exterior achei um pouco exagerado sabendo que não havia qualquer medidas de segurança para valer este preço
